Visited for health full body check up today 17 feb 2024 and we are pleased with whole system of managing of test done in a proper and managed way, also we got breakfast free at the end. Very professional and polite doctors and whole staff was very helpful, thank you Mr Santosh for coordinating so well, i will always recommend this hospital

It was amazing experience having all tests during my health check up. Consulting Radiologists, Doctors as well as all support staffs are very much freindly and supportive at each step giving guidelines.

Dr. Abhishek Roy is good knowledge wise but the opd charge is very high, 1200/- per visit. Unless it is absolutely necessary for NICU, this hospital can be avoided.

We had our baby here and hospitality is not upto the mark. Starting from reception, the pre-booking process (Richa), all promises are fake and she would straightforward lie about any promises, even though written in the consultation form. The nurses are very casual in service and will do things as per their convenience, inspite of requests multiple times. I had requested for pediatrician multiple times during our stay after baby delivery, but she came only after 2.5 hours. I saw her siting and ignoring requests at nursing station.

Other nurses at emergency were also very casual, not understanding child's discomfort.

Doctors, Nursing and admin staff is good and polite.

But 1 of the house keeping staff who visited our room on very first 3 hours of the 1st day started to ask for money as we had a baby and that house keeping didn't had provided any room service to us. We came to know she was appointed by Apollo hospitals 2 days before only.

Was disheartened to see such kind of Cheap behavior at Apollo hospitals. We went with Apollo Cradle on our doctors recommendation and goodwill of Apollo hospitals.

Next Cheap behavior was noticed by the Vendors of Apollo hospitals for complimentary services like photograph and hand casting. Though Apollo claims to that these two things are complimentary but Vendors get chance to sell their additional services. We paid additional Rs. 5000 to get the soft copies of photographs and Rs. 1200 to get a cover on hand cast. So don't be excited on hearing that these two services are complimentary. You'll end up paying extra.
Also Vendors won't give you time to think about the additional services. They'll pressurise you to decide immediately and behavior is pathetic. Especially of Casting Vendor.

So seems that Apollo hospitals don't do proper background check of their staff and Vendors.

Regarding charges won't comment as its a private hospital. Though they had shared the package cost with us before booking but never discussed in detail about the NICU charges. NICU charges are exorbitant. It's Rs. 22000 per day. So you should keep this in mind. If you have insurance then it's okay. But if you are paying from your own pocket, then you might end up paying very high amount for NICU.

Overall it's good hospital as compared to the other hospitals.

Not happy with there service my daughter born on 1st Jan 2023 because of some complications she admitted to NICU waha sisters ka behaviour bhot bura tha name bhi specify karna chahti hu but nahi kar rahi 9 days mujhe Roz jo mental troma diya hai NICU ki sisters ne me kabhi nahi bhool sakti staff bhi khud ka Aram dekhta hai Mai bhi admit thi 9 days coz meri daughter admit thi and mujhe noida se Ghaziabad kafi door tha winters me bhi washroom me garam pani nahi aata thá condition buri thi me kabhi recommend nahi karugi ab mé depression se nikal kr iss condition me hu kị review de sakti hu

Appollo cradle is the best hospital for children's in Indirapuram. Whether its a hygienic factor, management team, Nurses team, housekeeping staff, doctors, All are best in there place.
I am very much satisfied with hospital services.

Third class hospital.according to me government hospitals are good don't go. Dr don't have manners how to talk.

Actually it's not a actual Apollo hospital,
It's just poorly maintained franchise which doesn't deserve Apollo Tag.
Premium room, AC not working for 3 days complaint was ignored, And room charges has not been reduced after so many complaints.
If you can't provide the service how can you charge for it.
Management staff is useless.

Baby delivery experience: Doctors keep you confused till the last moment and ultimately create urgency for C-section delivery. There was no doctor available between 8AM to 9AM at the change of shifts

OPD: No slot booking, you have to wait for upto 3 hours to see the doctor

Common washrooms smell like hell

The best Maternity and children Hospital in Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida. My baby is a premature 7 months and it was a critical case but after reaching here i felt like I don’t need to worry about a single thing. They have best facilities here. Specifically the staff is amazing Specials Thanks to Doctors especially Dr. Chetnanand Jha, a great doctor amazing counsellor took care of my baby like his own, they way he explained everything to me it was incredible.
Dr. Sandeep sometimes goes extra-miles to help people, special Thanks to Dimple for helping in every need. Reception and Nursing Staff, Murli, Ajay and everyone, you won’t find better than Apollo has.
Mine was a critical case and rushed to Apollo in a very bad situation but from the day one they took care of everything. My baby was in NICU of Apollo for a Month and at the time of discharge he was completely well and fine.

Pathetic Staff and Arrogant people. They wasted 3 hours for simple vaccination, no rules set for them, don't visit and save your time, pathetic service

The centre has impeccably talented and patient doctors, nursing etc. No doubt about that. My baby recently took birth here and as far as medical infra is concerned, it’s perfect. But this particular centre at indirapuram could really use some renovation. Attendant facilities, general amenities, OPD etc are all in ruins. One cannot digest that this is Apollo’s centre and that even after charging almost equivalent to Max Vaishali’s packages, the facilities here (other than medical) are really bad. Hope the management takes note.

Nice maternity hospital with great facilities.
My experience has really been good. I had a normal delivery. I got admitted on 5th Dec. Room was ready before I reached. Staff/ nurses are really good. They explained me each and every procedure. Only issue is that the rooms are pretty small. Discharge was done on time. I was treated by Dr Neetu singh. She is one of the best gynac, available all the time as per need. I would highly recommend her.

When I entered they asked to deposit 10K in advance so that whenever my wife's delivery will come, All the things in hospital will be in place and I need not to worry about anything.

It took them more them 6 hours to arrange a room after delivery. (That too after so many follow-ups) My wife was lying in the delivery ward only in all this duration. (Only the staff if good but whole management team of of no use.)

The good part is they have collaborated with the similar type of companies for photoshoot and hand casting. Photoshoot is pathetic as 5th call student can click better pictures than his.

Then Casting team.it took more than 3-4 months for them to cast the hand of my kid. I am sure they lost the mould of my kid and given the cast of any other kid. I have paid for golden they have given ceramic.

Not worth spending a penny on all these, better to get these things from the professionals.

This is the worst place if u r planning for ur 1st baby. I wl not even recommend to my enemy.i admitted on 21st evng an stayed till 24th. On 22nd we planned for delivery but the nurses staff who were on duty on 22nd were the worst nurses i hv ever seen. They should learn from the house keeping how to behave with a patient who is in a nervous state of mind. When I came from OT after C-S I was in pain and I asked one of the nurse (SHE SAID ME THAT SHE IS THE LEAD OF THE NURSES STAFF) TO CALL MY HUSBAND. SHE REPLIED ME "TUMKO PAIN HO RHA HUSBAND KYA KAREGA AA K SO JAO CHUP CHAP" SHE IS THE MOST STUPID PERSON I FELT WITH LOSS OF MIND. AND THE STAFFS WERE ORDERING FOOD AS IF THEY ARE IN HOTEL AND LAUGHING AS IF THEY ARE IN PARTY OR PUB WHEN IN OTHER HAND PATIENTS WERE SUFFERING IN PAIN AFTER COMING FROM OT.

Hospital’s services are very great and good. Doctors are regularly available. Hospital is maintained very neatly. Management is very bad, no value for time, 4 hours waiting is realy insane, where pediatrician doctors also taking long time for consultation. Why so much discussion needed? It looks if they were surgeons, they took family members inside OT to make them understand and satisfy the telling or educating them what they did.aweful

They should adopt appointment system instead their handwritten diary (not transparent whom they sending inside), even parents wait 4 hours with their sick child to meet doctor, only one doctor is available who is talking very long time for a single consultation. Pls learn from doctors of cloudenine hospitals (no1 doctors for children who talk to the points, took less time on gossiping with parents)

Cost: Unnecessarily costly, seeing their services.specially beware of their absurd emergency charges.
Post delivery support: 2/10. Their staff doesn't know how to breastfeed babies. And no other useful help they provide.

All over service are very nice. Our testing doctor Dr. Sheetal Agarwal is very cooperative and helpful.

The hospital is well-managed in terms of cleaning & hygiene, the doctors are very humble, and the entire staff is cheerful & supportive. Do not use Bajaj fin in Apollo cradle as at the time of discharge showed less amount of Bajaj share and at the time of emi charged 10% higher amount is charged so be careful from Apollo for billing

I visited the hospital as it was near to my place.dr sujata was on duty doctor she is very unprofessional, not at all recommended for any one, she treats the patients as animals very bad experience under her supervision i wish there would be dr pooja in her place she was very good. Rest nursing staff was well trained to take care of your baby but for new mothers they are very unprofessional and hardly take care of them. Nursing staff was not hygienic, they were touching the baby without proper hygiene especially nurse jyoti rawat.

From the day when we went to know about Delivery package cost till getting discharge from hospital, Shobhna Ma'am taken care everything related to hospital process. She was very helpful in complete process.
As a suggestion, there is scope of improvement in finance and TPA department.

My wife was admitted for delivery in Jan 2022. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Doctor were all very friendly and helpful. On front desk, Jitendra Mishra has swiftly handled every process and within 20 min every thing was arranged and my all luggage was in booked room. All nursing staff was Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. Supervisor Ashish Rai was also very attentive and co-operative. There was some glitches with maintenance part but those were also resolved. Wife was also happy with care and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Apollo cradle and children hospital in Indirapuram is best hospital for delivery specially in COVID times as no other patients are entertained here, after delivery nicu care also is good. All the doctors and staff nurses, cleaners are cooperative and well mannered, person sitting on reception named Jitendra Mishra has very good hospitality sense, he never looses temper even in odd working hours, he has very good communication skills, he guided me for admission and other formalities.

Unprofessional attitude of Doctors and staff, nurses kept making there personal calls in emergency. Seepage and bad infrastructure. Dr Neha was highly insensitive.

I went to know the Delivery package cost

And when I took the hospital round. It was really shocking that many water leakages, all the walls were damp there. All the walls were having fungus.

I would suggest it is better to go to any government hospital rather then visiting here

While entering the hospital there is a water collection which might be inviting the Dengue cases or any other insects.

Doctor's are thorough professionals, Nursing staff, GDA staff, House keeping staff - they are all very proactive and compassionate. All my queries and were handled and answered to my utmost satisfaction by Irene madam and her team.

The services that I receive from Hospital is excellent. Dr. Pooja gupta, team and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my wife and health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.

All nurses housekeeping people did a great job for smooth care after delivery of baby. Even room interior and all facilities are excellent. Miss Irene Ray explained everything, about charges, admission process and also help after deliveey of baby to me. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. Food service is good and location of hospital is well in reach from Noida & Noida Extention. Appolo team reach TPA directly and took start and final Approvals.

Our journey stared with Apollo Cradle from Feb 2021, amidst the covid chaos we found this amazing hospital and had the experience of a lifetime as they say having a child is a life changing event. As a mother I could not have asked for anything more as I really felt in safe hands.
Dr. Jyoti Bhaskar guided us from day one and helped me with all of my conditions (and boy they were so many-thyroid, hypertension, high sugar and what not) but, at every step she made me feel that all will be well. There are no words to describe her expertise and the motherly warmth that she provided. She is undoubtedly the best in the world.
Shoutout to Irene and her team for going above and beyond at every step of this wonderful journey. Each and every nurse, doctor and staff was patient and helpful hearing us out regarding every small detail and providing the best possible solution.
By god’s grace we were blessed with a baby boy and I am sure the baby would agree with me on each and every point.
Special mention to Dr. Abhishek Roy who would proactively call day or night and inform us how the baby is doing. Tracy Made sure to ask us every time she meets us with a smile on her face about everything and help us wherever needed and then go beyond that too.

Apollo cradle is a great place for baby care. I am really thankful for the gift of life my baby to them. I truly have full confidence that Great Doctors and nurses here can handle any situation related to baby. Really grateful to them.

My wife was immediately admitted into this hospital as she was into her 39th week. Once we reached the hospital Mrs. Irene Roy came and helped us. She immediately asked my wife to come and further Mrs. Roy asked the nurse to have all the necessary tests done. All the nurses, support staff are very helpful over here. As this is specially for maternity/children you will definitely find the difference as compared to the other hospitals. Also would like to mention the name of our Doctor Parul Aggarwal who was very supportive throughout the pregnancy.

I had an amazing experience at Apollo Cradle Indirapuram. Doctors, Nursing Staff, Cleaning staff as well as the people from administration deptt are very experienced, cooperative and caring. NICU facility is excellent here. I was very afraid of hospitals before I visited here, and I must say they take every precaution to ensure safety during this pandemic. I had moved from Pune to NCR and was looking for a maternity only hospital to stay safe from covid-19 and my search ended here. They took really good care of me and my baby.

They have tie-ups with all major TPAs so you can rest assured for a cashless and hassle free transactions. Also, if you enroll in advance, they offer great packages which includes several pre natal classes and prepare you for parenting.

My husband and I are really glad that we chose Apollo cradle to have our first baby. We were able to focus on all happy moments of being parents rather than running after medicines, injections or doctors.

We went with the brand name of Apollo, but sadly it did not live up to it.
Overall a below-average and disappointing experience.

Right from the outset (as we did a pre-book) till date/post-delivery - things somehow did not go well for us at different stages.

PRE-BOOKING:
They will make high promises at the time of booking/registration and will forget right after; only for your to remind them of what should have been done. Their focus is your money, not the experience.

FACILITY:
From the outside:
- It is hard to locate. No Sign-boards.
- Dreadful way to approach the hospital - the last mile is horrendous.
- Limited parking space. Else, Park in dumps and swamps.

From the inside:
- Limited seating space at the reception - could be less due to Covid-19 - keep space between seats - yet limited space to expand.
- Damp walls everywhere - seeping water.
- I got room #207 - Was nice. Thx.
- TV had DTH no recharge - so useless - as good as shut.
- No sunlight in the room.
- Passage to the room was wet - AC water was leaking - one can see full baskets and small vessels to collect dripping water. When full, you can see spill all over - so need to be cautious when moving in the facility - one could slip. No wet floor markings.
- Most Toilets and basins have running water - a big turn-off for one, and planet Earth.
- Post evening hardly any cleaning is done - cleaning is done only when big bosses are around.
- Even in rooms you have to call someone to do the necessary cleaning.
- Canteen has good food. However, options are limited. Cost-effective.
- Pharmacy inside is good; you get most medicines and other stuff one would need.

… list is on … here are a few noticeable you will observe as you land.

STAFF:
- Helpful staff; however, make just too many mistakes; Either they are under-trained or under-staffed.
- CAUTION: DO NOT COMPLETELY RELY ON STAFF. SENSE WHAT CAN GO WRONG - THEY ALMOST DROPPED MY NEWBORN KID - That could have been the last day on earth for the staff and several others.
- During shift change, expect the loss of information. Keep going back and ensuring the newcomer is aware of your ask if any.

DOCTORS:
- Some docs, maybe junior docs, are stupid as it can get. Expect unprofessionalism. If you are going with a reference, stick to your referring doc for better guidance.
- Some of these aforementioned docs - will push you to go for Caesarean - even when you keep asking them to go Normal; The docs just see their comfort and ease not the patient. Yet another way to mint money.

Special note to the hospital: The patients are no training ground. They are alive. Go get trained elsewhere, no experimenting.

- I went by referral of Dr. Rekha Gupta - ‘She is the best, and only because of her, I continued with Apollo Cradle. Else, would have opted out, post-Pre-booking disasters.

As I said, the list is never-ending - a lot to fix before you truly start to announce yourself ‘Apollo’.

Overall disappointing experience. Poor administration over staff.
You deserve 1-star. Only because of Dr. Rekha Gupta you are getting one more star in my rating.

In short, this is a great choice for delivery of your baby. We had a nice experience and are fully satisfied with the services.
Specially during these COVID period, this is a great option because of the precautions they take.
Yes, there were a few shortfall, however they were taken care off and were very minor.

Suggestion: Please repair the roads to your main entry.
