Poor management. Health checkup activity is not good. Single person window for Xray, TMT, Eco. 1 hr waiting for each counter.

Good hospital and have good doctors but it looks understaffed in most cases! Old hospital and not worth the premium it charges. There are better hospitals around.

Had a great experience with Dr. Bhawna Garg at Apollo hospital. She's a great oncologist with a very positive mind. I'll definitely recommend her to other people as well.

Not a great place to be in. Had to get health checkup done and the wait time is never ending.

It was surgery of my wife done by senior Dr. SK Pandita - a gallbladder removal procedure. Nice doctor. Cool and well managed hospital and very humble staff. One must consider this place for medical consultations and procedures. Easy approachable facility in Noida and around.

Very bad experience with the ent doctor. Was not allowing the patient to speak. And when the patient asked something he promptly replied, "I don't repeat my replies" very rude doctor. The name of the doctor was Dr. Sharad.

Experience not good. Service has deteriorated since 2010. Doctors are the same and very good but the service staff is not at all responsive.

Highly recommended hospital.its non covid hospital. We are consulting Dr Chitra Setya. She is highly recommended and experience gynea. Staff and appollo facilities are very good.

So my mother was admitted in apollo hospital noida since past one week under the doctor Mr. Rahul gupta for her bilateral knees operation. Today she's has been discharged from the hospital with a better condition. So overall experience was good all the nursing staff and other helping staff was really supportive and helped us in tremendous ways.

Overall a wonderful experience. Dr. SK Pandita throughly walked us through the problem and procedure required to cure it. A gem of person.

This one is the worst hospitals I have come across. As we came from Mumbai and we always had a great experience in Mumbai Apollo, we feel that this too could be no different. I went for an executive health checkup and the technician who took the samples is not at all good. The part from where the blood was drawn has swollen and become dark. The mamo tecnician has no good experience and it seems she was just appoinno ted with no proper qualification which was told by her only. The bladder was not at all full and the gynecologist said it was ok and peformed my ultrasound in 2 minutes. The 2d eco was also done in a minute. What to write? Horrible experience and the breakfast was provided after all the tests and it was stale. Will never go nor suggest to enter into Apollo noida.

Had a good experience with the doctors and there was no waiting issue, everything happened on time and got good service.

Experienced and supportive doctors and staff. Clean and hygienic premises. From regular checkup to major surgeries, one can trust this place. Deeply greatful to Dr Shyam Pachisia (surgeon) & Dr Monica Malik (Gynaecologist) for helping my mother. The service might be little expensive but i believe it's totally worth it.

I am really flavour gastric to get vaccinated for 3rd COVID 19 at Apollo sector 26. I am impressed with sense of service and the cleanliness and the professional service of the staff.

I got my gallbladder surgery done here by Dr. Rahul Jaiswal. He and his team is excellent. Also the staff here is excellent, everybody in nursing, housekeeping and security staff was very polite and excellent in doing their job. Cleanliness and services are also excellent and food was also a combination of healthy and tasty.

Good services for whole body health check up.
However don't go on Monday as it is not at all organised that day. Lot of chaos with nobody having a clue what is going on and lot of time wastage

I had a Ear Lobe Reconstruction Surgery which was conducted by Dr. RATNA, thanks to the Doctor the ear lobes are absolutely healed and so preciously operated upon that they look as if they were never pierced with hardly any mark of surgery on them. Apollo has as usual stood up to its long standing of unwavering patient care and imparting high standards of medical service.

The nursing staff is very helpful, we were very worried when we brought our daughter here due to acute dysantry, sister Gunjan and Mamta are very helpful, dr Arvind sir and his team is very nice thanks

My daughter was admitted to Apollo Hospital at sector 26, Noida. It was very convenient admission and surgery for my daughter that made me feel pleased. The hospital administration, team of doctors and staff all are very good. Overall experience was nice for my daughter and to me as well as caretaker. I wish the Hospital a very good international reputation.

Do not go by the name. Do not go by closeness to Noida. Do not get influenced by Dr’s recommendation to “get it done at Apollo”. This hospital has the poorest service.
1) The room booked inadvance was not given and surgery patient was forced to stay at double room. This was after pre-authorization charged.

2) Internal hygiene is horrible. Beyond the looks, the curtains were not changed after previous left.
3) It was told that bedsheet were fresh. We discovered that the bedsheets were from previous patient
4) In which hospital you stand with 4 housekeeping person and get the room cleaned yourself? In this Apollo, we had to do that.
5) The unit head is a sweet talking idiot. The lady manager is a smart misleader who specialises in ‘attendant management.
6) It is lies lies lies all over.

Pathetic billing and TPA experience. No responsible person to address the issue for escalation. They talk as if doing a favour.

My wife was suffering from L4L5S1 problem we interesting with many dr. During her treatment we have consulting many drs but unable to get relief.my wife suffered a lot due to severe pain even she was unable to walk lastly one friend referred me to visit Apollo hospital noida and also advised me to meet vth dr. Manoj kumar sharma (spine and ortho) and Dr. Raja gopal and krishnan advice that only spine surgery is best solution to treat my wife.we are gone through spine disk surgery and the same were conducted excellent way. During hospital stay we have received homely environment. Nurses and dr.are treated us with great hospitality.

Gall blades laproscopy surgery was done by Dr. Pandita. Here doctors are very experienced and very cooperatice. Medical staff is well trained and very cooperative. Very good treatment.

We have had an excellent experience in this hospital and services were excellent to include the admission process, nursing services, and of course the competent and experienced Dr Rahul Gupta. Only the discharge process needs a relook and reduce time gap between order and execution. A great experience.

This hospital has good Doctor n others staff members also.
I had 3 sugeries, one by Doctor vanika prim Gynea. And others by Doctor Shyam Sunder pachisya.they are experience doctors and staff also cery cooperative.

There's nothing like premium here except the name. No hygiene. Every time you visit a doctor you have to pay ₹800, even if you are visiting to show the reports.

I admitted under Dr.power He is a very experienced doctor. I have dengue and I was admitted to the hospital a week. Not even once did I feel that I was admitted to the hospital. Apollo hospital is a best hospital in Noida.when I visited at Apollo hospital Noida for routine check-up the first impression of all the staff was very polite and smiling. Overall all staff was so helpfull. Services are best. Food quality is super.

Hospital is good, Doctors and nurses are very good too but the receptionist and TPA is the probably the worst i have ever seen. They are very hard to talk to and busy chewing pan masala. They behave like they are doing a favour to you by taking out some time out of their busy schedule to talk to you. You can visit this hospital to get a good treatment but you’ll need to face some dumb people who live on this planet. So be patient and remember they are the way they are probably because management does not pay them enough or maybe not care about them or review them or harm done by them to the reputation of hospital on regular basis. That’s how cheap labour destroys the hard work put in by the intelligent doctors and nurses round the clock, i guess.

I will review this hospital on various parameters.
Infrastructure: Well this building is quite old and definitely needs maintenance. Sometimes I observed chaos at various facilities specially Radiology.
Billing and TPA: The billing process is slow and the reason is there IT server, they really need to upgrade the IT infrastructure.
Doctors: Maternity/Gynecologist and Pediatrics are qualified and experienced.
Nurses: Nurses are trained and polite.
Ground Staff: Though they were doing their job but looks like a lack of energy and motivation.
Security: Needs stricter Security.
Canteen: The IP food facility is good but no arrangement for OP and attendants.
Price: Prices are genuine as looking into the service.
Administrator: Not good. I was given erroneous documents and later keep arguing that it didn't matter.

Well maintained NABH accredited hospital with all facilities are best and in a reasonable price. Staff are very supportive. Clean and open environment like a home.

Pathetic they don't give correct information. I was asked to come for mammography on saturday at 4 p.m. I was asked to wait despite having being taken the appointment (it was assured to me). The waiting went futile when the staff said the doctor can't attend me as his timing was till 4: 30 p.m. And i was at the radiology dept.at 4: 32 p.m.
Hospital should provide correct information. I will never recommend this hospital in future.

Apollo Noida is not recommend. Doctor is not available on time. I got appointment of Dr VK srivastav, physician at 9 am. But he did not visit till 10 am.

If doctor is not available on time, then what is purpose of providing appointment?

यह एक बहुत ही महंगा हॉस्पिटल है और यहां के वार्ड में बेड पर चूहे घूमते हैं जो कि पेशेंट के ऊपर भी आ जाते हैं और स्टाफ बहुत ही ज्यादा बदतमीज निहायत महा घटिया स्टाफ है जिन से बात करो तो उन्हें सिर्फ पैसे चाहिए उन्हें कोई मतलब नहीं है कि पेशेंट मरे या जिए। उनसे उन्हें सिर्फ पैसे से ही मतलब है। फोटो यहां के सैमी प्राइवेट वार्ड की है जिसका 1 दिन का बेड का चार्ज 5600 रूपए है।

More much expensive and their staff not coordinating to patient, they likes only money not interested treatment.

More expensive but services are wrost, and their lady doctor charge hevy fee but not immediately treatment.

It’s very good Hospital. Dr S K Pandita operated my husband and now he is fit and fine. Dr Pandita is excellent surgeon. All staffs are excellent.
