I'm here at Apollo spectra kanpur hospital for my pre medical check up and I found the team very cooperative and help I will recommend everyone to visit here once

Neutral experience for me. I booked for TATA AIA Term Insurance Health Checkup, Due to some conflicts between contract of MdIndia, Promiso and Apollo Spectra my test were kept on hold. Also they asked me where I’m willing to pay for ECG on my own. But later when i arranged the call with MdIndia they allowed me to go home without collecting any amount. Will see what will happen.

UPDATE:
At the end MdIndia has resolved the issue, I got call from Promiso as well stating that my samples are in queue for testing. But my MER was not performed at Apollo due to conflicts. MdIndia has arranged another Lab for that particular examination.

Worst experience in hospital for health checkup, pls don’t waste your time and go to other options, this is not apollo at all.

Worst Experience in the hospital. Visited for my father vaccination following issues faced.

1. At the entry after asking for vaccination from guard received to go to some counter after going to that counter received from the staff go to reception and from reception again got a call go to guard and fill form for vaccination. What is the benefit of booking vaccination in the app.

2. For getting a bill for vaccination you need to make a phone call to hospital and request for bill in whatsapp or email.

Living in 21st century, it seems like we are in 18th century.

After making a call to the hospital, number is not responding the calls. Did not receive bill it yet.

We can imagine if for vaccination a person is getting issues too much for normal people for health checkup donot know the reality.: (: (

If you have insurance policy and you want to go for cashless, then this hospital is not the one, the TPA (insurance) department doesn't care about the patient or anyone they only have money in mind, how to extract more money from customer policy, I am waiting for last 24 hours with my 70 year old father as patient in hospital to discharge (even doctor approved discharge yesterday only) just because hospital has not yet send the bills to the insurance company. They deliberately delay it by sending bogus bills which makes you feel frustrated and make your experience even worst than government hospital.

My mother went for her vaccination yesterday, they dint even provide a bill against fee charged even after several follow up.

Very poor front desk staff, it takes alot of time for just getting enrolled. Only single person is present for making files and if she leaves her post there is no one to replace her. It is so annoying to face such difficulty even after coming to such a big hospital.

Worst Vaccination centre. Would recommend you to not come here for vaccination. They donot follow the slot booking system of COWIN it is first come first serve. There recepetion is jam packed with patients and the ppl who has come for vaccination. There is no fan and no air conditioner as well. You will be soaked in sweat and no social distancing is being maintained.

I went here for my vaccination and it was disappointing. There was no arrangement for people and on top of it AC was not working. It is worse than a govt hospital

One of the most disgusting and worst hospital in kanpur. Not at all worthy for the brand name. The staff would make you sit for hours and still you will not get even basic blood report test on time. Theu will make you pay first no matter what happens but when u ask them for assistance they simply make u wait for hours and after that beyond your reach they will not answer your phone call. Inexperience and poor management.

3rd class Hospital with very poor services. They are basically looters and exploiting patients mentally and financially. No time Management. Nobody cares about patients.

Worst hospital of the Kanpur City in terms of fees and facility. Even Govt. Hospitals are far better than this types of Greedy Hospitals.

A unprofessional and lack of sentiments hospital. Doctors wont care even if you’re dying there. Doctors are ruthless. Go there only if you want to spend lot of money and see your patient dying.

Supervisor Awadesh Tripathi is not good person. He was doing miss behave with me when my father came here for doctor appointment. That time his condition was not good and he was unable to even stand. He was asking for wheel chair that said it was not for one person.

This hospital is only making money such a worst hospital worst staff and in ICU doctors are sleeping and in night no staff will bothered about the patients.such a third quality and looters

I have done my hernia surgery at Apollo Spectra Hospitals chinni Gang Kanapur by Dr. Shivanshu Misra. Since starting Mr. Sandeep Mr Amit and Rajeev has done good job for getting preauth and all Nursing staff and HK has done very good jon in caring after Surgery.

I am here for a health checkup and I find everything is good, as Apollo spectra are known for their service, values, and as usual, well specialize atmosphere. Thanks.

Till Excel it was good but when Apollo it is no longer left for common people. The services gone down but the charges just double. Just the name is Apollo for the charges but no better services. They charge Rs 7110 for a private room but as per the service it should be just 3000. Over charging hospital.

Let me start by saying this: "public of this country doesn't want proper healthcare, even after paying a 'handsome amount' to the private medical enterprises, they have somehow compromised even with the standards of healthcare" and unless public demands there isn't going to be any single private hospital in the future that ll serve them with standards.

Now my experience there: admitted a patient within their general ward and right upfront, it's the most unhygienic hospital ever, doctors not even come for 10 minutes, but u ll be billed to ur gills for that. Seating for an attendant was worst even, with torn foam, dirtiest side cabinet, intruding curtains and an overall unhealthy ambience.

May be this is what public deserves as they have already elected some wonderful people as our leaders, then why expect quality in education and healthcare.

This is not at all an affordable hospital. Be forewarned. A poor patient just want to die in a clean ambience, not a place like that!

They admitt the pateint and after 2-3 days they tells if pateint want then do check up of covid then they will.
The worst ever hospital in kanpur, doc never tells you what is the main problem with pateint and doc always says you everything is fine but pateint always saying no sir i m not & they never agree that

The hospital staff is behaving so much badly and always misguide us the and main thing is that they never sort out the problem of pateint only give those types of medicines which gives you temporary relief and then they discharge you and phramasicts are also so much rude in behavoiur

Staff is ok and cleaning is also good but i really like the nature of Dr Shahid. He is a great Dr. I really respect him he is very kind Dr. Sir you are nice person.

Sometimes due to pain I was calling the nurse at times I will shout to call her but she deliberately ignored me not all the other staff was like her but some were just pathetic

Cheetar. 3rd class service.infact they are not provide blanket to the patainet.also not providing treatment report to the patainet. Hospital charges are very high. Gen room charge is 3500 with 3rd class service. There Staff misleading to the patient and there family.

Third class hospital. No transperancy. Before starting treatment Dr. Gave Estimate of Rs. 70k for treatment. After admission hospital created bill of more than 5 lakhs. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

One of the most thrust experience with the staff of hospital at reception, my patient is admitted in ICU Ward and as per doctor requirement of blood. I have asked the reception for the photo copy of prescription.staff refused the same very badly, there is no any humble person in hospital who gives you proper solution

There is some snaps of your hospital situated at kanpur. Extream level dirty wards and patient not feeling well there. Bad smell continuously from surroundings not a healthy atmosphere for a patient. Hospital staff is very rude no manners how to talk a serious patient and specially night staff nurse is so much disgusting. Please take this concern because its matter of reputation of APOLLO SPECTRA HOSPITALS

As i visited to see patient.there was visitor hr. Timing. But their staff and guard man ask extra payment to see patient. Mr. Gupta posting in guard. And one care taker lady dont know her name. I was syrprised how could they do wid visiters for extra money.

All staff are very supportive and friendly, I am stisfyd with the survice. All facilities are very good

Pathetic services, staff behaviour was rude and No management.they already given us the time to come for operation @8: 00 am and they don't have any room for patient, the hospital is smelly and dirty.we have cashless policy of Mediassist and they got approval of 102600 from Mediassist but they demanded 10000 extra for doctor fees from us.

Very clean and trustfull hospital, Doctors and medical staff were available, competent and very human to help in such difficult situation.

I came for a pre-employment medical health checkup & it was great experience here. Staffs were really helpful especially the help desk and service was fast without any unnecessary delays.

Poor service by radiology staff. Irresponsible response. They require four days for MRI report and till that patient has to be admitted there.
