Worst place to go. The service centre people don’t change your product which have valid replacement. I told my charging cable the person destroyed it and didn’t even change it.

I give my MacBook for repair. He told me 40,000. So I take my MacBook to Delhi. And they make my MacBook in 6,000. They only make fool to us. I recommend everyone visit Delhi or other big city not this service Centre.

Customer always wants rich quality food and best service. Both are found in Hotel Comfort INN B. L. C. B. Ganj Bly.

Worse! Apple is never going to help you. Apple customer care service is worse. I want to give them -0000 rating. They don't even listen customer's issue. They gave me a old ipad and took my brand new ipad. Instead of solving my ipad issue, they gave another old and defected ipad with more issues. Never buy Apple's product. If something happens to your device they are never going to help you.

Had a very bad experience. I am a techie in Bangalore and have quite some knowledge about Apple products. I visited the store 3 times during my problem - around 4-5 hours in total. I am writing this review not just on my own experience but also on my observation of how he was treating other customers that are not that well versed with technology.

CONTEXT - I had a macbook air. Its screen was restarting again and again. At first he did normal service and returned back. The problem persisted and I went again. This time he said motherboard and screen are faulty - total 65000 hardware replacement.

OBSERVATION - I have seen that he has very little knowledge of products. For very small things he suggests hardware change. For eg.a person came there with laptop and the problem could be solved with a mere SMC reset. This can be done at home in 5 minutes. But he suggested MOTHERBOARD CHANGE! This was the case with almost everybody. Just imagine how much money he is wasting of others.

MY LAPTOP - after he suggested 65000 worth replacement, I brought back my laptop. I tried opening it in safe mode, it worked perfectly. Then I opened in normal mode and checked the system logs. There was a problem with database initialization. I fixed it and since then it is working fine! Now imagine if I was not adept with technology, either I would have spent 65000 or would have bought new laptop.

REVIEW - I am not sure whether he suggests replacements because he gets commission on hardware or just because he is plain stupid. I have about 75% faith that he is actually stupid. His trick is simple - just change the component with problem. So if someone comes with a problem and you replace the motherboard itself obviously the problem will be solved - because now the computer itself is brand new! However he is very very polite and responsive and patient. THAT IS WHY NOBODY SUSPECTS HIM OF INCOMPETENCE. People who don't have lot of knowledge fall in the trap of - SAHI HI KEH RAHA HOGA.

PRICE - charge 2500 for even submitting your laptop - just for opening the nuts! Even in CP Delhi, the rate is 2000!

SUGGESTION - Although this center is very poor, going to unauthorized center is not an option. This center has monopoly in Bareilly. I would give 3 suggestions -
1. If possible go to a center in bigger city - most probably Delhi.
2. If that is not possible, search the internet thoroughly before going to center. Try to find solutions yourself. Consult friends if they faced same issue
3. If you still need to go to this center, be very very careful what he writes in the receipt he gives you. When you submit your gadget, be very careful he writes exact description of your problem. More importantly, be VERY CAREFUL THAT WHEN HE RETURNS THE PRODUCT, HE WRITES THE SAME DESCRIPTION ON RECEIPT AS HE DESCRIBES TO YOU. For eg.when returned me the laptop, he told me screen and motherboard are damaged. But in receipt he just wrote "Issue not fixed". I should have made him write the exact thing in description also. That way I would have the option to go to consumer court that even when my motherboard is fine, I was advised that is not. THIS IS PLAIN FRAUD!

Great service center i had some issue with macbook pro keyboard the service center people are very supportive. I must admit now why apple products are good.

Appe authorsed service center is a cool place behi d the church in Bareilly. Here emplyees are very poite and helping

I think they don't have good knowledge about MAC to repair.

Otherwise it's good.

They helped me saving lakhs on my Macbook just because of there knowledge and genuine supportive guidance.

A good service experience, Location is easy to find and service center staff was experienced and responsive.
Overall Good experience!
