Apple Authorised Service Provider , Reliance resQ - Varanasi

The place is fine. Most of the actual repair takes place in Bangalore so you have to submit the device for 2 weeks. I took my MacBook Pro laptop to get checked as it was not turning on. Maybe this is common in all the Apple service centres but they won't check anything before I submit the laptop which costs ₹2,200 (just for diagnosing the problem) for an out of warranty product.

Staff is Professional and nice. Had an interaction with Shashank about my Mac. Found him inteligente and overall experience is good so far.

Very poor service and he has no man power and he has no knowledge about phone and I watch setting.very bad only wasting time

I visited service center all staff have good behaviour. Problem solve within 30 min. Staffa is very good

Everything is good enough except this is the only point for apple devices service even though thousands of people are now using apple devices.

Apple should open an official service centre of their own in Varanasi.

I visited this service center for resolved the problem in my iphone. All staff really calm and customer supported.specially they teach me how and understand my problem and did as best as she can did.my issued resolved.

Please see this MacBook Air. This is a product that the so called "experts" had diagnosed to have a "faulty motherboard and touch ID" after inspecting the product for 5 hours.
It has been an entire week since i fixed the thing myself and it is working PERFECTLY, while they were asking for Rs. 39,000 to "fix" a working laptop.

I visited almost 4 to 5 apple authorised service centre from different cities but this is worst i get. They have worst experience and not picking up calls. Apple India pls look forward and resolve the problem.

One of the best service centre in all over eastern U. P.there team is very great and helpfull nature and also service and dear ekta mam is too potential and very good nature thank you so much dear mam and team resq. ️️️

Staff is professional and good. Interaction with Ekta Mam about my iPhone. So ekta Mam solved my all problems very easily

Service was good and everyone was nice but the air conditioner was not working so the wait was very frustrating.

Employees and consultants were good but ambience was pathetic. An apple service centre was not expected to be like this.no Air conditions was working, no seating arrangement, you guys should upgrade your ambience its an apple service centre not oppo or vivo

Worst place to get your ur Apple products serviced not professional neither have any genuine services. They are not capable of diagnosing the issue, they are incompetent resources to waste your time and money. Never approach to them it's better to find any other services.
I felt like they change your products original parts. There is a very big fraud service provide by the centre.
Behaviour of the employees are Very worst.
Apple should review these things not a single user are happy with their services. Why we choose apple if the services are like worst quality. There are so many other brands who provide better service at better price.
They charge Rs 2200 for their incompetence and stupidity.

Wait time is too long for macbook users. They service mostly phones.

GPS location is wrong.
This is opposite to karauli diagnosis pisachmochan

They will let you wait for 1 hr atleast and at last when your chance will come then they will say after taking your device apple will let you know what to do. Even they take your device for 4-5 days just to check that is there any issue with your device or not.
This is reliance not officially apple service center, it means they don’t have any authority to say anything.

Employee who attended us was very rude and she was arguing with every costumer came when i was there every little talking with costumer was an argument from her side and she was never agreeing with costumer

Their policy is so strange and annoying.
Their policy is as follow:
1. Customer have to pay 1100/- for checkup and diagnosis.with no refundable policy (your money is gone forever)
2. The iPhone/iPad datas will be totally deleted. (that seems okay)
3. There is no Guaranty / Warranty About repairing. (whether they able to repair your iPhone/iPad or not, your money can’t be refunded.
Note: Your iPhone/iPad May be damaged totally which you have to take risk, they don’t have any responsible for your damaged iPhone/iPad.

Final word: Whether you are about to die, don’t seek help from them.

Very bad experience. My Macbook air was not powering on. So I took it to the centre. They charged 2200 non refundable amount and then after one day called me and told that the repair would cost 71000. Can you believe that. Then I took it to another shop at Soniya road, Sigra, who repaired it for 8,500. Apple will lose its market thanks to these Authorised service centre. I will say if your product is out of warranty, then never go to Authorised service centre.

Very very bad service, Fully focus on service charge. Not responsible for non warranty product at all.
