Even Not deserve a single Star
They are completely fraud company, people are trapped in there fraud method, Method is that after the service, they will take Rs 10,000 by telling them about AMC plan. After that, in case of any problem, they will be again charge your pocket rs 10000/ in CMC plan by telling that the item that gets damaged is not covered under the AMC plan. Then if any problem arises then it will neither come in the your CMC & AMC plan nor in the work plan. I am filing fraud case in the consumer forum. I will soon get this company punished for its fraud.

It is not illegible for one star.whole centre is fraud.their motive is only doing the Amc not providing service.if you will any question like why i will pay for changing any part then they will give warning that they not resolve your problem.

Fraud company.they came only for AMC (8000) for 2 years at r doorstep but never comeback to service. They don't service proper just make u foolish. My personal experience I take AMC28/1/22 to 27/1/24 but I talk to higher authority that my Kent ro giving beep but they say only service is free u should given charge of part even my AMC is there they advice me to renew AMC next two years in advance then they talk to higher authority and give me part too free so they making pressure to renew AMC either solving my RO problem. My personal opinion don't waste moneyAquair service point.

If there was any star below 1, I would have given that to these fraudsters. Never make a mistake of taking AMC from them. The employees (technicians) only concern is to get as many AMCs as they can. Beware of this fraud company the so called authorised service partner of Kent.

Fraud company. They happily come to take the AMC (Rs. 8000+) money for 2 years service, at your doorstep but never comeback to service the machine until you call them hundred times. Planning to file complain against this 3rd party service provider to Kent.

This aquair service point is very genuine and transparent from it's rate and services. It's been almost 5 year to take services from here.all about to say this that you can trust and take services from here at very reasonable cost.

The services offered are below par. Have been complaining for 3 months for same problem but they are not able to diagnose and solve the problem.
Infact, the person handling the Customer care (name told to me: Mr. Pradeep) in this company does not even know how to talk with customers. Unprofessional behaviour from him which must not be ignored.
No timely addressing of grievances. I have been hassling over this since morning but till evening no person has been sent to look at the RO. Highly disappointed and frustrated with their service.

The worst service centre.the people don't know how to talk.they will stop answering calls.the technician will come after 24hrs.everyone is rude

Best services in all conditions even in festivals too. And now days they also come back with their new offer like CMC and covered all parts.

Very Poor Service. They force you to extend AMC charging Rs 8000 saying everything will be changed for free. Afterwards whenever any problem occurs, they will say that part is not part of AMC. Now they have started another fraud in the name of CMC.

FRAUD. I had an amc till 2023 they come at start of 2022 for regular service and say my machine is no longer working properly and is very old too so they install a new model of kent in exchange of the old one (which they took away with them) with my permission by saying the existing amc on the old machine will continue on the new machine (told me this only after i asked). Then they come in the name of regular service again and say the old amc won't continue on the new one unless you do an advance amc for 2 years past the expiry of the already existing one (basically a way to trick you to extend your amc). So now i have an amc till 2023 on a machine that is not even in my possession but it is with them and the new one is not under amc and to avail amc on the new one i need to first get an advance amc for 2 years ahead of expiry of the current amc. This should have been told to me prior to installing the new one. FRAUD it is.

Pathetic service. All the reviews of 5 star are fraud and not even detailed. They forcibly charge you for 8000 rupees, even when Kent RO is working well. They will dupe and they are running an extortion racket. The guys working Pradeep, Rahul are fraud and I'll mannered.

Mine around Rs. 8000 gone.

Fraud company before giving 15000 rs amc thy say all things covered up in this bt nw thy saying sir if motor get any prob thn we will charge for it

They are Fraud. I have cancelled a two year AMC due to my change in city but they told me that I will be getting back 1 year AMC money back. Still its 2 months but the money has not been paid to me or any updates. Every time they tells me its in process and in the que. Really very bad company.

Very poor service, these people are fraud and will force you to charge of AMC. Kent originally takes 700/- for AMC whereas these fraud people will ask you to pay 8000 and will never do anything for free.

Beware they are fraud and don't sell original Kent AMC.charges doubles and ask for extra money even when you have AMC. Better to go to other official KENT service center.

Super Rude. Untrained.and Unprofessional Staff. Till 7 years they’ve been making fool of me by doing AMC of 5 years and not replacing any part nor filters only wash them and install old used filters…. And behaviour till senior management is very rude…. If such are service providers it’s better to unmount Kent Ro machine.

No authenticity in their verbal communication. Their technician saying that we are covering motor also in warranty but senior person saying that motor not covered in warranty. Also they want some new charges at the time of servicing.
Technician change the membrane that is not packed.
Also saying that if you pay for next 2 years AMC then we will cover motor in warranty but i am having already AMC till 2022.

Worst service and their main aim is to charge customer by telling that the items which need to be replaced are not covered in amc so you need to pay.

Please don't buy the product from this dealer. The service is pretty bad, they fooled us and force us to buy AMC and didn't change membrane. And, once we tapped their record. They came within next day and told us verbally that they gonna refund money but they deduct money for that also. Please don't buy KentRo from this distributer.

Worst experience. They don't have expert technicians. They provide AMC only to hang you in lurch. Too bad service.
