Here I am writing to express my deep concern about the recent decline in service quality at Arbit maruti Suzuki driving school. The exceptional management and oversight of services by the former manager (Shivani Gupta) had previously ensured the smooth and efficient operation of all services.
Since her departure, there has been a noticeable decline in the standard of services, resulting in customer dissatisfaction and loss of trust in the center. It is evident that her leadership played a crucial role in maintaining the high service standards of the center.
I strongly advocate for the immediate reinstatement of Shivani Gupta to her former position. Her unique management style and expertise are essential in addressing the current service mismanagement and restoring the center's reputation for excellence.

I had a very good learning experience with basics taught by Shivani Ma'am and then on-road driving experience was also good with other staff. They all are so cooperative, understanding, and patient.

During my training l was very much impressed by Madam Shivani and my Trainer Shabi sahib due their valuable gauidence I am able to drive confidently with satisfaction

Namaste, this is Aayush Gupta. I enrolled in maruti Driving school for car learning. I just wanted to learn car as a skill.so in this course I take standard (learner) course, so total I attend all 21 days of classes under instructor "shabi" sir. It was quite amazing & smooth experience for me under shabi sir so overall quite good class.

पहले दिन ये लगता था की मैं कैसे सीखूंगा लेकिन simulator मशीन ने तो कमाल ही कर दिया और मुझे थोड़ी भी दिक्कत नही हुआ और रोड पर कार ड्राइव कर रहा हूं।
ड्राइविंग स्कूल के मैनेजर शिवानी मैम ने और स्कूल के पूरे टीम ने मुझे ड्राइविंग सिखाने में बहुत मदद किया ।
और last में यही कहना चाहूंगा की ड्राइव सीखने के लिए arbit से अच्छा कुछ भी नही ।

The experience has been excellent. The way the theory and practice on simulator makes a person 50% ready to be on road its superb. Shabi sir was my trainer on road and the way he made the whole process of driving on the road simple and confidence he shows in the person from day 1 and his attention while the person is driving on road is absolutely great. Maruti driving school is so Good and Mr. Shabi sir sir as my driving instructor. He was skilled enough to handle any situation on the road.
