#Pathetic Staff service
Very disappointed with the staff as they don't not adhere to timing given in appointment.
Although Dr Neha is very professional and experienced but their staff is just opposite.
They gave you appointment after reaching center you will be told to wait for another 30 mins. After waiting for 30 mins again they will say there are 2 more patient before you.

Ma'am is awesome and soo cool. Her patience level is too good. She communicate very well. Very good doctor.

Nice lab. Doctor is very good and he explains everything to the patient as well as her partner. Staff Bharti is also very cooperative.

Again i am disappointed with this diagnostics center, they did not adhere the appointment time, taking an appointment is a big mistake, by the time you reach there you will surprise to find there are lot of walk in then you realise taking appointment is a big mistake as your turn will only when all other are finished.

Its like first come first serve. No value to the given.

I have visited for USG KUB for my father. Dr Neha is brilliant, soft-spoken, and offers clear explanations. She patiently address doubts and provide valuable advice.

Perfect place for scanning, Doctor give utmost time to satisfy the patient as well as to attendant.

Total mismanagement by the staff, they don’t care about people well being. Appointment time is just for namesake. They send the people according to the who can shout more on them. So even if you have appointment of 11AM people, with appointment at 11: 30AM or later will be asked to go first. So would never recommend someone to visit here if you care for your person and time.

Nice experience and with good news staff is very helpful and Dr Neha explained everything very nicely

I visited for my kids Ultrasound and found the place was very neat and clean. Dr.was very cooperative and all the staffs are very educated and well behaved with the Patient and attendant.

The most pathetic service one can ever expect. They keep the person, who is in 3rd trimester to wait for more than an hour even after appointment. The behaviour of staff at reception is very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone to visit.

Poor hygiene
They did not use gloves, fresh sheet while performing tvs. They told me to lie on dirty pillow probably they were using same pillow for every patient. Doctor explained the things well but very poor hygiene in toilet and on ultrasound bed.

I am giving one star just because of their unprofessional staffs. Dr. Neha is good and really polite butttttt the staffs are ridiculous. Neither they cooperate nor they know how to handle patients. Very very bad experience. As a customer I suggest them to replace their staffs so that we can recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Arihant diagnostics is quite good. I rely on this center because of the quick service and mostly for Dr. Neha's behavior and attitude. She is well soft spoken person who listens to every question from patients and answers and explains them perfectly.
