I have spent almost 40k till now (from last 10-12 months) for regular service and other stuff as well. But this time Hyundai service center staff was very rude and delayed the work unnecessary, wasted my time for their own reasons. Please value other people time, I completely understand, you people are working there for 9 hours and you have to spend your complete duty hours, but other people have their own work to finish, it's my humble request to senior management - please trained your staff for soft skills, if something is not in your scope, please say - Yes or No response, without delay, so other person find out alternative option. I believe staff has taken advantage for my loyalty. I was not expecting from brand like Hyundai. My brother is using Maruti, but he never faced such issues. Maybe it's my mistake, I have purchased Hyundai car or Arvind Hyundai is not a right place for service and other work. Highly disappointed. Please look for other service center.

Overall 8 year experience, its degrade from good to bad.
They just enjoying the brand value of Hyundai.
Service is most important part and now it's horrible at that center.
Need to much improvement.

Sales and service are two different aspects and sales is a one time experience which in my case was good.
Now comes the after sales service which u have to experiance again and again and it should be great to make the overall owning of a car joyful, But i think arvind hyundai is not taking it seriously as because several times i have been there for servicing of my car and every time washing and cleaning of car has been done in a very unprofessional way, they are using surf for washing can u believe it. I have given feedback and complaints several times but no improvement is done till now and it is not only my complaint but many other customers face the same.

Poor service quality
No intimation of work properly
Charges so high from their own estimate
Overall don't take their in future.
