I have worked at ascent BPO for one year, and overall my experience has been positive. Here are some of the pros and cons of working at Ascent:

Pros:

TL: My Tl is helpfull sometime strickt but helpfull

Team: I make some goof frnds we lunch togather and have fun working togather

RNR: Every month RNR is good musti hoti hai maza ata hai.i also dance and enjoy with my team

Salary: They give salary on time few even befor time.career: Indiamart ka brand sahi hai so its helping me to get other offers

Communication: I improve my communication because some time i have to talk with sothindian clients and they only under stand english

Opportunity: Salary increment is possible after 3months good performance.

Free Breakfast: Breakfast free is free is traget achived.cons-

Office Timming: 9: 30 ka office hai winter is difficult to come to office.

Workload: Sometime work load is more mostly in months ending.

Promotion: It's difficult to get a promotion because TL seats are limited

Office Politics: Sometime office politics is very unfair some staff are given favous by manager.

No office trips: have to achive target to go trips.

My overall experience in ascent bpo is goood i will miss my frnds masti, i learn alot and enjoy alot.i will miss you deepak bhai.

Saturday working hai

The worst company i have ever worked with.i remember they promised to pay me 20 k and my other colleagues as well but first they were many times very senselesd and manipulative and they paid me nothing when i resigned even after pleaing many times and the same thing happended with my collegues.dome got 7 k and some got 13 j.the worst and the pathetic company ever

Fake campany as well as India Mart is a fake process over there they will not provide a salary to the employees make shure and be aware with this process

Ascent BPO Services is the best company and their staff is also very supportive And the best thing is that if any problem comes in the work, then help is done immediately from the company side My experience was very good and this is the best company for work from home
