Avoid at all cost. Rude conductor and driver, they'll switch off AC during the ride to save money. They'll pick up local passengers to make more money. 2.5 hr journey took 6 hours. I missed all my plans I had made.

They provide absolutely horrible and the worst bus service possible. They made us wait for 2 hours. They claim the buses are running all the time but only 1 bus left after making us wait for 2 hours. Check the ratings online before using them. They stop at every useless point after saying this is a non stop route and they are always ready to fight but do not care about providing good service.

Bad experience in ashok travels, and staff behavior was not good, i booked A/C but their is no a/c

1. Bus seats are not comfortable.
2. Bus was not neat and clean.
3. Bus running speed was very slow.
4. Bad staff behaviour.
5. Bus windshield glass was broken.

Third class service of AC bus becouse ac not working and water poured on passenger. And bus conductor behaviour not good.

Bus timing was 2pm and it got delayed by an hour. Bus took so many stops to pick up and there were no seat allotment u have to run n grab the seat and after an hour at 4pm they took break for lunch. Very poor management, bus condition also not good. Time management is zero. We reached Delhi at 8.15 so they make 3-4 hours journey to 6 hours. Total waste of time.

Very very bad experience. Asked us to reach at boarding point at 4PM and bus arrived at 4: 50PM. Bus AC was not working properly and the seats are very uncomfortable, can't adjust your seat.

Please never book or travel this bus service.

They are having the worst bus services, they don't have any value for time. Don't book the services, as you won't be able to reach to your destination on time.

Even through they have good buses, but don't have time sense. They said bus will departure at 8.30, and started at 10pm, which spoiled our whole plan.

Worst Bus Service in Agra which I have ever seen in my life anywhere. Making false statement of reaching Delhi nonstop and only in 3 hours, but haulting bus at every flyover on Yamuna expressway and 45 min stay in a hotel connected with Ashok travels and reached Delhi in 5 hours. Strongly suggest not to travel with this.

Useless they are cheaters dont go they will charge everyone diffrent ticket price.
Dont have patience and standard to talk with their customer they will treat you like you are slave.

Fake commitment, take to much time to reach delhi.and they drop outside of Sarai kale kha bus stand.

We booked a bus ticket from Agra to Delhi. We informed them that we wanted to go to New Delhi Railway station. At the time of booking they said ok and inform the driver or bus helper. During the journey day we reached the boarding point there was chaos, to my surprise only 10 % of people were wearing mask. There was no seat allocation. It was on first come first serve basis. At the time of booking we were told it will take maximum 4 hrs.to reach Delhi But this was not true it took 6 Hrs.to reach and in addition they dropped us 15 Kms before New Delhi railway station. This is what we call take money and rest is on its own. This is one of the pathetic experience from any company managing bus service.

We were traveling from Agra to Delhi. Different amount was taken from different people as fare. In the middle of the Journey they were stopping frequently to take local people also although the bus was full.also the AC was leaking water after half way was covered.very bad service.after telling the conductor about the AC leakage, he didn't talk properly and didn't solve the problem. Dnt fall in traps of auto drivers if they take you to this bus service.they have a tie up and gets commission.

Very pathetic service bus always run after 2 hours from timings also staff not know how to behave with passenger.

Very bad staffs.i traveled agra to mathura the distence time is 1: 30min the staff were taken 30: 00 min brake. Behaviour is not good. There is no value for your time and money. I never expected this.very much sad.

The idiot bus helper physically threatened me. Yes you read this right. They are pathetic people looting common people because of pathetic train services. The little boy in office deserves all the worse things possible in his life.

I boarded my redbus from this travels. It has a seating place. There is a restaurant just at the side of this place. Be careful to enter that restaurant for washroom as the washrooms are absolutely dirty. If you are visiting agra and have to board ur bus from this travels you can come here absolutely with no worries as it has a space to seat.

The whole team is too much irresponsible.

We have travele from Agra to Mathura, because of driver and conductor irresponsible they don't give to stop on Mathura.

Due to more travel time, we have cross check with drive. They have told that Mathura is already left.

Even they have mistake, they are not ready take responsibility. They have ready leave us in highway. And response is " Cross the road we you get another bus to the way of Mathura".

Even they have ready to refund from Highway to Mathura.

We have tried to complent office, the available number in website is not responding the call.
Even the driver and conductor don't have any number to complent.

We have not Happy with our trip due to the traveller.

Don't ever suggest this travel to any body.

The worst and irrepressible travels…they will tell their buses will start on each 30 min to Delhi but the fact is there will be only one bus on 8 pm so they can collect all passengers around that time.please passengers don’t go for these idiots. U can book in any travel app or any other reputed and responsible travels.

They get more traveller's after full seat. The poor traveller sit on the surface of bus. In this covid 19 virus spread every where but they will not get any precautions related corna virus. Its too dangerous for us and for future traveller's.

Fraud people, they take Rs. 250 for AC bus Delhi to Agra and in return they will take 400-500 per person. No Safety measures taken before boarding to bus. They will tell you that you will reach delhi in maximum 3 hours but in actually, they will take around 5 hours to drop to delhi.

Bought a ticket for Rs. 325.

Bus condition was Okayish.
But the thing which got me worried that there were no safety precautions regarding COVID-19.

Staff weren't wearing any masks, no sanitisation were provided.

Seats were comfy but the nuisance of Mosquitoes were there. Lot of mosquitoes were inside the bus which started biting passengers throughout the journey. One of the passengers requested to do something but they were so ignorant.

This is the worst Exprince with any bus in my life Bus was not Mountain at all, very dirty and Certains were also very very dirty, one of the wortst part is seats broken and can not sit properly. One more thing Driver stoped bus on so much stoped even without stopage on highway to get passenser. AC was also not working. Nothing were working in this bus properly so do not waist your time and mood.

Shameful, no temperature check, no mask complusary and Ac is not working, we have to check and precautions ourself only, Ashok & traveler is a commission agent and they have no interest that bus is done santinze or not, so they are cheater, even bus driver & conductor are not wearing mask and eating tobacco & bidi, shameful, one day this agency will close if they not update the service and follow the sop of government and BJP government just do checking on it

It's worst tour and travel agency, they don't keep there words.they are not punctual as per there words. It's better the travel via train rather than getting trap by these travel agency. Too much charges and poor services.

Worst service worst manner less staff. We book tour from agra for mathura. Vrindavan & Delhi package. They took 600 rs. One of my Co passage said the took 400 from him. And some said 300.the 5.00 pm bus came at 7.00 pm. Worst 3rd class ac bus.
Worst part is when we reach vrandavan the temple was closed. Almost all temples were closed. Us staff was blaming booking people and the booking agent was laming bus staff for delay. No money refund. Almost every one has a worst experience. Where should we complain such a useless travels.
Govt should stop such agents from booking.

Charged for AC but got Non AC in horrible condition, no cleanliness, very dirty. Worst service, ever seen. I suggest don't go for this bus. Instead use government bus service at power house bus stand near agra fort.

On 3 March 2020, I traveled by this from Agra to Delhi. This was the worst experience in my life. While purchasing tickets, they took 500 rupees per person and told that travel time is only 3 hours. It took 4 hours to reach Delhi. Moreover, they were taking passengers all the way. It was a AC bus. But after travelling for 1 hour, they stopped the AC. If you have other options, please don't avail this.

People are not aqurate about the bus timing the every time you ask when will move they said in 15 min. However they wont move untill bus is full almost wait for 3 hours to move. Not happy with those people 1: 30pm they said bus will start from agra and with in 3 hour reach to delhi. However they drop in delhi at 7 pm.

Only good when u have enough time. And dnt buy peetha as this is not the original one rest is ur wsh

Bus was promised to start at 7.00 PM from Agra to Delhi. He was loading luggage until 8.45PM at Agra. Reached Nizamuddin by 1.15 AM with a delay of 2 hours and the bigger problem is, the driver doesnt regret he is late.

Good experience about ashok travels if you are in agra and a autowala is riding you with his auto then i am 100% sure he will leave you @ ashok travels he is good known in agra and you can ask his address from a rickshowwala.

Buses are gud.but buses availability and timing is a another question.washrooms were not available.at least there should be sanitation.otherwise everything is gud.

This was a most and worst experience I had ever had. This was a very bad service they say that non stop bus only stop in Delhi and reached in 2.5 hours but for their own pocket income driver and conductor stopped the bus for passengers more than 15 times I had counted. I asked them to stop on a hotel for 15 mins but they didn't stop there. How cheap service they are providing to passengers. Shame shame

Bus was not good moreover every auto walas commission was fixed so they were not going any other place
