I had my mother treatement over there and it was so reasonable and she is now so fit and healthy. All the staff is so generous and cleanliness is good, must say.

Clean ambiance with courteous staff everything is good and specially all treatments with reasonable prices.

Caring and well behaved staff.
The only downside is the canteen service for the attendants which is extremely poor. Needs to work upon it.

Extremely bad experience. Maintenance of the hospital is poor. The ACs are turned off in ICU, the walls and toilets of ward rooms are broken, the cleaning is done just for the sake of it. The nurse staff in the ward area are very irresponsible, rude, slow and forgetful. You always have to chase them. The staff at the reception are very cold and insensitive. The ward doctors are also forgetful. The only 3 people who supported during a week stay in the hospital are - kalpana (floor coordinator), vishal (gda staff) and most importantly Dr AP Singh (neurologist).
Personally, i would never recommend anyone to this hospital. It was an extremely bad experience for us.

I met with an accident 4 months ago and after not getting bed in hospitals like yashoda, Fortis etc midnight for being CGHS pensioner quota I finally got a bed in Atlanta hospital and got treated by Dr. Ravinder Singh for my left forearm surgery. Would like to thanks staff and specially the doctor for their corporation as my hand is recovered very quickly all thanks to Doctor. One of the best Orthopaedic Surgeon in Delhi NCR

After knee replacement we got good services of physiotherapy by Dr Vandana, strongly recommended

Nice hospital and staff. Well equipped with all modern facilities. Nursing staff and floor staff are very efficient. Dr. Amit Tyagi is a real genius. Keep up the good work.

My husband got admitted for treatment of vertigo 2 yrs back in emergency. The staff is cooperative and doctors are good. Admitted for 5 days, 3 days in ICU. Overall good hospital charges are reasonable.

The staffs here are very bad and they do not treat well, they take money by lying and I have seen such a first ICU where mosquitoes are there and if the doctor comes for one day then they take two days fee, they test reports are also wrong.
Never get admitted here.

Receptionist have no idea whether a particular doctor comes here for appointment or not. I scheduled an appointment for a doctor here from Medibuddy app but when i reach here both Atlanta's receptionist and support guy from medi buddy were not able to confirm whether i can have my appointment or not.
Further one receptionist told me this doctor don't even work here and on told me they're not sure if this doctor comes here or not. Wasted 2+ hours, I'll not recommend anyone to come here

Great 5 Star hospital facility in Vasundhara ghaziabad. You can visit for emergency or planned treatment.

Visited Dr. Vandana for case knee rehab after replacement done by Dr. Amit tyagi and from last 3 days and his knee extention has improved a lot with pain relief.her strength training is really helpful.thanks to her team. I recommend atlanta mediworld

Admitted my mother for emergency case of vertigo. 2 and half days it took them to confirm and say it is vertigo, despite me telling continuously about it. Then later they stopped my mother's BP medicine and said your mom doesn't have bp related issue. I took other doctor's advice and they said BP will never be up when someone is puking.

Then comes their nursing staff, not very experienced staff they handled the injections poorly. Their cleaning staff is good. Catering is very normal too.

But accessibility in case of emergency is there.
Also most staff was not wearing mask including floor incharge and this was amidst pandemic of onicron

Staff is very disappointing Phone is always busy, Drs. Are not giving the appointment from last 15 days, as per the staff no opd.

Easily accessible to residents of Delhi_NCR. Good hospitality but can be better. Food delivery staff doesn't listen to patients for any concern. No sanitizer were available in wards and corridors too. I think lack of staff availability is also a concern.

We get ourself tested for covid-19 and it's been two days we are yet to receive report.

They charged you 800 rps but can't share your report, we have been following up continuously but they're either disconnecting the call or making excuses.

Even the staf is asking now us to visit hospital for the reports.

They treated my father, they changed fees in respect of having echs card when the time for clam camed the account section stopped responding to call and making fun of an old lady my mother who was following on the process

They are just making money, govt should remove the hospital from pannel so that a govt person should not suffer such a waste

HIGHLY AVOIDABLE HOSPITAL - entire staff is incompetent, they lie and hide the facts, Staff is well trained to admit the patient and for which they use fear physcosis to extreme. On admission they will do all random tests without paying attention to patients symptoms. My mom had all the symptoms of covid but they ended up testing her for malaria, typhoid, dengue but NOT for covid, she was given absolutely no treatment for covid or anything to do with serious lung problem till the time her oxygen level dropped to dangerous level, inspite of me insisting to check the
O2 levels. Its almost impossible to meet doctors as staff is trained to tell you totally wrong timings and out and out refusing to have you meet the doctors.when i confronted Dr Vivek paul he admitted mistake, negligence, and communication error on hospitals part, resulting next day hospital suggested that they are NOT equipped to handle my mothers case and we had to move her to other hospital. Thanks god i did that and saved my mom. With folded hands i request you all, DONT FALL for this hospital, no one goes to hospital for a joy ride, save your patient, take them to professional places, but all galleries of this hospital, staff and Docots will lead to the DEATH of your patient.

C Grade hospital, I have been calling for my report since morning and there is no one to attend the call. And that too when I am calling on emergency numbers. So, this is the scenario they are no attending even emergency numbers. Staff is almost "equivalent to illiterate", don't know how to handle queries and their management and staff sucks. Infact government hospitals are way better in management than these stupid guys. Every staff is busy in their gossip. F***ing illiterate.

Very bad experience, today I visited this hospital for covid vaccination, staff was rude and not guiding properly.

After waiting for some time, receptionist told us you have to come tomorrow 9am and get token and then come again as per schedule,

Immediately after that we visit near gov. Dispensary (prahaladgari) and got jab in 1 min only and free of cost,

They were very supportive and provide all guidance.

Recently had my Mom vaccinated for COVID 19.

I give 0 star very poor hospital. I have been call for covid 19 report since morning but no recive any call.

Worst hospital in whole Ghaziabad. Almost no care, unqualified staff, not equipped to handle any emergency, Dr Mittal is least bothered about his patients, absolutely no sense of duty. My mother was admitted for 2 days literally they didnt do anything. On 2nd day he even did not visited and when we came to hospital he was insisting to admit. First he said just one day we will do tests and then extended another day. Second day he didnt even came. Check-in at your risk. This hospital is only minting money. Nobody bothers about your grivance. Their own pharmacy dont have medicines which their doctor write. Pity. Dont believe the ratings here just read people's experience. I wish i did. I was fooled by rating. I doubt if people here actually are doctors. Poor experience, #pathetic

Hospital Denied Covid Vaccination even when it was scheduled. The number that says for complaint and suggestion call doesn't work. Well if you cannot honor a scheduled appointment then god know how you manage treatments.

My Husband got I'll, doctor's didn't clarify anything till the end he passed away that what is the actual problem. Don't go their, very poor service and irresponsible behaviour.

Atlanta hospital is the worst hospital you can ever visit. They’ll provide you near to death experience even when you are all fine. Medical staff is not at all helpful. Nurses are pathetic. You might be dying but they will not come to ask. And even if you call nurses more than one time, they will shout on you saying “hum aapke nokar nhi hai”. Moreover talking about their doctors, I don’t think they are even doctors. They themselves doesn’t know about anything. And yes they make unnecessary money. They will discover diseases in you which are not even there. It is not an hospital, it is a highly pathetic place where you will go and suffer more.

I got surgery of AVN Left hip.it was nicely operated by Dr Amit Tyagi orthopaedic, special thanks to him and staff was also very helpful. Overall good hospital

Hospital with less experienced medical staff however with high charges. Better not to go there.

It has been a good experience with nursing staff and treatment, except for behaviour from ICU staffs. Nurses do not listen to requests from patient and do not take care of infusion bottles. My wife was admitted in this hospital due to bone fracture and was not happy with treatment from ICU people. However Nurses/Staffs in the ward are very helpful (special thanks to Mrs. Rekha Pandey).

Overall very good hospital and great staff but only one night duty doctor was very illmannered and misbehaved when the patient was very critical and attendant was panicky. Instead of taking charge of the situation he was very casual and instead started arguing and walked out of the room when attendant asked him to look into her condition urgently.
But just for one or two people the whole staff and hospital can't be held wrong.
But yes... Values of the hospital must be held up high by every member belonging to Atlanta family.

I went to the hospital with my wife.all the doctors & staff to care of her and baby at the time of delivery.overall my experience with hospital was good

Hospital is clean and hygienic.good and qualified Doctors.

Now I want to talk on behaviour of Doctors while talking with attendents of Patients.almost all doctors seen talking politely with attendents.but my experience with Doctor Sh Puspraj, who is incharge of ICU in the night shift, was not good. His way of talking is very harsh with the attendents.he talks with attendents like a Jailor. This act may harm the reputation of the Hospital.
This is my suggestion that Adminisration of this reputed Hospital may advise the Doctor to talk politely with the attendents.he may convey his bitter words in a polite way.
