Alhamdulillah had a good experience of managing my Umrah trip with Atyab Travels. Right from planning to final execution Jafar bhai was quite helpful on each of the fronts. Even if there were issues/concerns it was duly noted and acted upon. There is room to ensure more proactive updates, avoiding minor errors in documents but overall the service is quite good. In sha allah will come back when planning for Hajj and will also recommend others to approach Atyab for planning their pilgrimage.

The entire process of planning and executing the Umrah and Hajj Pilgrimage can be pretty exhausting and confusing.

But believe me when I say this that when I and my husband recently decided to undertake the journey, we came across Atyab Travels. It was perhaps the smoothest travel experiece I have had.

Jafar bhai, was kind enough to plan and execute the itienary, curated to our needs, Hotels were great to our liking, transportation was flawless, all the ziyaraths were taken care of, food was great.

And the best part, the hotels were walking distance from the Haram Sharif (Hotel Shaza Mecca) and Masjid Al Nabawi (Rua Al Hijr)

Our family was going for Umrah for the first time and we came across Atyab travels. The customizable packages caught our attention and the other agencies did not have such flexible options. We were initially skeptical as they are not in the same city but given their knowledge we went ahead with them.

Finally we performed Umrah in May 2022 via Atyab Travels. We are so glad and thankful for choosing Atyab travels. The team was supportive, pro-active, knowledgable, and pro in what they do. They were just a call away for anything we needed.

We booked our Umrah tour of 10 days towards the end of April '22 and have been so glad that we didn't go anywhere else. This was a tour that we planned on a short notice so there was much to be done with constrained time limits.
Having said that, all the paper work was easily facilitated through Atyab Travels with regular updates provided to us throughout.
Ofcourse you also need to be proactive and keep checking in with them, but that's the part of the process and they understand that.

They were polite, patient and proactive through the entire process of booking hotels, flight tickets, local transfers and itinerary management.
You have the option to go for their packages or customize it to your needs and they will get it done or give you experienced suggestions that you can consider as well.
While on the tour, they do check in on you to ensure everything is as per expectations and are proactive in arranging for any local assistance if needed.
Strongly recommended. 5/5 will book again with them.

I have never been so impressed by any services as much as this experience with Atyab travels.

Due to the health of my parents, I had to plan for Umrah with them before Hajj time (due to the cut off of 65years). They are not in the best of their health and hence we needed hotels close to Haram.

Alhumdulillah for Atyab travels, since I chanced upon them online and started researching more. I started talking to Jaffar bhai in Ramadan and kept asking questions at any hour in the day or night.

This was my first instance and I was really anxious because of my parents health and the fact that I was taking them for Umrah alone.

Jazakallah Jaffar bhai for the experience and my mother sends lots of regards and prayers for this seamless experience.

I had the opportunity to avail the services of Atyab Travels for making arrangements for our Umrah. The services offered were wonderful and spot on. All the visa and travel booking were ontime and in the best available facilities meeting our requirements. After reading all the reviews I decided to send person with Atyab travels. I have some bitter experience with one Umrah company in Delhi. I am a travel agent from Assam. Next time is with Atyab Travels

One of the best travel company for Umrah in the country. They have provided us the best of the service with the best of the prices. We have gone for Umrah through them for 12 days. From hotel stays to travelling was excellent. The owners (Jafar bhai & Babar bhai) are very humble and always in contact even after reaching there. They are constantly in touch with us regarding any service issue. In Mekkah we stayed in Sheraton which is just in front of the Haram and in Madina they have given us Crown Plaza which is also at the gate of the masjid. If you are thinking of going for umrah, opt for atyab travels. I am 100 % satisfied with all the services they have provided to us.

Everything was satisfactory in Makkah whereas things were not upto the mark in Madinah Manawwarah. Adding insult to an injury, their counterparts/representatives are Pakistanis over there who are inefficient and incompetent by nature. Made us stay in the hotel which was under renovation.

Food has been served initially in the BHANDARA style although improved a bit after complained about the same and intervention of the tour operators.

Services are supposed to be improved to justify the amount they are charging.

Last but not least try to make people fly on Saudi Arabian Airlines and not of joint ventures like SA + Onus Air (the air hostess emptied and washed/rinsed the teapot in the toilet in which they were serving tea).

Before writing anything about Atyab Travels I would like to bring it to the notice that we visited a reputed tour and travel company in Connaught Place and was highly disappointed.they had no idea about when and how the tour will depart and were not able to answer the simplest of the questions.
Coming to the Atyab Travels now, we saw their advertisement in an Urdu newspaper.we went to their office and Khureji unaware of the marvelous experience which we would later undergo in our umrah trip.
Mr. Babar and Jafar who own the travel firm were very helpful and kind.we were able to book a decent Umrah package thanks to them.
During our Umrah, we were constantly contacted at each and every step and was guided at each and every point. Cabs always arrived before time, people from Atyab travels always contacted two hours prior to our departure regarding any change in our travel plans and so did the driver of the cab. The hotels which we stayed in were in prime location and were 5 stars. The trip was planned according to our need without any slight alteration from them. Even when we were returning to India at the day of Eid, Cab was available for us when every other traveler was facing issues.
We didn't felt as we have traveled to a different country rather it felt like we were right at home.
I will definitely recommend Atyab Travels for anyone who is looking for a great and home like experience for their trip at a reasonable price.
