Axis Bank is the worst bank of India. Noida sector 18 branch staff members are totally unprofessional, untrained, uneducated, rude, uncivilised.

Worst staff. They are completely not reliable and very slow. My investments got delayed and I missed opportunities because of the staff here. Whenever you go, they are only saying, "what is for lunch? " and "where do you want to go for lunch? " Zero regard for customers.

I want to give them minus points but that's not an option. Employees of Axis Bank called me on December end regarding overdraft loan against Bharti Axa Life Insurance. They took 65000 from me for the insurance and said will return 40k to me after I receive the loan amount and the kit. Today is 13th April its been 3.5 months but there is no reply from their end and neither any update regarding the kit.
Even the branch manager is disrespectful and lousy like them. He himself doesn't have any idea of how to deal with clients and respond to them.
All they do is false claims and promises.
And when I asked them about their address the person has switched off her phone. After 10 minutes the phone again gets switched on but no reply.

I wanted the amount within those months but now I don't need it anymore and still their kit has not arrived. This is how they treat their customers. The good thing is that I have recorded their conversation and the messages. Atleast, I have proof if I want to make any legal action against these people (Priyanka Gupta, Rohit Shukla and the Branch Manager).

Don't even think about the physical location. All that is missing there is the employees' household things.

I URGE PEOPLE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNTS OF THIS BANK AND KINDLY DEAL WITH THE ONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGIT GOONS WITH THE WAY THEY ARE BEHAVING AND ACTING.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK. I OPENED THE ACCOUNT ON DECEMBER IN AXIS AND NOW WITHIN 4 MONTHS I AM CLOSING THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE CUSTOMERS BUT GOONS LIKE THEMSELVES.

Today I had an opportunity to visit it's branch to deposit US visa application fee and was very much influenced with the quality of their services. Managefmakes phone call to cashier who fills up the form and manager Mr Chauhan issued the required certificate of fee deposit within fee minuts.

Pathetic bank and worst service. My account was created as priority account without letting me know that I need to maintain 2 lakh in account. Now when I am requesting to downgrade the account they are asking for hard copy from usa to india …. The staff Ayush Sharma from axis bank is giving me options which is not possible. I asked for senior person name he is not providing that as well. Axis bank should consider this as escalation

I have my account through this branch. Every 15 days axis Bank cuts 650 rupees from my account and when I try to contact customer care for such illogical reduction from my account, the caller doesn't exist. At the time when I opened my account I thought axis Bank will be great experience but it's my worst experience. There's literally no one to talk to. In last 15 days, 1300 rupees are charged from my account or idk what but my account is in negative now. This has been happening for over a year. But the water has gone over head. I'm destroying my AXIS ATM card today and never using this account again. Shame on you Axis

The Worst service in this brach of Axis bank Noida Sector 18. All Arrogant people are sitting here including Branch Head. I am having my salary Account, My Loans but these people are not ready to help you as wells as lots of Arrogance, No suppprt and Rude behaviour. I met many employees of Axis bank Noida sector 18 Branch but no any help. I was my mistake that i chosen Axis Bank for Salary Account. Immediately going to close this Bank account. I am Surprised that Even Branch head is not ready tp hear your concern. Very Bad experience Noida Sector 18 Branch.

It was again osm experience with CAPITAL Hyundai and Mr. Shishri, new showroom in DLF mall. Thought it was our 3 to 4th car, so we were looking for a showroom that provides accurate information in showroom. The price, features and facility everything he told us with clarity. I highly recommended to each and everyone to visit the DLF mall showroom and specially met with Mr. Shishir for his very valuable support at every step for the purchase of new car.
Really happy with the purchase and servise from Capital Hyundai DLF mall Sec 18 Noida.

AXIS bank sector 18 branch, I am not disclosing my real identity and real id as we had a very horrible experience we wasted so many hours of that branch for two days.we had work which actually takes hardly 10 minutes because I have already got it done from to other branches separately twice but this branch took hours and hours and even after taking so many hours it was that giving any surety that the work will be done. Divya Gupta will always tell you to leave your papers and go home and she will say that she will do the process but actually she is trying to make a fool of others and and when you will try that number which is given by her will not be available for calls and then if by chance there are holidays after that then you are going to suffer more the same thing happened with us after rhe holidays when we went to the bank she still didn't do our work and made excuses it was from morning to afternoon and afternoon again we went she still did do our work then she asked us to go home and she said I will try my best to do it but she will not give you a surety so we did not leave the bank then she was forced to do it after making us wait for or round about one and half hour. Actually the work could have been done like other branches of Axis bank within 10 minutes but she will show as if that 10 minutes work is of hours and even after she will process the work she will keep on Telling you that she does not know when work will be actually done.so basically she tries to make you insecure that even if you have spent hours in the bank you cannot be assured about your work done and the next day if its going to be another holiday so be it tension for at least four five days.
Don't go to this branch ever. Axis bank should take some action against this branch and it can be easily done by checking the CCTV footage and by rechecking and cross checking it by seeing whatever is said if that footage the excuses which Divya makes are really true or not then only they will be able to catch her. People have written so many bad reviews about this branch most of them are bad so Axis bank should try to find out what is wrong with Noida sector 18 branch people attitude. Why people are not complaining about other branches and only Noida sector 18 branch. Kick them out as it's a private bank. Specially Divya madam is too much and always shows as if she doesn't know anything about the rules and time consumed to do some work, I know more than her. Otherwise there is one way we people should bycott that branch.
During the process she needed a document photocopy for that we send it on email and later when we have to delete the email she was getting annoyed, this is the way thes bad people will teach common man to fight against cybercrime or if a person is tried to be careful about the papers they have a lot of problem with that.
The bank landline number is always unavailable and the number she will give you will never be available for calls.
So actually Divya Gupta should not do public dealing she is not fit for that.

Rude staff. Very Bad experience. The person is sitting on loan desk have not aware even about the bank process. I visited 2 times but I wasted my time.
In short they are not working as professional. Worst management.

Worst service ever. Bank is good, products are good but this branch is pathetic. They just see you as source of money and will go down to any level to extract it from you. Specially with mutual funds. NRIs careful! Pathetic customer service!
