The worst batch ever, the staff doesn’t know the banks policies and how to respect your time, they will make you waiting for hours for the things which can be done in 30ml a or so. It takes more time than a government bank. If possible please visit some other branch.

I didn't have a good experience. The service was slow and for passbook updation they took 2 hours citing some issues.

One of worst service offered by axis bank. I have given request for closure of account in Gurgaon Sec 10A branch. She told to that do not withdraw amount.we will send you DD on mailing address. Account closed by bank and i am still waiting for my money. NO respone from Indrapuram branch / Sec 10A branch / RM. Only i chasing. No one picking phone.

Great Hospitality towards their customers and giving quick resolutions Staff Mr Prateek on the front desk resolved my issue in minutes really appreciated to see such a dedicated staff in Axis family

I’m highly disappointed with service and responses from bank employees. Every time I faced headaches dealing with people sitting there for my own money. I advise not to open any account and not to avail any services in this branch. Highly unofficial.

Worst bank and branch.staff not aware about their systems and process.from last three months visiting bank branch personally just to enable internet banking.still not able to do transactions via internet banking.told me to fill request form to update mobile number three times at least. Mr Gavendra wasted my months for just enabling internet banking and still not able to do the same.every time I visit the branch just simple execuse "I have contacted back end time, just check after 24 hours". No real solution yet.never open a account with Axis bank.

Service is slow. Its been 6 days i submitted the form to open a current account. At that time i was informed that verification will be done in 1-2 days and account will be opened. Its been 6 days their verification process is not completed yet. Compare to them even PNB bank's service is faster.

If possible I want post zero star for their services. No phone picked up, Zero management. They show their tantrums and they thought they are superior. Totally waste of time. Untrained staff. Lack of soft skills how to talk. They denied for everything. No manners both ladies (Neelam and Operation head Shabiya) both are dumb.

This bank has a employee which are an example that you should not hire rude and not want to help of people in your bank (Named HIMANI) Absolutely shocked by the treatment of this bank's employee for getting a Demand Draft.
Worst customer service, maybe Indian's largest private bank but it is also number one in poor customer service. Himani in this branch seems to enjoy their job nor do they care about the customers. Everytime you go in they act like the customers are a bother, maybe if she didn't have any customers then she would be more happy.

Plz ensure the employees have proper soft skills trainings to talk to the customers. Did not expect this from a Indirapuram branch.

मैं अपनी बेटी का सुकन्या समृद्धि अकाउंट खोलने axis Bank की आदित्या मॉल ब्रांच मैं गया और सभी जरूरी documents जमा करा दिए और बैंक वालों ने बोला 1 हप्ते मैं आपकी बेटी का अकाउंट खुल जायेगा।

मैं 1 हप्ते बाद जब वहा जाता हु तो बैंक वाले बोलते है सॉरी आपके documents कही गुम हो गए है और आपको फिर से सभी डॉक्यूमेंट्स जमा कराने पड़ेंगे। मैने उनसे बोला की अगर मेरे डॉक्यूमेंट्स का कुछ misuse हुवा तो उसका जिम्मेदार कोन होगा
लेकिन किसी ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया।

बहुत परेशानी के साथ मुझे वहा से वापस आना पड़ा और बैंक की इस लापरवाही के चलते मैं अपनी बेटी का सुकन्या अकाउंट नही खुला पाया।और ना ही किसी ने उस लापरवाही की जिम्मेदारी ली।

बैंक काफी लापरवाही से काम करता है कृपया ध्यान रखें।

Go to Axis Bank, Aditya Mall that is nearby in case you have reached above mentioned location
maps should change this as no bank exists here.moreover this is shown inside a residential society.so even guards are telling that there is no axis bank inside.

Bhot he bakar service h inn logo ke ek kam ka lya ya log 25 days se chkar kata rhe h.
Or mare problem solve nhe kar rhe h.
MA apna account band kar rha ho Iss lya. Iss bank ka staff Acha nhe kam apne responsiblty shmj kar nhe karte h.mujha inn logo ne gazetted officer tak ke pass signatures kara ka Maga lya. Jab bhe mara kam nhe kya or 25 days se chkaar cata rhe h. I'm so angry. Indrapuram ghaziabad Aditya mall branch. Staff.

I have visited the axis Bank aaditya mall branch and request for open the sukanya samriddhi yojana account. I have submitted the all the required documents and after 3 week bank said, sorry your all documents are missing and please resubmit the all documents. I am very disappoint this type of service.

The employees at branch are very unprofessional and are incompetent to resolve any query or to do any work even very simple work like opening a mutual fund account. Very poor experience at this branch. Staffs need to be fired or replaced for better service.

The executives at the branch don't want to work. They try to get away from taking request and have very casual approach. I made several visits to the bank whether for change of address or for a new debit card. Every time i am given some excuse for not issuing a new debit card.either card not available or system error. After several visits got the new card and then for activation of the card have to visit the branch with no help and only excuses. I am struggling for the most simple job of setting up ATM pin for new debit card. Sorry to say the executives at the Bank are of no help and avoids to work

I have lost my ATM card and I need money for my family member was hospitalized when I visited axis branch of Indirapuram at 5: 30 bank was closed and meet with senior manager he help me and every body very cooperative and helpful I am very impressed of axis staff thanks axis.

Worst service, worst staff I am an axis bank user and I visited the branch yesterday, the staff was very rude in behaviour. Spacially those those two ladies. Bank like AXIS should give some basic training to there staff thet how to behave with there customers. "I am talking about this particular branch" where you just go and put your problem and they will advise you that talk to the customer care. And if you aske again then please talk to there hand. (muft ki rotiyan tod rahe he bus) a big thumbs down for this branch where the other branches are quite better.

Horrible services. I had submitted a form to reactivate my account with all necessary documents. Their staff assure it will get reactivated in 48 hours and I will get a new debit card sent. It's been 18 days now but no resolution. When I checked with their customer service they informed no such request has been received. Absolutely pathetic bank in terms of service.

I am banking since the month the bra ch opened. I am finding that there are too less staff and the staff are overloaded with work I presume. My husband gave instructions to issue FDr at 11.15 am to your crossing republic branch, and in the evening the same us not executed. How long does it take to have a small work done? Please check the quality of services. At the end of day the staff is apologizing. Check the matter on priority.
Seriously services are moving from bad to worse. Action on top priority.

This is the most ghatiya branch. Employees are so unprofessional specially manager kumar anupam. He is the worst employee I ever seen. Don't know who recruited him and how he recruited. He doesn't have the skills to be on the manager post. So arrogant employee and unprofessional.

I raised a complaint against him in MD office even MD office got scared to take action against this unprofessional manager. Strange!

Asking for a new debit card since 1 month and they still don't have it kalpana says its not here you can visit any other branch then why this branch is here when they cant slove issues of the customers. Horrible customer care service

Not a good bank. No Transparency. They deduct money from your account without letting you know the reason.
No toll free number to call. Very poor service.

Staff in this branch is just too pushy and always keep rolling the work ball to each other and keep accusing each other.staff behaves as if they are doing favor to customer and want customer to get done FD, get Credit card, do an investment in ULIP or mutual fund, etc etc, they insist & push you to this extent that you will be terribly erritated and wish not to visit the branch again.and one more point they do not open Zero Balance account.no one to answer if you call there customer care numbers.worst staff.

Staff is good and corporative however it's quite unprofessional in terms of Communication with the staff. The branch manager is great. I am overall satisfied with the services offered by the bank:) kudos

I have the worst experience with this branch, even after 20 days they are unable to open joint account, where as Axis bank claims, they took only 3-4 days and they are giving excuse bank servers are very slow.

Avoid opening a current account. The team who is handling the current account dept.is not at all aware and prepared about the process.the staff itself is unsure about the criteria which are needed for opening a current.a/c. Manager lacks basic etiquettes and also do not have any politeness for the customers. The manager (specific who is handling the current account section) even will not bother to offer a chair.

Avoid this bank at least for current a/c.

The remaining staff is quite good and helpful (saving accounts)

Out dated service protocols in the digital age. Still you need to visit branch for loan prepayment cheque deposit!
