Axis Bank Branch

Staff is very gud especially there is a girl her name was nishi Singh doing great job towards cx

One of the worst banking experience. For everything one has to visit Branch.the account gets locked or freeze.the website complaint mechanism doesn't work.in conclusion, this bank is good only for people who live in neighbourhood and have time to visit branch at least once in a week.

I have deposited a cheque of axis bank ramghat road branch Aligarh to be credited in my current account
The cheque was returned twice and reason was very unprofessional
Bank officials are unable to contact their own customer two times
Very bad experience

Frankly speaking
shazia madam is rude and mannerless
Please shame on her and look into the matter for the respectible name of axis bank

Worstest staff ever (especiall shazia mam of aadhar generation)
They will misbehave and also takes a lot of time for my aadhar generation

Only problem is parking place as there is no parking. Talking about bank, I must say Axis is one of the best bank in India.

Worst experience atm cash deposit machine not working staff dont take ownership long queue to deposit money however cashier not available on seat
