पेमेंट प्रोसेस को छोड़ के बाक़ी सारे प्रोसेस हद से ज़्यादा धीरे है।
मैंने 10 बजे फॉर्म भरा था, 10: 40 पर मुझे बुलाया गया और BP, ब्लड ऑक्सीजन और वेट मापा गया और फिर से इंतज़ार करने को बोला गया।
11: 10 पर डॉ BK जी ने मुझे देखा और 5 टेस्ट लिखे।
ecg, eco, TMT, cervical spine और Blood test.

ईसीजी और cervical स्पाइन टेस्ट के लिए 2 घंटे
ब्लड टेस्ट रिर्पोट आने में 2 घंटे
Eco और TMT के लिए 1 घंटे।

eco और टीएमटी टेस्ट करने वाले डॉ बार बार आपरेशन थियेटर में चले जा रहे थे जिससे बहुत टाइम लग रहा था।

और दावा देने वाले दोनों अंकल कछुवे से भी धीरे है। 1 इंसान को 15 मिनट लग रहे थे।

मुझे मेरी दवा 6 बजे मिली।
कुल 8 घंटे लगे मुझे।

बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव।

One of the best cardiac hospital of Varanasi. B K sir is very good doctor (Heart) and cooperative.other staff and nurse are good specially dr anshika is very careful, expert and humble.

Average hospital, staff are not educated.
No proper management.

You have to spent a day for anything.

My recent experience at B. K. Heart Hospital was an absolute disaster, and I would advise anyone to stay far away from this facility. The level of incompetence and negligence displayed by the staff was shocking, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied and concerned for my health.

To begin with, the hospital's facilities were woefully outdated and unsanitary. The rooms were cramped and dingy, with outdated equipment and furniture. The walls were stained, and the floors were dirty, which was alarming given the importance of cleanliness in a medical setting. It was clear that the hospital was not investing in maintaining its facilities, which was highly concerning.

The medical staff at B. K. Heart Hospital was also severely lacking in their professionalism and competence. Despite my concerns and complaints about my condition, the doctors and nurses were dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. They failed to take a comprehensive approach to my treatment and instead prescribed generic medications without fully considering my medical history or the specifics of my condition.

The lack of coordination and communication among the staff members was also a major issue. The doctors and nurses seemed to be working in silos, with no clear plan or direction for my treatment. They provided conflicting advice and instructions, leaving me feeling confused and unsure about what steps to take to improve my condition.

Furthermore, the billing process at B. K. Heart Hospital was extremely problematic. The hospital charged exorbitant fees for basic medical procedures, which seemed completely unreasonable given the poor quality of care I received. The billing department was disorganized and unresponsive to my concerns, adding to the already frustrating experience.

In summary, my experience at B. K. Heart Hospital was an absolute disaster. The unsanitary facilities, lack of professionalism, and subpar medical care left me feeling disillusioned and concerned for my health. I strongly advise against seeking medical attention at this facility and suggest exploring other options for your healthcare needs.

Services are poor, staff members are careless, you should go there when no other option available, cleanliness and hygiene are below standard.

Very bad experience, they looted and cheated the money from the critical patient.there is also a case of fraud everywhere even in the medicine.
So be careful while visiting that hospital

Location is good.
But Little much Expensive Charges.
Facilities are also good.

Dr. Balaji is a god dressed as a cardiologist he rescued my dadaji's life which was at extreme risk. I salute to his true dedication and labour that he puts on each of his patients. It's surely a promising hospital

Worst hospital. Group of criminals. They make money only from the patients. I admitted my grandma and they did nothing only charged 70000rs in a single night.
I request @CMO @uppolice and up government that take strict action on them so that the robbery can be stopped.
I also request people don't choose B. K. Heart hospital.

मै अपने माँ का, 12 वर्ष से ईलाज, इस अस्पताल में करवा रहे हैं, ईलाज एवं मरीज दोनों ही सन्तोषजनक एवं स्वाथ्य है।

Yaha ki suvidha bahut achhi rahi aur yahan ke dr. Nurses.other stop friendship jaise rahe.aur vyawashta bahut achhi hai.

Hospital/Staff are not Good & charges is also high and no discount on medicine provided by the BK Hospital Medical Shop & sell on MRP openly, it's LOOT of poor public money by the BK Hospital in PM constituency area.

Worst hospital.only aim to aquire money and make petient critical. Staffs are very bad treating with patient.

One of the worst hospital, they dont even provide reports of the patients and keep on delaying the treatment with some or the other tests just for their personal gain. If you dont want to get into more critical condition plz avoid this hospital.

1.these are really cheaters. I have admitted my parent in lucknow and Delhi's hospitals but like this type of treatment I did not seen.
2. I proceeded here with cashless. They admitted my monther 5 days and clamed for 14 days addition. Made wrong papers and forced me to sign on that.
3.they are not given oxygen to patient but they chaged 7000 for oxygen when I asked for this they told don't argue with use we have given.
4. They are not giving medicines on time. They have written on bill those medicines names chaged me 18000 which are not mentioned in doctors prescription and never given to patient in hospital.
5.on the 5th day which is discharge day, Their staff came with feed back paper. Sit in front of me and fored me to fill feedback according to her.
6. I did not seen any good thing in this hospital even not fully satisfied with doctor advice. It looks like he was in pressure of diagnostic department and written all test which is not necessary.
7. My mother gone for chest pain in this hospital but they did chest xray, echo, dopler, angiography along with stomach x ray, cervical x ray, back xray, ecg.
8. But nothing problem detected in any report. It was blood pressure problem. And not satisfied with very high dose of sleeping medicine. 5 days continue she was in sleeping mode.
9. Not happy with their treatment. Not happy with their charges. Not happy with staff behavior.

I admit my relative in B k heart hospital under Dr B K singh sir. I thanks to all staff the hospital and other docter. He save the life of my relative that time whene other are refused to admit we also thanks the management nurse team they very well take care my patient.give s and care to this hospital they belive in transperancy with low cost treatment

It's very nice hospital, Doctors give proper attention to every patient. They are very caring and good in nature. Specially mention their staff are very supportive and caring.

One of the worst hospital. They are interested only in money. Staff is very thief and their behavior are very poor and not supportive. They are not giving medicines on time. Not having happy their treatment.
