Very poor customer service.had booked Sonet on 1 oct which had to be delivered in 2 months.yet after four months I didn’t got the car.then finally I had to cancel my booking as there was no update from the team & executives.every time I had to take the follow ups.hat’s off team Balaji.
And hats off to you too team Kia.

Very bad experience from this workshop.they make you wait for 2 hrs just to attend your car.then make you call your car insurance company.pathetic.give you date for 10-15 days to complete work.not only this when you see after 15 days. Still incompletedcar workis handed over to you. Worst workshop!

The owner of this place is extremely well behaved guy.he knows the pulse of the car.his knowledge about the car will blow ur mind away.

Worst showroom I ever go they promise to deliever car on my sister marriage date I booked already 6 month before from my sister marriage but they do not give delievery on my sister marriage date of due to this my sister marriage spoiled

Don't buy car from this showroom.if you want to buy then buy it from another showroom.their service is very slow.they take atleast 2 month to deliver a car.

Location is not good, far from central Lucknow. Positive environment but needs improvement in customer satisfaction level like Maruti Nexa.

They are really unprofessional. There customer handling services are worst they didn't care about their customers satisfaction. I went there for manufacturing fault and these people are least intrested in resolving my issue they just keep ignoring my calls and aren't helpful at all.
