Pathetic service by this travels, Drivers are rude and worst, stops only at cheap restaurants for commission can't even have food there, not supportive when there is age old people, don't have common sense to understand the situation at all.
Pandit services in Prayagraj was pathetic, charged hefty amount but the service and items used were horrible.never take any additional service from these guys.
Once the trip starts the backed people start to ping/call back to back for balance amount immediately, that's worst. NEVER REFERRING THIS TRAVELS TO ANYBODY.

Best Hotels were provided for accommodation.
Can be much better in terms of Guide and driver.

My experience was really great with Balaji Travels.
Start from airport pick up, accommodation, sightseeing visit, guidance, meals are excellent. Hotel Dolphin Grand was good, clean, wifi connectivity good, rooms are with modern amenities. They arrange my Prayagraj visit, boating with competitive price, clean and safe boat. Neeraj sir and Vivek Sir are with us throughout the tour.small car and tempo traveller both are good. Visit to Ganga Aarti and all ghats are unforgettable experience.
On top of all these things they arrange all possible things which is not in the tour program
1 They arrange boat cruise nicely decorated with lamps. We can see all ghats and Ganga Aarti. They arrange Flutist and Tabalji for nice local, classical and old Hindi movie songs/ music. They were playing their instruments so beautifully that everyone was mesmerised.
2 We also done saree shopping at Varanasi.
3 They also arrange famous Banaras paan for us
4 last day they arrange local classical dance show for us
5 They advised us, arrange all sightseeing s as per on convenience to make this tour unforgettable.

We had wonderful experience during our Prayagraj, Varanasi and Gaya trip. The vehicles were in good condition, the drivers were very proffesional and hotels we stayed and the staff there and food was all good. The guide Mr. Raghavendra on 3rd day of our trip was very helpful and gave us good information about the Varanasi places to visit, its history, importance and about local rituals. It was a pleasant visit. Due to heavy water currents ghat places and Ganga arti we missed, that's the only unfortunate thing we had.

My review has a story: we (me with wife) went to Auli and all the bookings were done via Balaji Travels. Everything was going good, all the hotels, cabs were fantastic and very co-operative. When we were coming back after 3 days of trip, we had checked out from hotel and we had to on board to train from Haridwar. But, just 4 hours before, I got a message that our train got cancelled. We had no idea what to do, where to go as we had to resume our offices on time. Then Balaji travels came for rescue and immediately they arranged an alternate train from delhi to hometown (vns) and a cab from Haridwar to delhi. We reached home comfortably qnd happily. Want to thanks a ton to Balaji travels for their out of the box support.

1. Driver was tired because he was directly sent after a booking. We were attentive and caught him closing his eyes as in he was about to sleep.

2. The cab reached late at the pick up point 1.5 hours because the driver didn't had a smartphone to navigate till the hotel.

3. The driver didn't knew the route and we had to guide him.

So, it is the fault of Balaji travels that they send exhausted drivers and its a risk.

We are very pleased with the service provided by the Balaji Travels. We have booked a Tempo Traveler from Chennai couple of months ago. We travelled from Allahabad to Varanasi on 31st of March. The driver is very punctual and picked us from the railway station on time. They didn't charge any extra amount other than the package amount. We are very happy for the excellent service provided by the Balaji Travels. Thanks to Neha for confirming the booking much in advance.

Very good service especially the driver Saurav was very humble, co operative, polite, caring. Good and safe driving. About hotel dolphin, A/c service and t.v. Was not provided in the beginning. Marathi channels not available on t.v.
