They don't consider customers as their priorities instead it seems they are doing some favours by working on our requests. Highly unprofessional, poor services. They still carrying old goverment attitude in their services.

Do not open your account in Kotak Mahindra Bank, because without any reason these people keep deducting money they activate any service, and have said next time the money is still not deducted, but again money is deducted next month, Please please...

This MG Marg civil Lines Allahabad branch is completely full with unprofessional staff. First they should learn how to talk with Customer. Very disappointed

Very bad service by Kotak Bank. They are slower than any Government banks as well. For passbook entries, they make Senior citizen wait endlessly. Very lethargic staff
