Now bata is stamping local brand and selling under its name not much quality is left only the name is there lack of variety in show room and mostly highly expensive collection not a first choice either

I have purchased a shoe before 2 months, the price of shoe was 3099 approx and I asked many times about durability of shoe then sales executive said “it’s very strong and durable” but it’s starting to get damaged in very short term! As you know when customers are paying to brand just for good stuff and durability then why it is getting damaged very early!

It's a good showroom service is good clean and neat. I am satisfied with the service.

Bata is the name everybody knows or have worn at least some point in their life. This store is big with good collections of sandals and slippers for women, not very vast in shoe department. Men’s collection was quite nice though. It’s also in budget so need not think too much before buying.

Bata is no longer the Bata where people use to go because of their reasonable pricing, they dealing in different brands which no-one has ever heard of, strange but true, one can visit the showroom, may be I'll get some difference in opinion, which I don't think I'll get.

The same products are sold on bata's website for much better discount. They have no variety in stock or discount and no special offers for bata membership customer. All in all if you trust bata brand then should buy it online lot more options and discount.

With peak location this showroom has a good collection.
With a wide range for all age groups.

It's is the best Bata showroom at Sigra. Many more options available for male and female. Staff are professionals, there is no parking for four wheelers but available for 2 wheelers.

Not too much collection. It is waste of time here to go. Specially kids and women collection is very less. Only name of bata is useless when you have no collection. Better to try gurubagh shops of footwear.

For purchasing of shoes, ladies sandals, and slipper it is good shop. Quality wise very good, durable and at affordable rate.

Un-professional staff. Untrained sales man. Not having basic etiquette how to deal with the customer. Need to address this issue immediately.

Bata is a well known brand for leather footwear. But here is something new about bata, now they have a large variety of fashionable footwear either for men or women, boys or girls and at the affordable cost.
But this showroom of bata which is at chetganj, they have very less stock of products. I will recommend you to go another showrooms of Bata like Bata on sigra.

This shop of Bata is very old in Varanasi and a milestone in the region of Sigra.

Good collection. You can find many options here in bata show room. In footwear for both men and women. Also woman's hand bag are there. Over all experience was good.

It was a very bad xperience. I brought a pair shoes for my mom but it's a bit uncomfortable.so I went to that bata store.to change it.or refund my money.but they refuse to do it.even they're not changing the shoe also.becoz they dont have the xtra stocks.bad xperience with bata
