Pretty good experience in terms of searching and buying. I take off 1 start because they sent a pricier product without informing, this cross selling/up selling seems to be a constant issue, otherwise no complaints. The guys got delayed by a few hours, but was very prompt in showing all the details, matching product I'd with warranty card etc etc.

They sell defective or second hand batteries which don't even last for year. I purchased battery last year and it had faulted twice already and it hasn't not even completed a year. The only good thing is that you can have the battery delivered at your doorstep. But what's the use of that if you have to suffer for entire lifetime of battery running here and there to get it fixed cause once sold they don't even provide any support of any sort. Please refrain for buying from batterybhai.

Good Concept of business. Helped a lot during battery down. Quick Service. Installed my battery just in 2 hrs at my location. But In terms of price same dealer has less prices for same battery.so quite disappointed for Price.
