Dr. Garima is wonderful, her treatment really works. The technicians especially Priya Devi is very good. But the management of the clinic has been a huge disappointment. The receptionist kept promising me that she will get me in touch with the staff for 3 days for a post treatment concern and never informed the concerned staff about it. I had to visit the clinic finally. Now I have been receiving mails claiming that I have visited the clinic multiple times whereas I haven’t, I believe that there is some financial fraud going on by showing that clients visit the clinic when we don’t. That head office needs to really look into this matter and just a word of caution to clients visiting the clinic. I even tried to get in touch with the customer care but they were equally not interested.

I had an amazing experience at Berkowist hair & Skin Clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The clinic's atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and modern, which immediately put me at ease.
Not only did deliver outstanding results, but they also provided excellent post-treatment care and follow-up. They genuinely care about their patients' well-being.

We went to this store after years since my mother stopped using it. They said you need a service for hair wig for which they did shampoo and charged 990rs!
They also said 2 pins needs to be replaced and charged 400rs!
How can pins be damaged if we have not used the wig even 5 times? They are looters. They should have informed and educated us on the shampoo before giving any service.

I have been visiting Noida branch since one year and have met every technician but recently I met Mr. Farman who is fairly new in the Branch but possess a very thorough understanding of hair treatment and is very polite by nature. He's very detailed oriented and know his job very well. I would sincerely recommend anyone visiting Noida branch to meet him once and get the treatment done.

I have taken a package of 16k from them and it’s been more than a year I am not able to avail that and go for another packages doctors are really good but the managing process is very bad I don’t how they manage the team at a moment they should have sufficient staff for providing the services. After the covid break I tried to take my services which was pending but no help is provided. I visited the clinic and and I told that I want to buy products than they called me again and again but for services they did not take any follow ups very poor service will never recommend and suggest any of my Frnd for this Noida clinic.

Hopeless experience. Have taken the package of 10 services. Used 5 till date. No value of appointment and time. Have to wait for 30-40 min even after the appointment. No values of commitment only money making machine.

I’ve had two sessions of laser from noida 18 Berkowit hair and skin and the results are amazing! Dr. Manisha explains the treatment process very well. Ms. Priya mam, she explained me about process and precautions about laser and makes the treatment very comfortable. I’ve only had 2 sessions on my full body with my Laser but my hair growth has reduced significantly and am so happy with the results. Staff also nice and humble specially karishma mam, always send a reminder before laser. I highly recommended this service to anyone thinking about doing their laser treatment.

I have been visiting along with my brother to this clinic for more than one year and the results are awesome. From almost bald to getting back the hairs.was dream come true. No doubts, one has to pay the price for the services by the best doctors but again the experience and results after investing the money is "grateful". I highly recommend you to pay a visit if you have problems related to hairs. And, the smiling services from reception to designated doctors from the day one will change the experience you ever had while visit in any clinic. Very bad experience. I get Prp session but there is no growth in hair even my hair density get down. When I visited clinic they told me that hair density will increase upto 50% from current position. But result are negative. They did not suggest me properly that what should do after Prp session. I waste my money.

I have availed 'Berkowits noida' services many times. The staff is very supportive and helpful. They are specialised in their treatment.

I would like to specially thank Dr. Manisha in noida center. I must say that she is a good counselor, helpful and answers all the queries in details and extends her support in her best possible way.

Irresponsible and un professional.pls dont visit noida branch. I have been using their services from 10 long years but now its time they have made me change my mind and opt to another person. So bad on their path, zero feedback and poorest of the services. Authorities pls look into this otherwise u will loose ur clintage to other many competetive and good service providing companies

I will like to pay special thanks to ms.karishma for daily calling me to confirm the appointment but never telling me even once that the technician wont be available that day and then instead of offering an apology lying that she sent an SMS intimating me the same.yes dear u really send me sms but that was just an ordinary sms and there was nothing in it to convey the unavailability of the technician.
These people are so unprofessional that they don't understand the value of commitments. They just wasted my valuable time without any remorse.
They don't have even this much courtesy to call u or apologise. First they don't give you appointments n then when u get it somehow they told you only after your arrival at the clinic that the technician is not available.
Shame on you people Berkowitz.

I got into the trap because one peel at Berkowits costs Rs 2500 and if you pay for six at once, the amount is just Rs 6000. And then it's a sacrifice on the quality that you were never told. I lost interest in the treatment because there were no positive results in the later sessions. I paused the treatment for about a year. Berkowits is not that bad in service, but I would never recommend buying any membership/package deals.

Although they do a great job, but they do have a subtle way of cheating people. I had a recent instance, where I opted for two hair skins (fully lace) as they did told me that an offer is going on and you should opt for this. I am a user of front-lace and had used it successfully for almost one year or so, and was pretty much satisfied by its look and feel.
This time I went for fully lace as per their suggestion (so called natural look and feel blah blah et al). First one turned out to be suitable for my requirement and worked well for few months. Normally they switch the two in every visit for longevity. Now when I went for the second swap this time, this hair-skin was completely of inferior quality/density, and didn't even came up that well. Complete baloney and robbery in daylight. I am sure they cheated by fixing a poor quality hair-skin. There are many quality of hair-skin available in the market, and gullible customers can't tell the difference easily. And Berkowits always claims to carry superior quality due to their vast industry experience of 30 yrs or so (but NOT SO RIGHT Liars).
So, I feel cheated big time. So, guys beware of Berkowits Noida. They are all good and sweet only till the time you are striking a deal (and till finalized), but later they will forget everything, and stoop so low to cheat you in a blink. Totally bad experience with them. So careful.

It has been a wonderful experience with Bercowits. I had acne for which I have tried all kind of medication without any fruitful results. Upon researching I came across Bercowits. Since then it has been pleasent experience I didn't have to swollow any medicine my acne is almost gone. Rupa Sarkar one of the tecnician has been guiding me all through the process. Great experience!

I really appreciated, good environment, good staffs and most important they understand what is required.

The first time you visit the clinic they will spot each and every minutest mark that they can see on your skin. They will tell you how bad you look. You will feel like committing suicide. This is their proven successful method to sell their products and services. And once you have made the payment and have purchased what they call "routine maintenance packages", you wont find any difference. Then you go to them, and they will tell you. "it's absolutely fine, don't be so cautious! ". "These marks / scars / acne will fade away slowly, it takes time. " Well this is what I have been hearing since I got into their trap and I have almost finished my routine package with zero results. Some movies are a one time watch, meant to be watched only once. Berkowits is a one time visit clinic, just try if you wish to, but not more than once. Hope my review helps my brothers and sisters.

The receptionists do not have the information about anything. She would just tell you that you would soon receive a callback. And then you would keep on waiting forever. The interesting thing is that they would not share with you any details about the pricing or anything on phone. You have to visit them and waste your precious time negotiating. Whether it's a treatment such as laser or dermaroller, or a simplest peel; they would ask you to pay Rs 5k to 6k. And then will present you a package of six services for just Rs 20k. Believe me, they further have a margin to reduce that to 50% i.e. 5 to 6 sessions for Rs 10k to 12k. I am a verified customer and no one from Berkowits can question this feedback. I have evidences for everything that I am writing here. All I would say: "Avoid Berkowits". "Don't get trapped by visiting the centre".

I have been in touch with these guys from 1 and half year. It has started with medicine and got end at hair transplant but result 0. Shame on you guys. Just taking help of fake reviews is just not way to become expert. Do some work. In starting They have suggested me for medicine for 3 months it cost to me 30k to 35k and result No at all. After that they asked me for hair transplant, I got ready for it, and took hair transplant of 4000 grafts (cost me 90k) result below average. Hell. One thing else They will talk to you like, They are your family members if your case is worst and will try to not give any receipt. It happens with me. They haven't provided any proof so I can't complain. Dear guys beware with this fraud clinic's. Find my result of today in picture.
