I BOUGHT A NEW LLYOD AC WHICH I WANTED BUT AT THE TIME OF INSTALLION I FOUND OUT THAT THEY GIVE ME LOWER VARIANT AC AT THE PRICE OF UPPER VARIANT.
AND THE STAFF IS UNRESPONSIVE AND UNOPOLOGETIC.
I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

On 15th April, i went to buy a Ac 1.5 ton, liked one of Lloyd's model and paid 29,500 for the same at around 1: 15 pm, they said that they will deliver the tv within 2 hours, tv was not delivered in this time, after three hours, i went to check about the delivery and to my surprise it was not even dispatched. They said that we will deliver your AC soon. I went back home. AC was delivered around 6: 30 pm. We asked local AC engineer to take out our old AC, to our surprise technician told us that the AC is not new and is used. Called them, They said sir we will refund the money in cash, i have got the cash and i have returned the AC, but that's how these cheaters are working.

Recently I bought a samsung Front load washing machine with eco bubble and inverter technology from Bhasin Brothers! Excellent product I have ever seen and used! Having worth of everything like money, water, surf and especially time. Every house wife must buy this wonderful product. And apart from that the Curtsy behaviour of the staff and especially owners Karan Bhasin and Gaurav Bhasin, is very good.
The customers and consumers are like god for them.
My experience was Excellent.
Who soever is reading my this review must visit this shop.

I dont wish to give any star to them. They try to make fool/cheat to the customer. They over quoted the price of the product to me and when i showed the amazon price they smartly reduched the price by 1000/- in comparison of Amazon and over smartly replaced the model with more lower value. While pointed out they misbehaved in a very very worst manner and absued.i will never visit to this shop. Simply says they are cheater.

This is a very famous very popular and very fast service provider electronic wholesaler. Original products, services are also good and the behaviour of the staff and the owner was also appreciable which makes an good impression on cutomers.

Don't purchase from this shop mostly they have damage product and after installation you need to follow with service center, 4 days back I purchased the Ac and after receiving the damage outdoor unit I replaced it and it took 3 days to follow with them to replace damage product, after installation my Ac work for only one day and after that it got stop working and strange sound coming out from ac after that I called them they told me to register complaint again that they will not responsible again when the service guys visited they said it's broken from inside we need to change the part, and again I am following up them since two days I didn't receive any resolution.

Don't want to give even one star pathetic delivery we booked a cooler from there shop and expected delivery was next day 12 pm.product not delivered as well as giving false information that it has been dispatched we went and booked a cooler on 30th April 2022 even full amount has been given and today it's 2 may 2022 it's not yet delivered even they will not receive your call after calling three to 4 times they will pick up and then again false information already dispatch dispatch today but no information I mean worst customer service and when you are complaining regarding this over phone call they will not hear you and just tell the boss is busy busy in what manner this is how you value a customer. There should be a management in case if you were not able to deliver atleast you should inform.what is this behaviour and then you guys say sorry.one day delay can be expected on Sunday you guys were having more load today is what Monday now what will be your excuse.
Worst Bhasin Brothers regret after purchasing product.

Owner say price of Sony tv 77k even they don't have stock and denied for further process even we could pay cash.

They told me to deliver my ac within an hour but they did not deliver till 11PM and then I called to the owner, they told wrong number to me and again they called me and told that your ac will be delivered by 12PM.
Very bad experience, it shows that they are only shopkeeper in meerut

Trying to call their number from last few days, they don't even bother to pick the phone. I have purchased 2 ACs from your shop but still no value of customer. Please pick your customer calls atleast.

Showcase wise its fine, but People and Owner of this Shop are very poor and they all are doing cheating with customers. We purchased 4 electronics items last year and they told us that items will be delivered to your home. They delivered all items but 2 were not working when i asked them that these are not working then they took 6 months to confirm us that they can't help us. Our contact person was Gorav Gupta from Bhasin Brothers. There services and Products are totally poor quality and they are cheating with new Customers.

Worst experience! 5 days back i purchased a fridge. First of all the delivery was not on time. We were told that the fridge will b delivered the same day but they took 2 days for that and no one in this shop answers your call. Then again we had to go and remind them about the same.
Even then a different model was delivered and no one has come to install it or to fix the situation!
Also everytime i go there the salesman talks so rudely as if they've done some favour or are my bosses.
Not at all recommended place. Even I'm trying for refund as nothing is proper!

I regret going to this place, the staff was so arrogant and unprofessional. The way they deal with customers is ridiculous and if they continue to work like this then no customer will buy products from them in future.
