This is the worst hospital in the world. Doctors talk so rudely with the patients that they did not even listen to the patients what is their main problem.

Please go for other clinic as some prices may go high but they will give. You more better treatment than BHU.this is the worst hospital my Grandmother has died because of them.

Teachers hmlogo ko batate hai ki doctor bhagwan ke rup hote (I agree) but kuch doctor rudely behave karte hai (also I agree) lekin government hospital kyu chalta hai (samaj sewa karne ke liye, garibo ka ilaaz karne ke liye) b.h. U's doctor is best but ek " EEG" LAB b.h. U ka hi jo trama centre psychiatrist department me hai usme Jo lab ke doctor hai vo lab 12-1 p.m kholte hai aur 2 p.m lunch bhi chale jate hai

Treatment is good and cheap but crowded heavily. First thing get yourself a prescription page then go to respective department and fit yourself in que early in morning by 7am to meet best doctor. Then wait for your number.
It may reach 400 que so be quick.

BHU Hospital: Incompetence & Negligence.my family member died because of them he need emergency icu but they are in negligence and don't show any humanity while seeing the patient is dying may God give them that situation too.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the BHU Government Hospital with my uncle who is 60+, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. The hospital's staff and management demonstrated an appalling level of incompetence and indifference towards the needs of the patients. The entire system seemed to be plagued with numerous issues, making it one of the worst hospitals I have ever encountered.

First and foremost, the staff at BHU Government Hospital were incredibly rude and unhelpful. From the receptionists to the nurses and few doctors, it seemed as though they were more interested in gossiping and chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to the patients. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was astounding, leaving a lasting negative impression on anyone seeking treatment.

Furthermore, the hospital's management was nothing short of chaotic. The administrative staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, resulting in long waiting times and unnecessary delays in receiving medical attention.

Another major issue I encountered was the lack of essential medical supplies and test lab due which public had to reach out private stores. Me and my uncle had travelled to BHU from Ballia just to get oral tested on BHU doctor request, believe or not I have spent 3 hours visiting different departments to get the test done somehow but all my try failed because of Incompetence & Negligence stuff and without help desk or service desk where I could reach out for help.

Please note people are reach BHU from different places who are not familiar with everything hence they should be a help desk or team who willing and feel proud doing their work. This could help many aged and uneducated people.

Most disgusting part is no one from BHU stuff have shown helping attitude

Moreover, the communication within the hospital was abysmal. Doctors rarely took the time to explain the diagnosis or treatment plan to the patients and their families, leaving them in a state of confusion and anxiety. The lack of transparency and clear communication only added to the frustration and distress of the patients.

In conclusion, BHU Government Hospital is undoubtedly the worst hospital I have ever come across. The unprofessional and apathetic staff, chaotic management, inadequate medical supplies, and lack of effective communication make it an extremely distressing place for patients in need of care. I strongly advise the public to seek alternative healthcare options and avoid this hospital at all costs.

Walking silent place you can do everything in this one place and very big campus hostel but very crowded place outside traffic so much by auto, car, Toto etc and big hospital near this place heritage

Worst hospital in Banaras.doctor and staff are very rude they don't even talk properly with patients.
They treat their own private patient in bhu OPD.

Jholachhaap doctors have more sense and ethics than 99% doctors of BHU. AVOID at all costs.

Best hospital for any disease near to Banaras railway station take auto rickshaw at 30rs per person

Stupidest doctors one place can have. They literally gave anesthesia to my fufaji who was suffering from brain ache, and that lead him to coma.he died within 3 days.also, doctors are fraud, he died long before and they told much later approx 24 hrs later.

As long you are opd patient and can wait for hours in long que or stay overnight to get first chance its ok. Treatment is ok nothing special mostly opd doctors are seniors escorted by junior medical students, problem starts when you try to admit somebody without reference you would have have your patient wait on strature for getting your bed or even on ground. The medicine you get changes like guinepig everyday and heavy neglect, you are actually a guine to be experimented by student doctors so be aware of it

E.g -जैसे की मानले की, कोई मारीज किसीं डॉक्टर को शुक्रवार के दिन मिला और उसने कूछ जांचे करणे के लिये अपसे काहा की मुझे नेक्स्ट time रिपोर्ट दिखाईए फिर वो डॉक्टर आपको सिधा नेक्स्ट शुक्रवार को ही मिल सकता है ऊस रिपोर्ट्स को और कोई देखेगाभी नही वो बोलते है की आप अपने उसी डॉक्टर को दिखाईए, फिर आएको ऊस डॉक्टर का दिन अणे का इंतीझार करना होगा, इसका साफ साफ मतलब है की जाओ अब मरो उधर।
There is different kinds of problems with different different departments.

I think the best example for mismanagement is BHU Sir sundarlal hospital, Inspite of extra sufficient fund there is no thing for comfortableness of patients.

Too much rush here. All time waiting mode is active in pathology and other department. Crowded. You been exhausted here. Better to meet docs at their residence.
