We went on 24/05/23 to attend a family wedding function, the food they served was really of poor quality, I think it was not a fresh food at all
The behavior of hotel staff was rude.
Interior of the banquet hall was not maintained at all

They have lost there mind

They made my sister's wedding an unforgettable day by ruining it
Food and service both are bad

Good food, neat and clean place to have any meal you want. Very nice property and catering staff

Ambience is good, but overpriced cuisines and service is also slow.we tried Shahi paneer which was really bad in taste and we left from there without finishing it.

Very nice place. Good meals at reasonable price. Location right on the highway. The missing star is for not having Kulhad tea, though it's on menu card and touted as speciality.

Place located on highway, one can reach easily. Atmosphere was ok ok. Went there and while ordering we get to know there were no non veg and Chinese available due to covid situations, they were serving only daal and paneer in North Indian and other dishes of South India. Had to pay charge for water bottle and left the place. I would suggest staff to please inform people before they settle in and deciding their meal for the unavailability of main course.

It was nice restaurant, nice menu although no south Indian in menu, apart from this the ambience was cool,

I can’t even talk about the stay as I was not allowed to stay.
We were refused to give a room as my religion and my partner’s religion were different.
Not only it was a discomfort but also raised a lot of questions in my mind.
I was told that the local authorities have told them to do so, would you be able to give me that in writing?
Cause if it is a law then you shouldn’t be afraid to show it and if not and you are just scared of some mobs then are hotels even safe?

Dirty and Unhygienic Rooms. With bathrooms not operational and blocked from usage. Air Conditioner seems 30 years old with no cooling. Rooms were not cleaned before handing over. Stray dogs in huge numbers lying all over the campus. Kitchen for the restaurant is most unhygienic with garbage dustbins at the entrance and cooks were not wearing gloves or head covers while cooking. Utensils are dirty and for sure stray dogs would be licking the utensils for left overs. Horrific Experience overall. Manager tried to loot us, as we left the rooms early, he first asked 8000 for the 2 rooms without bill, then after spat, he asked 6700 with bills, then we threatened to share the experience, so he asked 5000. Heights of Unprofessionalism and Misbehavior by the Management. Don’t ever dare to visit this Place.

Worst experience ever
Booked big bite for a marriage during the covid19 situation and had the worst experience ever. Took money for each and everything but didn't arrange anything. Didn't really respected and misbehaved alot. Not arranging things in the proper way and when asked about the same no proper answers were given from their side. The arrangements they promised us were no where to be seen and had no answers for same.
Never booking it for anything whatsoever.

We had choosen this facility for quarantine, as this had a good rating and had mentioned to be equipped with all facilities.
But on arriving at this facility, we were shocked. Stray dogs are lying all over the facility. This is a banquet hall which was converted into quarantine with around 10 rooms at the back of facility.
Room Description: Dirt was all over the room, when we entered the room. There was a person named Aakash on the duty, and he said it is what it is and we had to adjust. With No functional AC @40 degrees heat. Then we tried to use the bathroom, and we were completely shocked and horrified, that its blocked and there was no water available, its stinking to an extent, that person could die.
I went over to check the kitchen, it was a complete disaster as well, we haven’t ordered any food and the next day itself we vacated the facility.
Last Nail in the coffin was Mr Alok Sharma, the so called General Manager of the property and wanted to call himself a son-in-law of chief secretary. He is a complete fraud and a cheat who is not at all sure about what to charge for the rooms- His numbers started from 8000, then down to 6720, then said 5000 and later on said 4480. We gave him 6000 (2000*3) and we are still waiting for the change (1520) to be returned to us.
Please don’t go by the old reviews, as there might be the change in the management.

Property and Management is a Big Disaster.

As i visited for a Marry function and as per i check rate was higher in comparision with Food quality and Hospitality.

A beautiful venue for all events. I liked how it has made a huge entry room with a beautiful palatial structure in the front.

We went for a wedding. The hall is rather large and well appointed. Good venue as there is lots of space and huge parking

The decoration is great and the halls are spacious but the food was disappointing. Attended a wedding here. Even the staff is good. Not sure if it was their own catering or if it was from outside.

For big marriage parties and big functions well maintained Situated on main national highway in Meerut city and this resort is very very good and big. And the food quality and service is outstanding.big ample car parking and security staff

Attended a function here, great place and food. We travelled here and were surprised with the services and quality of the place, it has to be one of the best in Meerut.

For a change food was amazing. The best thing about Big Bite is that ample parking space is available within the resort

They have a big restaurant with good seating capacity.
Food is not very expensive. Stopped here for a morning tea and tried their grilled Veg sandwich, which was good.

Excellent luxurious Venue for functions, very reasonable rates, vast menu, hall interiors done in exotic decor

This place was awesome as it is affordable and you can visit here with your whole Family, also the food tastes very nice there.

There is ample space and good sitting arrangements. Furnitures and fittings also look elegant.

The exterior of the resort can be big more appealing and fresh. Boards and signage need a relook.

The food is amazing. The students from nearby college such as Subharti University gets a special discount everytime they come. Just mention it or show your ID. The service is also good.

Food was not worth eating.cost was high and taste was really bad. Go to this place only if you are not left with any other option.

A nice eating joint on Haridwar-Dehradun-Roorkee to Delhi Route. Close to Delhi. Good ambience good food.

Very nice restaurant near meerut, if you travelling and going some where by this Road, you can take a break and have some delicious food and desserts here at Big bite.

Very poor in professionalism. "Naam bde or darshan chote". Is very appropriate for this resort. We selected big bite to an engagement event.two days before the event we talked with the owners of the resort regarding the venue decoration and food menu. The owner suggested us to opt for the best flower decoration with a bigger price. So on trusting the owner we chose to go for the best flower decor but the result was awful. The decor was just ok and normal. It felt our hard earned money went for toss. ANother thng which was very disappointing from the owner's side was.we told them even small things which they should take care like the stage sofa on which the bride and groom were to sit was not clean and was having spots all around the sofa. The owner convinced us that everything will be in place at the day of event. And to our surprise.at the day of event also the sofa was like it was 2 days ago with all the spots highlghting on camera.it was very bad experience.and the worst thing was they chrged us for 100 plates extra which to our knowledge was not more than 50. Now this thing shows the owner's lack of sense of truth, professionalism and customer eccentricity.at last a humble advice that never book Big Bite for any event to be hosted there.

It's a place full of peace full of privacy.best for parties and the menu you can find is a little bit costly but the food is yummy no doubt.a nice party place, parking facility is also provided have rooms and party halls for ring ceremonies weddings nice arrangement.

Nice place for parties at reasonable price. Warm hospitality, courteous staff, ample parking, clean wash rooms.

Good food, ambience, ok service.location is best when you are coming back from haridwar side. Finish your lunch or dinner before you take on city traffic.

It's under construction and it will be a good restaurent in the future as the maintanance is going on.
