Bikanervala is outstanding for his food and service.we searching always vegitarian for without onion and garlic, so we found here few items like chole bhature simple cheese pizza awesome tasty always

The sweets and desserts are one of the best in town. The cleanliness they maintain are second to none. I specially like their Jalebi, Chole bhature, Onion Kachori and Raj Kachori.

Very unhygienic food they are serving to their customers very bad insects are sitting on thier food item in display which they are serving us

On 27June 2023 went to Bikanerwala RDC Raj Nagar Ghaziabad for some snacks while selecting the snacks I saw a insect inside biscuit box when told the manager he opened the box and found the insect but instead of apologize he was defending that it is a rainy seasonal insect and while packing it might have come, really you should check before purchasing any packed food from this outlet

Bikanervala is not so good.food is not so good.it is moderate expensive.self service is also a problematic.chole bhature is best in menu.service is also too slow.no seating arrangement on ground floor.staff is good.people on the cash counter on the ground floor are a little bit rude.

Service is very poor.after asking three times to pack the sweets.the employee standing at the counter said.that you have to firstly pay money at counter then sweets will be given.slow service

One of the good place to. It's Mashal dosha is far better than any of the south Indian restaurant

This branch food quality was v low. Poor service. Unhygienic. Will not go again. Not recommended

Good and clean but it is our advice for staff to put curtain at first floor at the entrance of wash room

My experience with Bikaner RDC Ghaziabad was pathetic. My 3 year old daughter wants to go to Washroom. I took her to Washroom and the scenario was pathetic. The toilet was in such a bad situation. As it's common toilet men's toilet pot was full of urine and block.it was stinking so much and other pot was also so dirty. I was feeling puking. Can you imagine men's toilet pot full of urine and block.the smell was so bad that I didn't not eat anything after that and my mood got so upset.pathetic. I can't imagine that situation.very bad experience. Disgusting. I left my food and came out from Bikaner. Never ever will go back.

I got 1 dosa and 1 Pav Bhaji packed from Bikaner RDC, Ghaziabad as it was lockdown we were not allowed to eat there. When I reached home and started eating my dosa, I bit down on something hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a piece of a metal nail (as in hammer and nail, not fingernail). Never expected this from such a reputed brand. I tried reaching them however no one bothered to respond to my calls. I will never order anything from Bikaner after this horrible incident. Will keep others informed as well. DO NOT TRUST BIKANER RDC GHAZIABAD.

Nice restaurant and location in RDC. Chole bhature was tasty. Nice place to visit for birthday and party. Staff behaviour was awesome and courteous. Service was really good Keep it up!

Food is good but the whole place is very disorganized. Its very crowded all the time and billing staff lets anybody cut in front of anybody so there is no point in being civil. Its bustling like a limited quantity buffet party. They just CAN NOT keep up with this much footfall. If possible then try out chaudhary mod branch or other branches.

Good place with various varieties of Norh Indian, South Indian and Continental Food. But they are not the perfect experts.

You can taste delicious Choole-Bhature, Desi Ghee jalebi various cakes, and sweets here. They also provide dining and take away facilities. Nice place but self service.

Situated in RDC GHAZIABAD. Very good vegetarian all kind of foods. Self service. But by quality and hygienic it's very good. All kinds of Chaat is also available here.

Food quality is not up to mark. I am east before one year this time food quality is good. But this time is not good.

Ridiculous.last night purchased 2 pastry and that was so bad.the moment I started eating that was stale.bread and cream was not fresh so tight.didn't expect from bikanervala.holi hai iska matlab ye nahi ki baki cheeje agar basi pdi hui hai to bech doge.ya to pehle hi kisi greeb ko khila do otherwise throw them away.as I did.i posted a picture as well.

Pretty decent place to dine out with family in Ghaziabad. Serves good food. Has self service. Food quality is good and staff is well mannered.

It use to be a good place but not anymore, the delivery is fast, quality has degraded a lot. Never try their pizza i mean neverrrrrrr.

Only problem I see is the cash counter. Since it is a single counter, sometimes it get crowded or you feel the delay in getting the prepaid bills of your order.

The place is good for meeting someone or to spend time with someone but the only thing that is not great about this place is its food.
I mean the food is not good and it is expensive.
I have been to hapur bikanervala and that place has more food quality and less price than this one.

2 star for ambience and sanitation. I have book the party hall in rajnagar RDC bikaner and the main food is tasteless and totally waste of money. Regarding sweet I have brought the chamcham and that is also not worth it. Bikaner totally disappointed me in respect of main course and sweet. Personal suggestions please if you are charging 800 per plate atleast provide quality amount of food with some taste in it.

There is self service sytem which I don't like at all. And there's always confusion in food items that which food item is of whom. Hope you understand and improve the sytsem

Taste goes with the brand name, which is actually good to be here honest, have been here multiple times specially with my family and it has always been a good experience, one important thing to keep in mind is that it is self serviced and (IMPORTANT) you might have to go one floor below and then up to bring some of the dishes to your table which is really kind of annoying when you go to such a big brand in food chain otherwise no issues.

Its a crowded restaurant with less space as required specially on Saturdays and Sunday but food was good and service was very slow and not forget that this is self service restaurant, so if you want a peaceful environment then go for Nathus, Dosa Factory, Garden Grill, Pind Dubai or The food Workshop etc which are very nearby to this restaurant.

Very bad service.management does listen.the staff doesnot listen and the customer feedback mechanism is useless.very bad experience everytime i visit there.management need to change staff of this high sale restraunt.

This is franchisee operated resturant taste is same but lack of professionalism need to improve the services
