They have the best service in regards to delivery of food in restaurants nearby and the food is also good.

The food is very good I ordered Chinese and the delivery was quick. You will get the coupon just keep it at the table and food will be delivered

Food and service are good but they have to work on the atmosphere as inside enough lighting is not there and many chaira are not in good condition

Food is quite average especially when compared to haldiram food quality.
Food (3/5) all types North Indian, Chinese or south Indian.
But for friends or family outing it's atmosphere is quite good (4/5).
Service is also okay. The online ordering menu is not updated in real time so you have to order from the counter.

Not good.expensive. Increased price.reduced quality and quantity.are they only focussed on showing Elevated profit.

This place keeps the reputation of Bikanervala intact. Chole Bhature is one of the good dishes here. Very spacious place for dining.

Extremely costly, fleecing in the name of brand and non existing quality. Avoid buying sweets only good for chole nature.

Very pathetic food. Recently I have bought some food from this branch and due to order was take away I opened that packege at home. Almost every thing is tasteless and not fresh.

Good place to treat your taste buds.
Decent parking space. Dedicated counters for different cuisine, which make things easier on the ordering front.

No token system for takeaway. No sequencing is followed. We had ro wait for 45 min for our take away parcel.

This particular store is the worst. I have visited around 3 times and had a bad experience.
1. Not all the items are available as mentioned in the menu. When you ask, they say it's not available.
2. Ordered breakfast in the store when very few people were there and they took more than half an hour and while ordering when checked they told it would take 5-7 minutes.
3. Bad staff, one person is redirecting to other and no one is listening.

I have had way better experiences at this franchise at other location but this location is worst. I am not sure how they are making profi t

Worst experience ever

I you are thinking of going there for a kitty party, DON'T, it will be the worst mistake of ur life. I went a day before the party to ask some stuff and the manager there told me that thoda time lag sakta hai for grill sandwich only. And we went there on the day of the kitty party and ordered tea and I got the tea in 50 mins and packaged cold drink in 30 mins, the guests were so frustrated, but we kept calm. Then we ordered paneer tikka and idli dhokla (just so you know idli dhokla is not in the menu only, the stuff only knows). Paneer tikka took 40 mins and some pieces were burnt and it tasted VERY plain. Still didn't say anything. Then for main course we ordered onion rava dosa and got masala dosa and it took 1hr to get that and when I asked to ki when it will come they said they can make oy 2 at once (it is such a big franchise and this is the equipment) (also they fought with even I shower them the receipt that we ordered onion rawa and got masaala dosa) Had to ask for tissues and water 10 times atleast and they wouldn't even get it, they would just stand and look and I had to remind them to give it. The Ac was not working and it was so hot and humid. It was pathetic and don't ever think about going here for a kitty party.

Good service staff is very coprative, sply the chef and dining room service.enjoyed 2 nights very nice

I ordered Raj Kachauri for take away. All the materials were packed together, which resulted in mushy item. It tasted bad and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it from Bikanerwala. Unsatisfactory service.

Most hopeless and unhiegenic place it is now. Bad smell greets you as soon as you enter. To top with this the staff is extremely rude. At this stage when business is poor, how can one afford to be so reluctant I don't understand. Spoiling the brand name.

Here you can buy sweets and eat north indian, South Indian & Chinese food.

Very Bad Place. No taste in food ordered Tandoori platar and Delux thali both were so bad in taste with lassi.only salt in full food.simply waste of money.lassi is completly frozen i guess. Better not to take any chance.

The quality of food has degraded, the service was really poor and there was no one to serve water. One of the servers sprayed sanatizer over us, very carelessly

Hygienic and clean. Due to Covid situation, not much crowd. Ambience wise nice place to dine. Lots of varities including south indian food. Family place and you will love it. Self service when I visited this place with family.

Third class services.over smart staff.the way receptionist address your queries.feels like they are doing a favor to you

Pathetic, we ordered thali and chole bhature, in thali no mix veg only daal in really small quantity, matar paneer and stale rice were there.
Tasteless food, gulab jamun was not fresh and burnt smell was coming.
Bhature was like papad, bcoz of corona we brought food at home, as it was packed and bcoz of trust we didn't see all these things there.
Never thought of such bad food from bikanervala, who charge so high for there so called quality.
Deserves no star but we are bound to give one Star.

Had Chola Bhathura and Chinese Combo - both pathetic. Sour and bad smell. This place used to be good before Covid period but now have turned completely worst. They don't care. I will never go back

The food is worst and the service is too slow I order 2 delex thali rs 320 per the whole food is cold.

The restaurant ambience and area is quite good The food quality is slightly below the mark as compared to other outlets. Had pav bhaji and chana kulcha at the outlet.

Awesome food but maintenance is not that good like cleanliness and all. Should be maintained in a proper manner flies were there floor was so dirty. AC was not working properly. Management should take proper care of major necessities.

As it's a food chain of Bikanerwala so you will get all the sweets, namkeen & snacks here whatever you find in any other shop almost same price.
It's a clean place & during season you will get the sweet of your choice.

Food is good as always, but the cleanliness is at it's worse. Stinking washrooms, filthy wash basins, semi-clean cutlery all was a big disappointment, as it's not as per their standards.

Useless place; smelly; unfriendly staff; dirtly dressed; food not good; they use plastic plates; non hygenic. Avoid this place for sure.

Bikanerwala started in 80s and I frequently visited that place. It was really great and I placed it over Haldiram until few years ago. In the last few years, their is constant deterioration of the service and the quality, especially the former. In this visit, the food was passable as I tried Makke ki Roti and saag. Incidentally, I tried the same dish in Haldiram sector 63, a couple of days ago. The difference in taste and presentability is clearly in favor of Haldiram. I was served pickle, onion and cucumber in Bikanerwala whereas Halidram served it with jaggery. I believe the fans of the dish would know what I am talking about.

In my last visit, at around 1: 45 PM, most of the meal options were not possible.

On a busy day, ordering sweet and collecting the delivery is a tedious task as if you are trying to get it for free.

So, in short, it seems scale doesn't work for most.and decline comes sooner than expected. It saddens me as I have lots of fond memories of the first Bikano.

Food quality and taste was okay as compared to price but their behaviour is pathetic towards the customer. They don’t know how to deal with customer, how to speak. Worst experience specially for indirapuram branch.

I think it's best sweet shop chain, there is also a restaurant which serves north indian food, it has got so much variety that you will get overwhelmed
