Very difficult to get in touch with the relevant people. They chase you till you buy the car and later don’t even pick up the phone…very disappointing!

Good place for ur bmw, but costly, every time they want to change car parts and wanted to make more and more money from ur every service

Our feedback for Deutsche motors as whole would be below on a scale of 10. I recommend all potential buyers to go through Bird motors. We went to this outlet ar Noida 63 coz we were looking for Brooklyn Gray, which wasnt available with Bird. Unfortunate for us! The customer experience is very sad at Deutsche! Here are a few examples:
1. Question from us: can we close the boot from inside!
Answer from Deutsche exec: no maam.that can be unsafe for someone chking the boot. Uski neck pe lag sakti hai.
Really? Correct answer: yea, one can close it from inside

2. No instructions about when is the service due?
3. The guys were not interested in explaining the features. Maybe they didnt know it
4. For a small request like a complimentary key chain or perfume, we got a real weird answer "ye maruti mahindra mein hota hai" really? Lexus and Toyota mein bhi hota hai!
5. We have paid for the number plate. Nut we have been told "ki number plate yahin se lagegi ". I mean.why?
6. We were asked to fill the customer survey then and there, while taking delivery. We were told "the manager has to see it". I almost felt that they would say we wont give the car if you dont fill the survey! Thank god, that didnt happen coz we didn't fill The survey!
7. BMW covers things like key, tyres for the first year. These terms were not shared with us. Coz of non-awareness, we took an expensive Insurance covering all these items as well.there were many things! It was mentally and financially a very unpleasant experience! I am surprised that a brand like BMW has dealers like these!

Worst service and customer support. These guys take car for service and keeps on delaying the delivery. Very unprofessional staff. My car has been there for more than 18 days and these guys are still not clear when they will give car.

Toilets are filthy and you should not bring your car inside for for over half an hour without doing any work else there is a charge of ₹10 k to take it out

The stock is great. Showroom accessibility is great too.

But when I visited, they made me feel the status difference. Not willing to give me a test drive. I could detect the hubris in the tone.

Probably won't visit again or recommend this place to others.

The guard out there were very disrespectful.
I went the showroom cause my dad asked me check out about S8 availability but the guard didn’t even let me pass the gate…

Nice and very polite staff. Will explain the process and charges incurred in details. Pickup and drop of cars available for servicing within NCR.

Unprofessional, not a customer service oriented place to deal with, suggest look for another dealer, surprised BMW does not checks the practices at its dealer locations.wondering what sort service will one get after one has bought the vehicle
