While traveling through India with my fiancée, we had a rickshaw accident in Agra, and I dislocated and fractured my shoulder. I needed to have ten screws and a plate inserted. With the help of some local residents, I was referred to one of India's best and most respected orthopedic surgeons, Dr. D. V. Sharma. I received excellent care from a caring and polite team who did everything possible to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. Dr. D. P. Sharma, his son and an exceptional orthopedic surgeon, was responsible for the successful surgery. Everything went perfectly. From the pre-operative to the post-operative stages, all the hospital procedures were conducted in English by the responsible doctors, excellent nurses, and online follow-ups continue to this day.

We were referred to the hospital by local as my wife meet with an accident on the nearby road. As per the feeeback we reached as an emergency and requested to start the treatment now below are the things to highlight.
1. They didn’t assisted us in getting the patient on the stretcher
2. While performing the X-ray they never gave us the first aid after which they can start the treatment
3. To get the emergency medicine there was no assistance and was told I have to go and get it (as I myself was injured)
4. Patient was kept in a room and we requested the staff to get the doctor but they informed it’s a Sunday doctor will be available only in evening even in an emergency
5. We got the patient admitted in a room and then a cleaning staff came and constantly asked us to provide something for what we don’t know
6. Last resort was to leave and we left the hospital and adding to it I myself was injured along with ambulance guy got the patient on ambulance no staff help provided

Dr. Devashish Sharma is the best spine surgeon in India. Hospital staff very nice and helpful. We are stay in five days and feel very comfortable

Diagnosis and medications suggested by him for my mother lead to rapid recovery (My mother was suffering from backache and numbness in lower limbs from last 2 years and we changed so many doctors but then, we met Devashish sir, he suggested for surgery and committed that my mom will again stand on her feet in 2 days after surgery. . Lemme explain here my experience as follows:

There is no care for hygiene, adding to that the doc is so so arrogant to his own staff.that hardly any one stick to his job at his clinic.
At entrance, their is a step where it get so severely damaged.that every now n then.ppl falling down freq.

Nevertheless, staff is so educated that with bare hand they both emptied the urine bags along with using the same hand, they inject syringes.

Coming to doctor, no doubt he is well qualified, experienced, but what's the use of being qualified.if u r incapable in how to talk to your staff, there is no sweeper or housekeeping like staff to maintain hygiene at clinic along with no proper management or ethics to maintain air bed or water bed.
Like any hospital, here too there is no punctuality of when the doc is coming for round at morning or not.

Need to highlight another imp point is how being a bone specialist, they only looking for stuff related to bone, neglecting heavenly to patients having high blood, sugar, heart related other issues. Even they hardly care to look into sodium count of patients before attending operation upon them.

So summary is tht.incapable, unhygienic, untrained staff, insensitivity along with inhuman nature is what I could brief about this infamous bone hospital

Dr.d. V.sharma is excellent for his bone related treatment he is good in Agra building is not so well but treatment is to well for all types of people.

Dr.d. V.sharma hi ache doctor hair haddiyo ke haddiyo me ilaz ke liye Agra me ache doctor hair staff bhi bhadiya hai.bas ek sleepers utarkar toilet jane ki problem hai ya to toilet Bahar ho ya first sleepers pehenkar jane na order ho.be is problem part dhayan Dene ki jarurat hai.
