I am currently studying in this school in class 11th and this is the best ICSE board school in Prayagraj. The teachers are very kind and humble towards the students in teaching as well as in behavior.

Its a great school.
It ensures that students learn different vertical of life along with academic.
Its one of the oldest school of Prayagraaj and many great people have done their schooling from it like Amitabh Bachchan one of the all time favorites of all of us.

Boys' High School & College (BHS) is an independent school in Prayagraj, India. It was founded in 1861 to provide a Christian education to the children of Europeans and Anglo-Indians, but has always accepted children from all backgrounds. Though originally co-educational, it now admits only boys.

It has existed on its present site in central Allahabad since 1861. Since 1940 it has been managed by the Allahabad High School Society. It is currently affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations. [1]

On 5 November 2013 governor B. L. Joshi released a commemorative postage stamp to mark 150th anniversary of Boys' High School.
Established in 1861, the school was founded and initially run by the Church of England. From 1898 to 1914, Boys' High School was affiliated to the University of Allahabad. [2]

Miss Himanshi Srivastava is the sweetest teacher of class 7th. Everything she teaches is to the point and easy to understand which makes her one of the best teachers of the middle school.

My Alma Mater. MY pride. This school was established on 5th November, 1861. From that time only it was very Renowned for its studies. Many famous person have done their schooling from here. It is situated just beside Stanley road, and acquire total area of 36 acres. This School has 2 swimming pools, 3 playing ground, 2 basketball court, 2 function halls, 1 outdoor function hall, 1 boxing ring, and many other things. Teacher's here are very Experienced and good mentor. This is the one of the best school to study from in this town.

It is a very bad and worst school in prayagraj. My son was studying in this school but he said that there was no discipline in the school. Studies are very good but students use abusive language and i reject him from the school.

The teachers and pricipal are very good and facilities to student and guardians is also nice but the manners of student are worst then hindi medium students

Nice school but lack of facilities and overpopulation is a big fault of this school in one class there were 60 to 70 children and only one class teacher on 70 children but teachers are good and they teach well

School is okish but some of the teachers cutting hair (PT teacher) and slapping kids I think this is not the way to teach kids the authority should take some serious action against

Good School but they charge high fees for nothing, no good facilities, no clean water but good teachers for classes 9 to 12

The place is good as always. One could enjoy his childhood days the best here. But the problem begins after class 10th that is class 11th. The teachers during the last two years really lack sense. They don't know what to teach, they just want their money. Except Mr. C. B. Tripathi, no teacher teaches there to give some knowledge to the students. Almost all are dumb here. But I'm talking about if you opt for science. If you opt commerce stream, I don't know those subject teachers but I would seriously say that never ever let your child be taught Science in this school after class 10th. Coming to the middle section, the teachers are pretty much good. They will try their best to encourage your child and improve them where they lack. Every student thinks that BHS is the best school but they don't know the reality of education here. Believe me or not but there are teachers upon whom many cases have been filed also. Everyone says that they will miss their school BHS after 12th but Bro, you'll miss the fun you did here with your friends not your dumb teachers. They are fools and they all are converted to Christianity just to earn money and make these ISC and deemed schools like some of those UP Board schools. I've written this long review containing the least of my emotions. I can't express myself completely here because it will look as if I am making a fuss about the school. On a serious note, I will conclude by saying that please parents, try to understand your child's interest and give them the right decision and in my opinion, get them admitted to any non-attending school of the city and let them prepare fir their competitive examinations. Thanks a lot.
