I didnt expect this kind of poor quality from skullcandy.  The buttons are very hard and I am unable to use them.

Skullcandy product quality is very poor and the refund policy of skullcandy is very bad First these people give refund period of 10 to 14 days, even after that they do not refund. And after calling again when I asked them about the return, even after that they give 1 week's time. Due to this poor refund policy, I have been charged a late fee of Rs. 295. Please no one order anything from this cheap company.

Please dont believe this brandeyes. Never pay the money without knowing them. They are literally a cheaters.

Worst customer service i have placed a an order of skull candy TWS on 26 march 2023 and i have cancelled on the same date but till today (19- April -2023) i have not recived my refund and i have contacted customer regarding this more than four times and their reply was it was under process. I don't understand if they are following the refund policy of 14 days why they are making simple excuess. Because of them i have to pay my card as the billing date was generated and when i said to pay them the card bill they were rude. For this people they don't trust customers for cash on delivery but customers have to pay first and face all the issues. When i told them ok i will raise a complaint against this consumer court they said they were fine with it

I went there to submit my crusher evo headphones as the right earcup was not working properly. They took the product and said you will get replacement in 14 days. After 4 5 days i got their email saying that my product invoice is fake and they told me to send the order confirmation mail from amazon. I sent all of them and then after a week i got a call saying that my product invoice is fake and i did a fraud activity and now we cannot give your product back.
They refused to give me a replacement and they also refused to give my own product back to me
I wanted my product so i went to their service center again and asked for my product they still refused so i called police explaining about the whole scenario and as soon as police came they told me that i will get my product back after 2 days
I will never revommend anyone going there plus if you also had such incident then please reach out to police

Most worst service company doesnt consider about customers fraudulent activities are conducted by them

This company did a fraud with us. They are saying that they have delivered the product which isn't delivered and now they are saying it's not their fault it's customer's fault even though we haven't shared any otp. Give me my money back. #fraud

One of the worst customer care and electronic supply chain I have bought anything from. I have ordered a skull candy dime which was not only just damaged on delivery. But on enquiring about the return of the product. It was said I have to courier it to the brandeyes in Delhi. As a customer I have got a damaged product for my money and I have to spend more of my time and money to get it fixed. I’m never recommending skull candy or brandseye to anyone from now.

The most worst service in the world. The company will not take up any customer service proactively. It's better not to look for this type of company.

WORST EXPERIENCE
First of all I would not recommend to buy their products as they are not worth it. And if you bought them like me and got a defective piece then forget when you will get it replaced because of the customer care. They don't pick our calls for two two weeks and always reply with the same automated email if you mail them. There is no refund policy so they will not react to it. I got my product replaced after a month when I filed a complaint in consumer grievance. So I would suggest that don't use their product.

Order different item sent different product.

No options to replace the product. What a fake thing.

I bought a bluetooth earphone from their website. They have 10s of different websites with different return policies. When you buy products, they show you that there is a return policy, but when you try to return it, they say there isn't one. Beware of them.

I just bought skullcandy dime 2 earbuds. Wat the hell. The product is just a copy and its not working. Means its a fake product. Its not charging when place in the charging pods. Wat the hell, did the the skull candy made a deal with the company. I want it return. Actually i will give half star for this shiiiit.

They sent a defective product and now want me to claim warranty for it even though I didn't use it at all. They are not even providing pickup for warranty. I have to send it all the way to New Delhi at my expense. These people do not reply to the mails on time and the customer support service is doomed, they don't pick your call.

Do not buy anything from them, they will give you the worst experience. Their team is pathetic. They will never respond on time, they will reply once the issue is delayed or you have forgotten the issue. They have no policies on their website, I have the recording of their home page. I am not sure, how did Razorpay gave them the payment gateway access. There is no option to return your goods. There is no option to login, their website sucks. Its a scam. Don't fall this scam.even Skullcandy should reconsider selling products on this website.

Worst experience. I sent my Indy fuel earbuds to their location due to some issue into that and they sent me back without giving any reason and not repaired. **Do not order Skullcandy earbuds** I can use the word *fraud* as they are.

They have a very poor customer
service, they will just send back the faulty
product to you without any repair. And also you have to pay for the courier if you want to repair your product and after that they will just see your product and just simply send back to you without any repair.

Very bad customer support. U can't cancel order before dispatch tooo. Their customer executive just saying that, "We have already dispatched your products and we can't do anything now".

Very terrible customer support. The number they have provided, no body answers calls. If we send email, they just keep sending back automated emails.

Ordered a product as a gift for my friend, but now the order is being shipped to billing address.
The customer support do not answer calls and the emails are reverted with some automated mail stating that the shipment is being delayed because of COVID 19 restriction.

I see many negative reviews here. But my experience with the company was totally positive.

My product's warranty was due in another two months and it got faulty. I contacted them via emails, though the reply for each mail takes a day or two, it was surely replied and not ignored. I sent the product to them when they requested to do so. It was processed within less than a week and they sent an exact replacement (NEW) for my product, which is actually a better version than I had purchased initially.

It obviously gained my brand loyalty and I would honestly say that the company does care our concerns and address them to our satisfaction.

One of the worst service ever received by any company. They are so worse that you should prefer local products instead of their products

If anyone from skullcandy is generous enough to take a feedback do check my ongoing case. I submitted endyEvo truly wireless earphones on 29th of April’22 physically at the service centre at Nehru place. I understand all the policies so i contacted the one and only customer care number on 3rd June’22 got the ticket number from them thats it. Tried multiple follow ups on email with no response. Best part there is only one number which takes 10 minutes to connect if you are lucky. I cannot leave my job just to visit a service center to enquire.
Latest (26th July’22) event i called customer care again today got the update that product was delivered and they gave me tracking number, as per that tracking number the product was delivered on 5th May’22. I called the customer care again got connected in 3rd or 4th attempt. The agent (same person) confessed that he gave the wrong details and will share the update in 48-72 hrs. Is there any way to escalate this because its been a pathetic customer service with a fraud tendency.
This would be my last product from skullcandy thats for sure. People who are looking for proof i can share the call logs and email trail.
Higher management please look into these instance to maintain your customer base.

Worst experience ever, thier product worked for only 1 month and i had to wait for over 8 months to get it replaced. Did several calls, mails and even visited the center twice. Worst and disgusting service. They should be removed from the market. They ensures that their customers are fristrated.

The company has been unprofessional while taking order and when it take time of refund they do not reply and answer over the mails. It finds that is never interested in paying back the money of their customer.

Never buy a single product from this fraud brand. They will charge you for product cancellation if your address is not serviceable. Third grade courier services they have. Please spread this to larger audience in order to save the money of customers. Shame on you brand eyes!

So hear me out, I had purchased Skullcandy Set 2.0 (Red/Black) back in Aug '19 & kept the original bill as well as the box it came with for almost 2 years it was really a smooth experience but suddenly one of my ear piece stopped working & thought might have to buy a new one.
It was my Pure Luck that 1 month was still left in my Warranty, so I quickly searched for Service Center in Delhi & came across Brand Eyes Distributors, as a typical consumer I went through all the recent reviews, my hopes went down the drain as not even one single recent review was a positive one.
But still I thought there might be a chance if I claim the warranty in person so I went to Nehru Place (Delhi) on 20th July and gave it to Mr. Phool Singh who in turn insured me that Within 14 (Working Days) it will be replaced & delivered to me at Home.
After 10 days I received the replacement (Mint/Grey), although it wasn't in the same colour nevertheless the product was brand new so it was a Win-Win situation for me. I am glad that I went through this claiming process which was a butter smooth experience. I have been using Skullcandy products since 2013 & Oh Boy they sure live upto their name.
I request all of you to kindly go through the website of Skullcandy India and go through the warranty claiming process or if you live in Delhi please don't hesitate to get in touch with the respective authority in-person.

I purchased a skullcandy indy anc earbuds 2 month ago through official website.

Now my right side earbuds not working.i am try to connect with customer care but no response.

Only one no available and all other numbers are incorrect

Buy skullcandy product because it is best in sound and other functionality but Never ever buy it from brand eye because it is the worst distributor in the world about their service you never got any proper message or they don't even pick your call I don't know why brand like skullcandy give them responsibility to deal with customer I ordered a pair of buds on 18 July 2021 but from 19 July 2021 its status is waiting for pickup till now and they promise me to deliver it by 21 July 2021 after that I send tons of mail call them and i got a mail that you should talk to delivery partner if the product is not moved from you what the delivery partner do. I never buy a product from skullcandy if they not changed it.

This is my warranty claim form signed by me and by brand eyes employee. They said that I will receive a new earphone through courier service within 15 days.
But they never sent me new earphone.
Brand eyes distribution pvt Ltd has thief and unprofessional employees. I regret for buying skullcandy earphone for 1089.
Now I will complain it in consumer court.
I advise u all that never trust them otherwise u will regret it. Please never buy skullcandy earphone because you will never get warranty claim.
