I’m a postgraduate from lucknow university, lucknow. The first thing, I would like to put forth here is that the British lucknow courses helped me improve my English more than I had expected. The second thing is that the British course gave me a new dimension and experience in communication skills.

I came to learn about British lucknow through my younger sister who is an alumnus of this institute. She said to me, “you should join this institution to improve your communication skills. ” Following her advice, I contacted the management to get the relevant information about the courses where I met the admission in charge. I was given a test paper. It was to assess my knowledge on the subject. However, I wanted to enrol for a course from basic to advanced. I made a request for the same instead of writing the test. Thus, I was granted admission.

I found the classes engaging and fruitful once I started the session. I began to realize that I would be speaking and writing good English. But then, my hope was a bit shattered with the national lockdown following the Coronavirus pandemic being announced. Hence, I remain worried about the furtherance of the English learning process.

To my happiness and restoration of confidence, I got a message from the management of the British lingua after a month that online classes would start for those interested in such a changed pattern of education.

Following the offer, I joined online classes where I came across many good students in my batch. They were speaking in English very well but I wasn’t. My sweet and sour memories
It gives me sweet and sour memories of the classes I’ve had at British lucknow. My elder sister was a student of this institute. She had benefitted a lot. Hence, she recommended joining it to gain fluency in English.

One day I visited British lucknow at Engineering college Chaurha where I bumped into Zishan sir, a lead trainer and MD of this institution. He began to scold me on the very first day when I asked him some silly questions. I was in the doldrums as to what to do and what not to do. I decided not to go there again.

But then my sister insisted on my being enrolled there itself. “ zishan sir is a very strict trainer. He is a gentleman and has a good personality”, she said. “I know him thoroughly”, she added.

However, I was scared of him. I was very afraid to speak anything in English. Notwithstanding his scolding on my meeting him for the first time, I enrolled on a beginners’ course at British lucknow only.

To sort out such a frequent problem, I took a resolution that I should join an English academy to improve my speaking skills as well as writing skills. It was two months later when I decided to visit the British lucknow on a particular Sunday in person. But then that day I couldn’t go there due to some personal work. However, I thought I would go there the following day anyhow.
The next day I got up early in the morning and did all work quickly. I did my office work also before the time. Thus, I finished my all work by 2 PM. Again I made a call to British lucknow, asking it to share with me the address and location of the institution.
On reaching there I met Zishan sir, the trainer and MD of British lucknow. We had a short conversation on the subject, and I felt I had reached the right place. On the spot, I enrolled for the course. What’s more, I began to attend classes regularly, I’ve got lots of friends there in my batch and now I am happy about my decision. I must say thank you, sir.
