Very bad service it's company. And bad company. Not delivered my device after 3 day's. There company employees always day today repair today delivered but not repair and not delivered after 3 day's. Company employees also not answer my call, msg as well as complain. What's is this.

One of the worst company I saw ever. They misguide customer and Install fake and old stuff in mobile phones. They have changed my mobile battery after some time.it's looks like this. Same on you

High rates plus the orginal screens are local. I changed my one plus 7 screen twice. They provide duplicate screen both time screen got cracked or showing blue lines.

Pathetic customer service. Dont use there service these guys will scam you.

AVOID! They will suck in the the name of warranty. First they will sell you duplicate product saying that it is original and then within 2 months won't accept your warranty claim.
For new display they offer 6 months warranty but their warranty policy excludes almost everything.
Fun fact is when you give phone to visiting person, first thing he will do is rate 5 star. I was also surprised when I saw 5 star rating from me. So most of star ratings are fake. Avoid them and visit service center at least you will get genuine spares.

Worst company for screen replacement
First they took money Rs6000 for third class quality of my screen replacement of iphone xs with warranty of 6 months
I got problem in very first week then they say we don’t have any warranty
Give us Rs5000 more to get new original screen i said ok replace it
They didn’t replace it either
Later the old screen also got damaged internally
Also they don’t provide any kind of bill

I have iPhone X and got my screen replaced and it got damaged in just 2 hours of replacement and they refused to change it for me given that it was under warranty despite there was no physical damage in that screen.

This is probably my first review ever in my life.
Buzz me is a fraud. They have promised to repair my iphone X by replacing the battery (brand new) they did it and my mobile still facing battery drop issue. The customer service executive Mr. Saurabh does not respond to my calls. After several follow up they agreed to change my battery again and yet no change, the battery is still dropping drastically. Upon asking for refund he says that's not our policy and we cannot help you any further. My request to Buzz me is get my phone back to working condition. Now for a wonder it's not switching on/the mobile is charging. You have totally spoiled my mobile.

Request to all: don't be fooled like I got. This is no good service provider. Since past two months I am running behind Buzz me and now I am giving up!

The yellow mark on the right corner is because of buzzmeeh, today i made a battery replacement complaint on buzzmeeh and they did the job nice but after few minutes his technician left i saw that there was long yellow marks on the edge of the screen so i complaint about it and then the customer care person was saying that this mark was there already and the technician also lied that this mark was there before the service after a long debate they said they can't do anything this has even happend before also when i made a screen replacement complain of iPhone X and after few days there appeared a big line at that time also i had to follow of them a lot after that i finally got the replacement but now they are saying we can't do anything. "worst customer care service ever"

The technician was really quick at fixing my iPhone X screen and super attentive to make sure that it functioned well after installing it. Hopefully my screen doesn't break again but if it happens I'll be back again for sure.

I got my iPhoneX battery replaced two weeks back from Buzzmeeh. New battery was faulty and getting drained in 2-3 hours only. Complained to Buzzmeeh team and their response was too delayed to understand (Response new orders can be actioned same day but complaints needs 2 weeks to action due to various excuses). Fast forward after numerous calls and complaints; they replaced the battery again but the new one doesn't get charges even upto 100%. Now they are giving excuses again to replaces it. For the record its a new battery replaced with 6 months guarantee/warranty.

Pathetic Service, BAD after sale support. Beware as they will keep giving random excuses and will not help to resolve the issue. My issue still persists. I'll be happy to update here if somehow i get to resolved it as i'm still chasing Buzzmeeh for a promised service.

I got my iphone 7 battery replaced. The battery never calibrated. Neither giving backup. Customer support is worst

Got my 5s repaired. They just turned on the device and provided back. And took the software upgrade charges. But the major fault was from hard disk of motherboard which they didnt repair.

Pls don’t go for any repair with Buzzmeeh. They just cheat the customer by taking phone at their service center showing that they are unable to repair on site and repair temperorary and charge for replacement of part. When you complaint to their owner, they do not respond on the mail. I have put 3 reminders to their owner but they did not respond even. You may loose the performance of your expensive phone with their offers. Rather go with professional service provider.

I'll not recommend anyone to believe on the warranty provided by them,
They are smart to find a way to bypass warranty and extract more money from you.
When you call the helpline to book home visit for availing warranty, they will ask you to come to the center. At the center, you are not allowed to enter the service area. So practically you don't know what they are doing and will give you reason to extract more money.
From service perspective, the only bright side is that if technician visits your home, you can see what he is doing but at a premium price compared to other service centers.

If you're looking to work with this company then you might need to recheck your decision. I joined them last year for 2 months and realized that I made the mistake.

Their work atmosphere is horrible and they don't even pay you on time, forget about on time. They don't even pay. I haven't received any payment for my 2 months.

I was sorry for myself on joining this ridiculous company. But I was grateful to the lockdown, when I realized my mistake and proud that well settled now doing great somewhere else 100 times better than buzzmeeh ofcourse.

Very Unprofessional! After picking up my phone I had to call them multiple times just to get the status of the diagnosis and once I said I do not want to go for repair they stopped responding to my calls even and did not deliver my phone to home even after multiple reminders, ultimately I had to drive to their office to pick up the phone.

I did not find this website trustworthy and would not recommend to use it for any services!

Fraud company, unskilled technicians, duplicate parts,
I had got my phone folder replaced it didn't last for even 10 minutes. Calling buzzmeeh from last 1 month but no resolution. I will not recommend any one VERY BAD AND POOR SERVICE.

Very poor quality repairs. I had to send my phone back more than 5 times and I continued to face the same issue. They put an extremely poor quality battery inside which wouldn't charge after two days. Trust me you are better off getting your phone repaired from a local shop than this company. Money wasted.

Pathetic service. They are not at all professionals. They damaged my mobile while repairing the LCD and were not accepting the fault. Moreover they did not provided support within the first 6 months for which the warranty was given. Now my screen has started coming out of its place

Never change your screen from them. It’s a fraud company, after changing the screen my battery is draining quickly. They are not ready to even replace or even sending their technician to check the problem. Worst customer service, the warranty is just a scam. @buzzmeehmobilerepaircenter

Don't be fool their provided Mobile screen will damage in 3-4 month, they will call it a physical damage and won't cover in warranty. Totally waste to pay such a big amount, they charge almost double from market price. Sharing own experience, i have faced same issue here.

Fraud company.took away my phone and not returning back.everytime i call they say that your phone is not repairable and we will return it by end of the day.its been 3 days and i have not yet recievwd my phone back.phone had charging issues and now they made it dead and also not returninv it.beware guys.they are running a real big scam company.

I have seen lot of negative comments here, lets unite together and leave your email address or phone number. Get me one line written on paper and i will sue them for sure hardly matters whosoever they are.

Regretting to have their service, changed my mobile battery and got old one of mine was far good then replaced my them.

I submitted my phone for replacement purposes but turns out they replaced my motherboard with a faulty one and claimed the screen is absolutely fine. They will steal your phone's original parts. One year warranty is a scam to lure you towards purchasing their services. Later when I got my phone examined by the other vendor I was informed the motherboard is recently replaced and the screen is faulty as well.

They don't deserve a single star. They came and replaced battery of my Samsung phone on 22Sep. 2020 and the phone battery got puffed up on 23rd Oct. 2020 in 1 month whereas warranty for 6 months is there. On contacting they are telling me to replace the battery. 6 months warranty is an eye wash. Please don't get your phones serviced from them. SUPER FRAUD.

They will not inform you about anything and just say we will come and repair. At least if you go to nearby shop they will inform you they are putting in duplicate products but here in buzzmeeh they will put in duplicate products without informing. I paid so much for a duplicate battery. I would like to take an informed decision instead of feeling being cheated.

Update after 3 weeks of use: They are fraud. Battery performance is pathetic and dies in just 2 hours and on top of it while charging my phone heats up to very high temperature. As it is still under warranty I asked for replacement but they neither pick up calls nor respond to mails. I begged them to come and replace this battery but now they want to take it to their service center. The speaker too no longer sounds the same and this heating issue is the reason behind that so I don't trust them with my phone anymore.
I am sure my phone is ruined for good.

Must Recommend Buzzmeeh! I cracked and shattered my phone screen a week before my holiday this year and was scared I may not get it fixed in time. A friend recommended this store and so I called up. They said they had the replacement screen. I contacted BUZZMEEH! I was thrilled, When technician visited within 4 Hr's! Repaired ryt in front of me. It's been about 2 months and my phone/screen still works perfectly!

Poor service. Doesn’t listen to your service and repair request for the poor quality product they have installed. Have talked to Sidhant, Antim and various other employees and they Only have an answer we will send some one to see the problem and no one comes!

To this review they will give out a preset reply and the problem still won’t solve.
Hope the company closes soon or will do more damage to other customers.
