My visit to Samsung Care was marked by helpful and attentive assistance from their staff. While the service was commendable, my experience with Samsung products has left me wanting in terms of quality and durability. Very good place and polite peoples. Working area is good and problems are solved quickly or take some time but problem is resolved.
A little bit issue of restroom and toilet is there as there is no such proper availability.

Not a good place visit as it is repair show shop. However staff is not helpful does resolve issue almost every sony led, lcd owner is comes with display panel change not recommend to buy in future.

It takes time but ultimately when you get brand new product as a replacement for your damaged one, time doesn't matter at all.

Crowded place. Service often delayed. Due to overcrowding find it hard to talk to the representatives

Pathetic service, untrained technicians, were not able to understand the problem related to software. Suggested stupid remedies and totally tried to justify that the product is fine and problem is with the users. Totally unsatisfactory.
