Owner of hospital - Dr Mrigendra (Child specialist) has multiple business like schools, hospitals etc …
He comes very late to clinic.sits in his chamber from 2 PM to 5 PM for very short period of time and left the hospital and dying patient in hands of nurses and guards for rest of time.
Against the medical professional ethics he wears the black dress and roams with a bouncer. He always uses stairs for on his round because he knows the poor condition of Lift. No button, door sensor works properly in lift Mr Mrigendra is saving money by not spending maintenance cost on lift.
Patient and his family members are advised not to take lift for going up as they can stuck and become panic.may also loose life in case of emergency.

In absence of Mr Mrigendra … there is no junior doctor to look after the patients …even there is no one to look the medical report of CT scan, blood test, etc and tell the further medical procedure.
Suppose Mr Mrigendra writes blood test for patient around 3 PM (as per his comfort zone timing 2 PM to 5 PM timing) and report comes around 7 PM of blood test … then patient has to wait for next day for further medical procedure as nurses say Now Mrigendra will see the report and tell further. Hence patient has to wait from 7 PM to Next day 2 PM. This is pathetic.at least there should be some junior doctors who can tell patients next procedure or step.

Hence I would say Mr Mrigendra is director or business man rather than Doctor because he is less concerned about Patients and hospital amenities.

Reception - Employees are busy most of time on mobile or listening music and avoid the queries of Patients and his family. In the absence of Mr Mrigendra they sleep by putting head on desk

OPD —- timing is very bad for Mr Mrigendra … (from 2 PM to 5 PM). He considers himself as child specialist but most of time he is dependent on test reports.
There are two types of OPD …1. Normal 2. Emergency … again this is unprofessional …. Emergency conditions should be declared by a doctor and his staff not by patients…
As emergency charge is more costly than normal and less waiting timing … everyone would say.my case is emergent.consequently a simple unknown person from Remote area will have to wait for long to see the doctor.

Wards —- ward is run by nurses.if babies are dying.there is no doctor to take care.patients are just dependent on nurses
Most of patients from remote/ village area
First patients are admitted less equipped ICU in case of emergency and shifted to general wards for minting money.

Discharge process is very lengthy and time consuming takes couple of hours to discharge a patient by moving file here and there meaninglessly.guard ask for tips and chai Pani in the end.

No doctors available they have appointment visiting doctors for kidney
Making expensive bill

Worst rule to see the patient, four to five patients call in one time created a crowd in the doctor chamber and patient has stand a long time in doctor chamber.

Varanasi ka Sabse ghatiya hospital hai.bhai log kabhi mat jana kisi ko bhi mariz ko Laker is hospital me.there are misbehave to every person by there staff. Service is not good.

Worst hospital. Just antagonist to its name. Prolonged treatment and complex billing structure furthur doctors come and go at their convinience, no fixed visiting time. I wont recomend it to anyone please crosschek better options nearby before being trapped under Care bindings.

Very Very bad (ghatiya) hospital. All drs and staff not came on time and they are unprofessional. Staff behaviour also very bad and rude. This is only money making factory. Once you admitted your patient thn you need to suffer too much for discharging as they want to add some more days even your patient ok because they want to increase bill amounts. I suffered too much today for discharging my father. Never ever I will come or suggest anyone for this hospital.
Care hospital means only care for hospital income. It's not for patients care

Madhulika Rai is the worst doctor. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Please don't go to this Dr. Total waste of time and money. She is arrogent and full of negativity and obsessed with her husband and son story.she deserves a big zero star.

Good Hospital in VARANASI Pediatric Medical & Surgical, Gynec & Obs, Neuro department, Trauma Emergency is all there.

Care Hospital is utter worst hospital in all possible aspects.
Half of their staffs are illiterate who barely know how to deal patient and rest of them are extremely careless.

Hospital management stop lift services just to save electricity.patients are bound to use slope and stares which is a sort of height of stupidity.

Their pathology charges are just double in comparison to any other pathology. Just for a Dengue test they are charging 4450 Rs by adding irrelevant tests like HIV and all.

They don’t have any Physician and child specialist doctors are in the role of general physician who barely care about any day-to-day improvement of patient.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone at Care Hospital for their kindness and concern during the entire treatment procedure of my father. I wanted to give my gratitude to Dr. Avnish Rai, (Neuro Surgeon) for his kind support during the entire treatment procedure. I found him as one of the best neuro surgeon in Varanasi.

Thank you all for the beautiful care you took from surgery to discharge. You made my stay so comfortable with your kind and caring attention.

Worst Service.
The compounder is very Corrupt in nature.
No patient is handled by protocol here.
They prioritise their patients who knew them very well and thus bypass the Numbering system.
I came here at 11: 00 AM
Now its 2: 28 PM and the number in consultation is 6.
That is not the case that doctor is spending more time with the patients

Actually the compounder is doing corruptive action here.
And doctor Mr. Mrignendra Kumar doesn't even know about this.
Even Manager here is corruptive.
If you have such huge no. Of patients and these type of cheap stunts to follow then atleast provide the sitting area appropriately.

And please leave these activities as you are the second name of god.

Doctor is very good. But the staff and management is very poor. They have no drinking water facility at every floor. They charge for each and every services. No cooperation of staff. There was no water in the water cooler and I informed the staffs also but no one was worried at this point of time-june 44°c.
They do not give full info. They ask you to run again and again for one medicine. No proper cleanliness. Do not have sufficient fans and exhaust in the private and general wards. No fire extinguisher service on 2nd floor wards. Cameras not properly focused. Lift is of no use.

Doctor bhut ache h specially madhulika mam. Safai bhut h. Staff thoda lalchi h bhut paise mangta hai.
