Pls avoid using services from this vendor as once installed cctv, after that any issue you faced they always asked for visiting charges.and not only nominal charges, it's very high

I wish i would have seen all those reviews earlier, Took 16 Cam package for my office building entirely and specifically told them for the Mike Inbuilt needed entirely in our system. NEELAM lady is the major player in saying lies in every front, For every future customer, please stay away from her specially.

She used to commit things a lot over call without even asking from there SO CALLED BOSS OR OWNER of the CCTV WALA, if i talk about him. Money Chaser is the name i can surely give to him. So Fraud Lady & Money catcher committed us for 16 MIKE INBUILT DVR cam which they denied in the end of the project.

Only excuse they have or describing this mistake as " concept from the money chaser guy" that " maine to commit nahi kra apko, apko jisne committ kra hai, ap unse lo ".

So after dealing with a company, you hear these beautful lines from the owner (MONEY CHASER).

Only thing we wanted to have enabling mike in every 16 cam instead they have provided in 4 cam and after that again false committing from the fraud lady named neelam.

PLEASE STAY AWAY or TRY TO HAVE IN WRITTEN EVERYTHING

Got hikvision ip cameras installed at my showroom. Mr Sarthak offered top quality cameras at very competitive prices. Installation was done by Mr Rohit and Mr Bhupender and their workmanship is excellent.
I will highly recommend their service.

I purchased 3 CCTVs from them. Two of them worked fine. The 3rd camera had connectivity issues from 3rd day itself. Reported it to them and they sent a technician to fix it. Again the same issue came. They waited for 30 days to pass and now are charging rs 800 for a visit. They are not at all trustworthy. They will make a sale and then forget about you. Do not buy any CCTV from them. They will not tell u about the compatibility issues before hand and once u buy the model they will declare that it is not compatible for your wifi.

Fully satisfied with the services provided by them especially Pawan and ganesh they did wiring and other work perfectly ok and I am fully satisfied with them.

Jatin and kuldeep has done excellent installation work. Highly recommend. Hope to get same services in future. All the very best to both.
