I did not buy a product but I visited this shop for wheel alignment service on 27-Dec-22. Later I realised that the alignment job was not done as per standards and I continued facing issues. Unfortunately, I had to go out of station and I could only visit shoppe after 10 days on 7-Jan-23. My car hardly drove 150 kms after the alignment. On informing the persistent issue with the staff, i was declined any service against the old job and was asked for payment again.

Here, My dispute was
1.why was the job not perfomed well at the first instance
2.even if i pay the 2nd time, what's the assurance that the work will be done perfectly.
3.even if i approached the shop after 10 days why couldn't they correct their own work without charging me again.

Most of us, the car owners, don't understand the car alignment process and we completely rely on the service providers who never take pain to explain us if the alignment process is adhered to or not.
The staff of this shoppe lacks basic customer service skills, leave aside going an extra mile for their customers.
Though i pass by this shop daily but i have decided not to visit here for any sort of work. I got the alignment done from elsewhere which was farther but i didn't mind going the distance as i got good service pre and post the job.
I think you should review your customer service standards which seems to be fatally missing currently. It's a competitive space and customer's the king.
