Bakwas hai yeh. I have applied in Jul 23, even deposited Rs 7000/-, but till today no response even CUGL authorities are telling to apply for cancellation.

There is no supply of PNG in about 20 to25 houses of my area since last August 2021 even the pipe line connections are already provided by your department after the submission of connection fees as well as pipe line charges. It shows poor performance of the department.

Too much negligence, in Panki Swaraj Nagar the work of PNG is incomplete and they never came here for completion.

Zero level professionalism. The agent doesn't pick up the calls. Just keep on demanding more and more charges and show no progress on the promised setup.

Worst experience, they will treat you like an unwanted person and not permit you to enter the office to meet the concerned person to resolve the issue.

Worst customer Care ever dealt with. Miss management no one is there to listen customer problems. Since January 2020 deposited ₹11976-/ in CUGL account for new connection still waiting for it. Head of the concern is sleeping subordinates are enjoying. अपना काम बनता तो. जनता. A resident of Krishnapuram kanpur.today on 20th September 2022 still waiting for the response from CUGL Kanpur.my money is deposited there no connection is done yet.

Pathetic Service by company. Continous gas leakage in front of my house no one is coming to repair. No one is even responding on call. Poor Service. Will not recommend anyone to take Service of CUGL.

My connection is still pending. CUGL start sending bill. I was shocked. I tried to reach out customer care service. All customer care service are dead. Carefull if you are planning for CUGL

कृपया बिल जनरेट कर दें, कई कई महीने तक कोई बिल जनरेट करने के लिए घर नहीं आता है, और ऑफिस जाने पर वहां कर्मचारी अपनी मनमानी चलाते हैं, लैंडलाइन फोन नंबर कोई उठाता नहीं है, अगर कंपनी काम ठीक से नहीं कर सकती है तोcugl कंपनी बंद कर देना चाहिए।

Such a horrible experience. I want to take gas pipeline facility the engeneers fitted pipe also but not putting the regulator as i have paid full amount for thiss and when i am calling their engineer he is not receing but i can see from my house that he is fitting pipe next to my house.
But it is my mistake that i have trusted these fraud peoples. I will not sit quite

All given phn no. Are invalid pathetic service. CUGL service failed they have taken all installation charges from last 10 months.but still not installed pipeline not giving money back.

Poor services after installation of gas pipeline. High gas leakage was found in pipeline no response is getting from them.
They do not support at high risk circumstances please avoid CUGL services for your safety.

Very poor working, never provide bill even on demand, never they return the change coins of 1 or 2 or 5 rupees, saying they have not change coins. Need to take necessary action as soon as possible.

Vert poor working. They took my email address an year ago and till today they could not send bill on email. Meter reading sent through given whatsapp number is never read/used for billing, meter reader doesn't come regulerly. God knows how do they work. Every time there is a new excuse for their working. Actually I dont want to give any star.

Very poor service.there are no coordination between registration team and installation of gas connection team. I have applied for a new connection in the month of April.already had passed four months.no response, no any information regarding that registration.

Poor services, no one picks the phone and arbitrarily bill is generated. Website doesn’t function properly. There is no complaint redressal system. If you visit the office they are unwilling to help and generate a correct bill.

Cugl not provide bill as per meter reading after providing photo of meter and previous bill by mail, personally and WhatsApp of CRN No. D0018741.

Gas Service is Good.
Problems are as under following:
1.haphazard bill generate system.
2. Bill generally deliver after due date. 100 rs.penalty to customers directly.
3. Connection Completion process is too late.and minimum bill generates continues.without completing full connection.
4. Online complaints are not possible.every time 404 error dialogue box appears.
5. Contractors are totally mislead the ultimate customers.before connection.
6. No immediate response as well.
7.very poor service of Bill delivery system. Generally delivers after due date.and customer bear 100 rs.penalty.
8.very poor staff in Bareilly.does not want to handle customer problem.
9. Write application for any complaint and take too much time to solve that.
10. New staff is required (trained staff).
11. Many connections are still in progress. (customer suffer a lot usually 1 year.)
Hope you understand my points.remember gas service is good 5 star.but bill and other services has only. 5 star.

They are the worst providers in terms of billing and customer care. Their bills tend to arrive at your place after the 4months; sometimes it even jumps of the deadlines.
NO ONE will pickup your calls in case of emergency. Better check out he emergency and customer care nos of your area before getting a connection.
You cannot complain about them to anyone. Their site is under construction since a year of my knowledge when it comes to file complaint or going for the e-billing facility.
FAT BILLs and reckless delay in the billing would bite your pocket.
AT last they are modern day govt offices.

Applied for png connection in 16.08.2017 with full security amount for a flat in rudra green T2-9D.connection not made yet.customer care and local dealer amit kannojia are unable to reply.worst managed company public should keep away from this company.

Contractor of my area (sharda nagar) is very unprofessional.
He never work properly.
He still doesn't do my PNG connection yet from September 2018.
He always deny his duty.
