Today I visit in centre for sight agra. I am setisfied with the services. All staff are helpful politely and carring. I get here helpful from every desk like front office attend and optems and all senior staff like councillor andd center manager. I recommend to all visite here
Worst experience. They are just here to making money. I have visited hospital for my mother's eye's checkup. Left eye is already damaged & right one has cataracts so I had gone for treatment of right eye. Dr. Jitendra Singh wrote some tests for left one I denied to do so bcz it's already damaged. They didn't write a single medicine for right eye for that I have visited hospital. And he told that our special doctor will check this after tests.
Rude behaviour of staff once your surgery get done (they received amount), doctor leave in between after the surgery i.e, post evaluation. I will not recommend.
Supurb treatment and had received polite sounding with the team. Had already gone through surgery from one of the clinic in Mumbai for my wife but we were totally disappointed by their treatment and behaviour. At miracles CFS Agra things are totally awesome.

If you want to visit a proper systematic, hyginic and customer friendly hospital where you will book online and will get assisted timely then don't go there. They don't even have enough docters.you will book online, will get a time and you will reach at hospital and you will get a reply that either doctor is not present or you have to wait for 2-3 hours.
1. Their central customer support is useless. They will not resolve any issue and will ask you to talk the hospital receptionist offline. 2. Online booking is present but you have to wait for your turn based on the time given by the receptionist when you will reach there.wait time is avg 1-2 hour.they don't consider online booking. 3. Env looks hyginic but none of their staff educated enugh to handle covid19. Door keeper is there to make sure ALL WILL GET COVID19 by touching its temprature device to all visiters without sanitized. 4. They don't have doctors but still taking bookings like general compartment of railways. 5. Building is good, architecture is good, but if you are going just bcoz of this reason then book a hotel room instead of going in cfs, coz both have no doctors but hotel will be having better hospitality.

These are the worst hospitals never go in cfs. I did retanal surgery of my father they operate the same eye four times still not succeed. And said one more time they will operate the same eye they are just looting the money nothing else. And one more thing every time the Dr. Will change no single Dr will handle you. Wasting of money wasting of time. Worst experience of hospital. This is the condition of every branch not only Agra. I have visited 2 branches.
Present technical staff are not good. Even they don't calculate timing of eye drop. Earlier this hospital was good but since September 2019 there are no doctor of Retina, Cornea and Glaucoma specialist available. This doctor is visiting monthly basis only. If someone is given Acentrics, how he will be treated next day when doctor is visiting monthly. You have to wait 4 to 5 hrs. Which is too long. Therefore I am giving 1 star.
