Poorest management! I don’t think our reviews are even being considered but would still mention; out of handful of doctors allocated at this dispensary, only 3 doctors are available including the incharge; looking for thousands of patients. Pretty good ratio!
Waiting for 2.5 hours now and appointment rose from 33 to 40 JUST where 40 mins was power outage and my appointment number is 118!

No prior appointment facility, no transparency, no consideration, Rude Behaviour!

Despair patients are just waiting!

This probably is same situation in other CGHS dispensaries. Problem is not with dispensary but clearly the management and system.

Non availability of drinking water and no parking to the visiting retired or serving govt employees as patients though there is ample space besides Staff parking and doctors' parking are the main problems which are faced by patients s.

We serve our country day and night, getting posted around different corners of the country and this is how we are treated when we come to get treatment? Long queues after hours of duty, rude behaviour by doctors, get shouted at, wait days to get a referral. I rather go to private hospitals and walk holding my head high and dignity intact, this harassment is unbearable.

Dispensary was good And infrastructure on average but services very wast so much wating process doctors behaviour very much disappointed

Most disgusting place, Once You will go there, you will understand why I am telling this. They are superslow in every department and always will try to confuse you.

Not a welcome place at all, although space is available inside premises, but vehicle has to be parked on the road it is a grand and neat building but once you are nter it is a shock to see jostling and shouting patients, serpentine queues, complaining people, all together don't wish to come again

CGHS doctors are mainly to refer to CGHS empanelled hospitals
Wish if CGHS empanelled hospitals are cashless

Very bad experience with Recent CMO and medical Bill reimbursement clerk. Lady CMO is not very much cooperative. Medial Bill reimbursement clerk behaves very indecently.

Worst cghs dispensary, most of the doctors are not computer literate, very old in age, and slower than a snail in attending patients. Plan your whole day to be spent here, as there is very long queue every time!

Only one doctor sees all the patients despite having a doctors strength of 5, it's like everyday only one doctor will do the work, while others rest, and the next day another doctors takes his place. Lady on the counter too cleverly books appointment with one doctor only, which creates a long queue of patients concentrating outside a single doctor. And that doctor only sees 50 patients a day, Its not uncommon to hear somebody's been waiting for their turn for 3-4 days. You can take online appointment but slots are all full, by chance if you do get any, you will have to fight your way in with already frustrated patients waiting for their chance since 8 AM. Govt should take a note of this and take suitable action.

Because of One of your family members, Government provides you to avail CGHS facility but aged doctors present here don't provide same facility to the Patients. They are unable to provide good service. They must have been replaced by others as patients usually don't having much time to waste here.

Very poor. There is no proper system and long ques everwhere. It is very difficult to get registration as many times after waiting in long que, the staff would inform that the server is down hence unable to register. The behaviour of doctors and staff is not good and it appears that they dont want to work.

It's situation is just like any other govt hospital. From the outside it looks nice and clean, but from staff to doctors, Everybody is just downright rude, They all want to draw salary without seeing any patients. Govt needs to keep a tight check on them, you don't get to treat public like that.

The doctor behaviour is really bad specially Dr Vijay Kumar Kanojia he is worst doctor I have ever met marne ko teyar hai takla but attitude km nhi hai

Very bad facility. Don't keep even the general medicines in stock. Doctors do not have basic medicine knowledge to check if any substitute is available in stock. Always put the medicine on indent for which they don't send SMS to know when they will arrive and you have to stand in long queues during such COVID times

I am visiting this place continues since 2014.
Lot of thing change right know good.
I will give 4 star rating because only thing they not improve is All Doctor's behavior in this dispensary.
They are rude, slow in work, not listen patient query very well.
In this dispensary parking is available outside also inside.
Wash room is available male and female separate not super clean but average type.
They have backup generator for powercut.
They recently add lift.

Net and clean atmosphere, all the doctors and other staff members are very polite & respectful!

Good government building that is clean and tidy.
Nice and well behaved employees, great doctors.
Everything is nice apart from the Monday morning hustle- bustle.

WORST Dispensery ever. I dont know how government or officials not paying attention to this dispensary. Patients are suffering waiting in long queues most of the time due to internet issues and other time due to No electricity. Irony is they are having generators but they dont use it in case of No electricity.
If medicines are not available as indent medicines they ask to buy from outside and dont even refund the money for those medicines.
Why the hell government is taking 80 thousand rupees after retirement if they cant even provide Proper educated well behaved doctors in this dispensary?
Doctors are worst and doing timepass here and giving medicine with closed hands as if money of medicines are coming from there pockets.
