Sales person Arif over counter is very ignoring and not repo ding to customer properly. Very poor service. Infact he is not aware with the menu and other details about items.
Situated at lower ground floor of Mall of India. Here you can get all possible varieties of chai (tea) chaayos offers. Along with various chai options they offer variety of chaats, sandwiches, cookies as well. Here you can dine in our take out your order. They have limited seating space so during peak hours you may be required to wait for sometime. Overall a nice joint for tea and some snacks.
Desi chai with full doodh, adrak and elaichi add-ons is the best tea you can get at just 76/-. If you're new here, pay for 1st tea at any outlet and the other will be on chaayos on your next visit.
I have recently visited chaayos and my experience was fine. It used to be amazing before covid era. Now they are lagging behind to give great experience to the visitors. Tea and pakoras were fine.
I love the chai and food items of Chaayos chain but I did not like this particular outlet.
Beware when you are ordering using their scan and pay/online option while dining in the outlet. They have all their delivery and dine in options available in one single online menu with different prices for the same item. You will end up getting the same portion of some items for the two different prices. The staff do not accept this flaw and do not co-operate. The online menu should be revised.
Chaayos offers best tea in the town, but this outlet has greater foot fall, hence so much rush and noise (which is annoying). Other than that it's a good place to enjoy your tea.
Felt that the "Chaay" is a bit over rated. Not sure if it's the same at every Chaayos outlet. The cashier was in more hurry than the guy we meet at Domino's outlet. Pav bhaji was good.
This particular outlet is the one I visit the most for my all time favourite MERI wali chai with their regular cookies and the taste is always authentic just like home made tea and this is the only reason why I never hesitate to have tea at chaayos whenever I am out on weekends. I have tried various snacks as well and till now all the snacks were up to my expectations. So chai lovers don't hesitate to have a cup of tea whenever you are out on weekends and feel like sipping a homemade tea. I will rate chaayos 9/10 coz I am yet to try other options for chai. Maybe after that I can update this rating as per my other experiences.
Its not very good. I drunk tasteless cold coffee at chaayos. Don't go there. I said to staff person please reduce the volume of music. She did not take any action.
Tried the Kulhad Chai and it was really good. The tea was well prepared with the right amount of sugar. Even my mom really enjoyed the tea. Served in Kulhad, both the quality and quantity was nice.
The ambience and decor is nice to. Good place to have some gossip session with your besties over a cup of hot tea and some amazing snacks
Well maintained and sanitised place. I almost visit every week there to just enjoy a cup of tea with my office colleagues just to release stress and office pressure
Good place to have tea and snacks within DLF Mall Sec 18 Noida. Deliver too through Zomato and Swiggy. Varities of snacks. Prices are on little higher side.
One of my favorite hangout place to try different variants of tea to relax in between shopping. Some of its cakes and dessert are exclusively yummy. I specially liked it's brownie muffin. They also gift special discount coupons to their regular customers. Staff is courteous and service is fast
Must visit if u a good chai (tea) lover highly recommended in dlf mall of india. Sec 18 Lower ground floor (LG) they have some deal also check once with their team mates.
The Chaayos have good quality of tea and snacks, good place for taking tea. It is in "The Great India Place" on ground floor I love the pace and love the chaaye
Untrained staff, operationally the most disgusting customer experience I have come across any QSR brand. Staff quality and training is something which very below average. They take order of customization an serve sugar when asked for no sugar, serve full doodh when regular is asked.
We like your food but such disappointing and disgusting staff/in store experience is a turn off nad will definitely not want to visit such store.
This is the place for tea lover's, you can get the variety of tea, this is a new concept like coffee house/ cafe. This place is very vibrant with nice ambience. Though price are little higher side but it's worth to pay. Very humble and cooperative staff and they know the are of hospitality. I would love to recommend this place.
Bahut hi overrated chai hai yahan. Either full of masala or no masal. Although they will change as per according to your taste and still if you don't like the taste then will make again and replace the tea. But i think its not worth of the money they priced for a dish as simple as tea. The snacks and chat are also costly and less quantity served here. You can have masala chai in just rs 10 outside in market which is really tasty and good also. I personally think that this tea shop ia costly and i will not suggest you to go. And if you have "udane ka paisa" then please go there.
No doubt tea is great there. I visit this place whenever I go to Mall of India.you can try lots of snacks options. Kullad adarak kali mirch is one of my favorite during winter. You can try palak pakoda, bun samosa those typical desi dish.
Yess the varieties they are adding day by day is very good.kulhad chai is special there.but you will get a lot of food varieties also.but on weekends it is very crowded, in free time you can enjoy here.and you can go for some shopping as it is in dlf mall.so you will find lot of shopping stores.
Would rate it a star less as this place is often very crowded and the staff is mostly tired. But still they offer good service. The food is like any ither Chaayos, the taste is standard. Fairly good place to sit and drink tea. The best tea you will find in Mall of India.
I love the palak chaat but this time the quantity was too small n the dressing or say making was disgusting.the taste differed from which I ate earlier.n in the Lemon tea there was shortage of sugar.the taste was yak.
It's such a nice place with an Indian twist to the burgers and sandwiches. Service is fast and ample seating spaces. It's on lower ground floor of DLF mall and also on the first floor opposite Vans store.
Nice place to have some tea/coffee/cold drink and snacks. We got complementary bun with butter. Great taste at Chaayos. Must to try if we need to taste other than coffee day and costa Coffee. Have a great tea. Enjoy!
Liked the place as it serves tea and snacks. The only thing that needs to be improved is the menu should be revised with the prices. Certain things were just unexpectedly costly and not so satisfactory.
Not a fan of tea in general but sometime i drink it for a change but never knew that there were so many varieties even when it comes to tea.nice place and ambiance and awesome staff
It's a great experience here. You can enjoy your time here and at affordable prices. Sufficient space for sitting. Sugar is already added in tea so if you wanna sugar free then ask them earlier to do so otherwise you can't do anything. Staff is quite good. You have fill detail that is quite not impressive in my point of view.
A small cozy cafe situated right next to Big Bazaar serves a variety of tea and quick snacks. They can be called Tea Masters as they know how to perfect every tea flavor.
Our personal favorites are Samosa matar Chaat which is definitely a chaayos special Crispy samosa with matar and tangy imly chutney pairs best with their kulhad chai
You can also try their Desi chai which tastes perfect with every sip. You can select additions for your tea like elaichi, adrak, masala, etc.
We also ordered Keema Pav and Bun Maska. Keema Pav which is a little spicy covered with a soft melt in your mouth bun and is paired perfectly with their mint chutney.
Bun Maska at Chaayos is the safest bet. It's light and goes with every tea flavor at Chaayos. When in doubt just order their Bun Maska.
Extremely crowded. The POS systems were not working.no place to sit.service is extremely slow. Ambience not good. Located on the lower ground floor DLF Mall of India
So I usually go to Noida DLF mall of India. It's an quick and easy place to grab a cup of hot tea. Placed strategically in front of Big Bazaar (lower ground floor) it provides an easy access for quick bites after a great ordeal of shopping. I took my mum there for the first time and we ordered two Kulhad tea and paneer bhurji bun along with baarish wale pakore. The Kulhad tea was pre sweetened and we didn't have to add sugar. If you do not take sugar, please inform before hand. The food was good and tea was perfect. They have huge range of teas to choose from and assortment of fusion Indian food (which I personally love). Mom and me loved the food and she happened to order another cup of tea. Now that, coming from my mom itself tells - how good the food and place is. Thanks Chaayos for a beautiful experience. Amazing place.
Winter is here and so is Chaayos Gur waali chai. Amazing concept by the team Chaayos introducing various delicious delicacies including stuffed kulcha pita, Gur waali chai, black tea, green tea. Will visit more in these winters go get myself charged up
Though all outlets have same way of food/tea preparation BUT I found much better quality and presentation at this outlet. Try out the stuffs available at this store. Only the issue is space crunch sply at weekends for which some solution to be arranged.
Visited on a rainy day and the hot pakodas made my day. Started with garam garam pakode moving on to mumbai’s staple breakfast “Vada Pav”, the taste was pretty close to what we get on the streets of Mumbai, on point. On the drinks part Modinagar’s shikanji was a bonus to drink. Kulhad Butter Chicken Kulcha can be much better. Really enjoyed having kulhad Jalebi to end a great meal
Tired in the mall then do go to Chaayos it was my first visit to this tea cafe. I had a very different impression of this brand. I didn't ever experience such a nice tea with my choice of variation as per my need and requirements. Wow I had the meri waali chai. You get to choose what ever you want like all the ingredients how much milk sugar tea leaves etc. I also had the bun omlette and keema pav though it was expensive but it was worth the try. And I was satisfied with the quality and service. Tip - keep patience, Sabra ka fal meetha hota hai. Hygene can be worked up, tables and chairs should be cleaned even the floor please.
