Chandni Hospital

Not good for any serious illness. I got kidney stone surgery from this hospital which is a work of urologist but I have been advised to do open surgery by the hospital which is not in any way required.
Again as and when I have been admitted, emergency duty doctor which is not a surgeon didn't referred me or advised me for a urologist even in the same hospital. He just asked me about my health card to get admitted immediately thereby increasing their organisation revenue.
No urologist came to me at any time even just before the surgery and given a primary check up or discussed with the procedures or techniques or pros and cons of the surgery. The hospital just get the papers signed by the patients without even discussing or personally consulting the patient with the right or specialist doctor.
To conclude, I can say that the hospital does not give a true and fair statement of the situation. They keep the patients in darkness by not presenting the patients before the right specialist doctors or the right tests or health check ups. The hospital is lacking the medical ethics, honesty and motive of service and this can be seen in their unfair intents with the patients.

Worst reception staff even they abuse ladies at 12.30 night. You can't take your patient in spite of having health problems being not resolved. I had to call MLA to get help in releasing my patient. Worst staff. They only work to increase bill and give wrong reports.

Worst hospital for dental care. I went there for root cap from echs but they spoiled it badly

My father had fistula and piles both they operated for piles only and superficially removed fistula.due to which with in 2 months had to go through all the pain again.also we went for Dr ck Singh.but surgery was performed by others.respectfully Dr ck sir should retire they are ruining patients life

Worst experience ever, Room conditions is not good, All Staff are very irresponsible & careless Nobody's was updating about patient condition & related treatment, (Including Female staff & ward boys) All are manerless, housekeeping services are very worst, (not replacing bed sheets suitably, even we have to stand & managed for the same, that was not our work) un-hygienic bed sheets, pillow covers & here's environment, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Doctor is very good ortho surgeon one of the best doctor for any kind of joint injury. He is so polite and very friendly by nature. He doesn't recommend any kind of test or overhead treatment until unless it is required. He diagnose first and then suggest.

सर और मैम मैं आप आपको सूचित करना चाहता हु की आपके जो ग्राउंडफ्लोर के दोनो बाउंसर है जो की लिफ्ट के पास है वह लेडीज अटेंडेंट से बहुत ही ज्यादा गंदी तरह से बात करते है कहते है की आपको और आपके पेटेंट को दोनो का बाहर निकाल देंगे बिना किसी बात के क्रपिया से बात पे ध्यान दिया जाए सर और मैम।

Bad experience, emergency was not Attended well, staff was not experienced, they spoiled my case, made it tuff for me, refused for the ventilator although they had, and suggested me to go to some other Institute, Ambulance which was arranged by the hospital was hopeless their was no gas in the Oxygen cylinder due to which my patient gone bad to worse, at present she is on ventilator struggling for life,

This 5 star rating for Dr. Chandni and SDU staff in this hospital.
The most importantly there lower class employees never behave like beggars at the time when patient discharged, as always seen in other nursing homes and hospitals.
Credit goes to the management of polite and humble Dr. Chandni.

Dr. PALLAVI SINGH is well experienced n one of the best doctor in my life, she is so caring, she scold for health that give attention of your health.charges are also loyal for middle class family.overall nice hospital facility.

Chandni hospital is very good hospital. Staff and nurse are very cooperative. Specially Dr. Pallavi singh is really a very experienced and knowledgable gynic. She is very easily accessible all time in any case of imergency. Even after delivery, she guides in every manner. Her communication skills as well as intellectual skills are very soft. Having best experience in this hospital.

The worst experience one can have.
Dr. Singh is highly money minded. He admits the patient and give sub standard treatment, give rude reply, Doens't even attend, only wants to earn money. They run just repeat tests and modulate them.
The nursing staff is highly pathetic, didint even respond the call, the patient developed bed sore so one can know what a worst quality treatment they give to the patient.
And when the doctor knows that the patient general condition is deteriorated he will advice to take him to another hospital.
My personal advice never put anyone under treatment, such doctors are nothing but a shame to medical fraternity.

दुनिया का सबसे घटिया हॉस्पिटल, इनके पास ढंग के बिस्तर तक नहीं, इतने गंदे और मटमैले रंग के बिस्तर के मरीज उनपर लेटना तो क्या बैठना भी पसंद न करे, डॉक्टर को भी तमीज़ नहीं के मरीज के साथ कैसा व्यवहार करें. भूल कर भी इस घटिया अस्पताल में न जाएं. बहुत बहुत बहुत गंदा मैनजमेंट

Highly recommended. Spent 3 days at Chandni. All the staff is very cooperative and caring. My special thanks to Dr. Pallavi Singh and Dr. Rathour for bringing my little angel into this world.

Worst services. Entire staff is inhuman, very bad behaviour of all the nursing as well as other ground staff. Bouncers have been hired to terrorise the people. These bouncers are appearing everywhere from main gate to other entry point. My daughter was admitted in room no. 512. At midnight, Bed of the patient broken but nobody was ready to help. I recommend nobody go to this Nursing Home ever.

Worst experience. Main doc is very rude, they keep patients wait for no reason. I would give 0 rating if possible.
