It has been a great experience at Chandra Laxmi Hospital, had to get admitted on urgent basis, even then the procedures were quick and timely.

Bad, I visited for dr amit.his compounder in evening very bad very rude, talking mockingly with very ill ladies or olds patients. Also bad experience with whole process.

Worst hospital. Pathetic experience with dr mukesh. We suffered a lot. Even we did not try to come for admission for other surgery. Rooms are too dirty. Washroom are too dirty and feel not to touch.

Worst experience and drastic experience with doctor no thank ful and logical behaviour with patients.i admitted here and till two days of surgery no single doctor come on round didn't ask for further treatment and procedures.

Minor OT is unhygienic. Bed sheets are dirty. Hospital should look into that to maintain clean and hygienic Minor OT. They are charging sufficient fees and therefore they can maintain to change the bed sheet.

SCAM, I doubt if they have recognised degrees as well. This is not a hospital this is an organised crime centre. A chemist can assure you better returns than this hospital

Best hospital in the area. Doctor pannel is very good special for supporting staff and nursing staff. Dr. Ankur is very caring and supporting.

Very worst service ever I have faced in hospital. We went to this hospital for the treatment of hand met with an accident. Doctor didn't examined the patient after surgery. Not even visited once till discharge. For the 2nd and 3rd review time also he didn't see the surgery spot. Got fed up by the way they are handling the patients. For the surgery they didn't gave any breakup for medicine, theatre and doctor visit in bill. Even after paying lots of to this kind of private hospitals they are not bothering about the patients

Pathetic services. They try to fool walk in patients with their own numbering system which changes with every patient that enters. After spending 1 hour in waiting my waiting counter 10 stayed the same while the new walkins were being issued 1,4,8, and other numbers randomly.

Completely unprofessional behaviour of the hospital and also doctor Narendra kr jha, pediatrician. In last 6 days, i need to deposit consultancy charges everytime to get the appointment of the doctor, even after two days of last appointment. Totally money minded.

I am currently in hospital admitted, came only because of Dr Amit Gupta. Hospital has worst serviceS and delay 1 day of treatment to 3 to 4 days. They don't have inhouse resources for tests and doctors from outside come which is very delayed and they deliberately delay everything so you stay more, shame on you Managing director Mukesh Sharma

The process was very slow. It is a reputed hospital and according to it the services were very poor. Due to internet issues there was a lot of trouble.
I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Dr meeta sharma is just like a God for my family, very disappointed with the Staff as are not well trained

Chandra Laxmi Hospital not upto the mark to any type treatment for patient, I am stay last 8- 9 days due to Kovid, but even they do not provide basic amenities- water bottle/ fack mask/ no bed sheet/ Pellow cover change even last 8 days, no hot water for showers, over all they are making money with the help of Dr Lal path lab, i will not suggest to admit this hospital even any emergency.

Hospital and satff is very friendly, I am stay last 5 days due to covid & lounge infection. The provide basic requirement hot water bottle/ fack mask / daily change bed sheet & floor & bathroom cleaning and lal path lab inside the hospital.i am personally very much thankful to dr Mukesh & dr Amit & dr Poonam, total facility in the hospital you are really so much thanks to all doctors & staff

It's worst managed hospital in the locality. The management is solely thriving on loot money. The whole hospital is managed by Dr Gupta.irrespective of no. Of patients. But he can't be everywhere and treat properly. At a point.who cares.they will say we did everything that can be done. Highly disappointing hospital.
They totally complicated my father's problem that we got literally scared.a visiting doctor from another hospital helped my father recover.

If you have even little complications and you can't make calls or get up from your bed to call for support. STOP thinking about it and if you have COVID then please forget that it is an approved covid hospital. Go to any hospital in Delhi. You will not just save your money but also you will save yourself from stress which is really required for healing. The only motto of this hospital is to Extract money. The patient will get cured if he or she is lucky. They do not try to get the patient up and running. It is fine for only OPD because of few of it's doctors and not for anything else. SAVE YOURSELF.

Worst ever known hospital in Vaishali. Money minded and poorer treatment. There is no hope in visiting this hospital even for primary care.

Waiting for Dr mukesh from last one hour.its 11: 30, why cant doctors come on time.they will come after confirmation from reception abt collection or patients, hospital seems money minded thinking

If you have standard issues or just need opd consultation that there are few doctors whom you can consult and you will be treated well. BUT, if you have to get admitted then STOP. And if you have covid then DON'T even think. Go to hospitals in Delhi. Here, the staff is untrained, resident doctors are given target to extract money, there is no comparison in the service they provide and the amount they charge. Save yourself, save your family, save your loved ones.

They are running a Dharmshala. Koi co ordination hi nahi h doctors and support staff mai. All are master of their own will. In last 12 hours no doctor visited to patient.

I have been admitted here few months before they treated me so well very good doctors & nursing staff very friendly & supportive behaviour thanks a lot for treating me so well.
