Don't go there for delivery there staff members are very careless at night shift they're sleeping after delivery they don't see either if pesent bleeding

Good For children Vaccination upto 4 years kids.
Vaccination day is Monday to Saturday between 9 Am to 2 PM.

Most of the time vaccines are not available after 12 PM, so please visit between 9 to 11 Am.

Most of the time Gyne and other ladies doctors are not available in their cabin. Its really serious problem.

Staff was cooperative and facilities are good. The only thing which disappoint you is cleanliness.

Very Unprofessional Staff.

One of the staff "Kusum Chaudhary" visited to our society and misbehaved with residents. Not even stop on this, She do comments on personal life of residents.

When we asked to do proper behave, She replied she's started hight of bad language. Even one of resident sister was mentally retarded although she not stopped.

She said " Do complaint or whatever you guys wants to do"

Request to CMO to take strong action against her.

I visited CHC Bisrakh for leg allergy purposes. Very Good experience. Neat & Clean hospital. Big area with ample parking space. Staff is good & cooperative. Specially garnle physician room no 12 knowledge able & humble personality. I also visited a private hospital for same purpose some times back and experience here was at par with private hospital. Highly recommended. Thanks to UP Govt and all hospital staff.

Covidshield and covaxin are available for the registered people via aarogya setu (Free). Do enquire about both the vaccine as the halls/rooms are different. As far as I know room 33 is for covaxin. You can just go directly for the vaccine. If you are visiting the counter you will be charged rs 1. Children below 18 are getting vaccined in their new campus. Hence, enquire before taking your children.

A Community health center and covid-19 vaccination center. You have to do registration first for vaccine doses. After that you can go there either by an appointment or without appointment.
A good but not so clean place but can be better if they maintain their washrooms clean and hygienic.

The place is not easy to find according to maps but once you find the way it is easy. On the main road ask anyone about it they will tell you the way.
It is a covid vaccination center

No Electricity in Vaccination Hall also social distancing norms not followed. Person doing vaccination was not there from 2 hrs. Long queue. Totally mismanaged and staff and Ladies police are not cooperating.

Cleanliness maintained properly and found efficient staff there. Got both the doses of Covid-19 vaccine there.

Best place too get the vaccine. A government hospital but the new centre looks good and has ample of Facilities. The vaccination wait time was less than 1 minute.

Nice place to get vaccinated. If u are accompanying with 45+ then u have to go to a different site just adjacent to this.
Nice and tidy. Social distance following is ur job.

It was smooth process. No rush. Got free in hardly 30 mins. We booked the slot 12: 00-1: 00. We reached there around 12: 45 and got free aat 01: 20. People were not crowding the place so they are standing far apart. Overall a nice and descent experience.

When I scheduled a slot for vaccination at the Bisrakh CHC I was a little apprehensive, gievn that it is a government hospital. My family was also of the opinion that hygiene and social distancing might be the utmost priority at such places. However, upon visiting the center today, I can assure you that we couldn't have been any far away from the truth. The CHC was spick and span, and might give some private hospitals a run for their money with it's cleanliness. The team was superb and efficiently managed the influx of the people coming for the vaccination drive. Took around 15 minutes in the queue, then another 5 minutes for the shot itself. They even gave everyone a couple of tablets of Paracetamol, just in case of fever or body ache. This has been a revelation of sort for me about the health infrastructure of the government.

Got my Parents Vaccinated here for COVID-19. It’s quite clean, well maintained and very well managed. The entire process was quite smooth.

01/06: -
Unfortunately, I am having to update my review because of my bad experience at CHC, Bisrakh regarding the RT-PCR test.
1. The staff was too casual while taking the sample, he wasn’t wearing any gloves and didn’t even sanitise his hands. When I objected, he very casually said “It’s okay, nothing will happen”.
2. Both, my wife and I got the result about 8 days later, and it was negative for both of us. However, we both were suffering from COVID and were tested positive by a private lab.
3. Our names are wrong in the report, although we had given our Aadhar Cards and had requested to put names correctly.

When I asked the staff for his name, he very rudely said only his boss can ask his name and no one else, like a roadside rowdy. I wanted to take this up with the Authorities but I am just too hopeless about the government machinery that I don’t feel like pursuing this.

Well maintained hospital for covid vaccination. I was there for my first covid jab and opted for the 10-11 time slot. It went seamless as the staff was coperative, quick and thorough with their procedures. It's a huge premises so there is ample scope for car parking and social distancing. Village folks were quite helpful in guiding me to the hospital.

Big complex. Correct location and easy to find. 2 booths set up for covid vaccination. Not crowded. Took 15 - 20 mins at most and got my vaccination done.

Overall good, during morning slots heavy rush but in afternoon it is less. 2 counters for vaccination. U. P.address proof must for vaccination

CHC is good for covid vaccines and covid testing, you need atleast 2 hours for covid testing because of much demanded test in today's scenario. Over all good experience for me.

Vaccination not properly managed. No token system, people get jabs irrespective of whether registered on Cowin or not. Due to this, the registered person did not get the jab. Never think of going as per time slot chosen while registering.will never get vaccine. Minimum waiting time 3 Hrs in sun and partial shade with double mask and faceshield. Social distancing snaps frequently. Seems senior officials role is missing, managed by lower level staffs. Lucky one get the jab.

Bad management, very rude head vaccination doctor/coordinator (I do not know his name, but he's fat and was wearing pinkish polo today) Staff doesn;t have proper interpersonal skills training and abuses. They get scared when you mention videography of the issue and get very angry and out of control.

They behave like illiterate's staff

After standing for almost 1.5 hours, they say to public, we don't have doses. If people start asking them, they say we don't have solution.

They don't know how to talk to someone, inspite of their fault.

The maximum crowd is between 9 to 11. Got my parents vaccinated here today. It was crowdy and mismanaged. It took us 3 hrs of waiting time. Later they declared that those for 2nd dose with less than 12 weeks will not be vaccinated with 2nd dose. Although we were somehow lucky to get the jab.

Went there for vaccine, infra was good, wide road, ample parking space, clean place, good construction.

Booked the 9-11 slot for my mother, went there at 8 and there was a huge line. It would have have taken at least 4 hours for our turn to come. Saw many people who were not wearing masks and there was no social distancing in the 60+ line. Not many people knew where the 60+ vaccination was taking place, I asked 2 security guards and they were like "pata nhi ji hume to". Some gentleman in the 18-45 queue informed me. The 18-45 years queue was better at maintaining social distancing and wearing masks.

For covid vaccination pre-booking is must. Go on aarogya setu app or cowin.gov.in book an appointment and go to CHC bisrakh and you will get you vaccination. Staffs are good and helpful.

Clean government Hospital with very less sitting arrangements for patients or people coming for vaccination

Worst place. I have visited today.no service.after 1hr waiting they said.parchi nai kategi. Ambedkar jayanti ki chutti hai.
After argument of 30 min they ready to give parchi.and then there are 50+ people standing there for covid test including me. And around 12 o'clock they said. 1 baje ke baad test nai karenge. I am requesting to those people who can afford covid test fee.please private lab me test kara lo.sarkari ke chakkar me padoge ko marte mar jayenge but test nai hoga.
