Bogus company hai yeh. Company ke naam par logo ko thagte hai yeh chetu ke log. Basically it's a Fraud scam call centre who dupe innocent victims especially the foreigners. Their refund scams are pretty popular. I heard that salaries bhi theek se nahi dete yeh log. Basically their recruitment system is bogus, HR is fraud, keeping a legal team won't save them from trouble. These people are harassing the innocent employees and new joiners. Please report to the labour court immediately. I expect this fraud company amongst so many other Noida ke fraud company's to be taken down. Shameless hai CHETU.

After giving offer letter they extended the joining day twice.after 2 month i called them to ask for confirm joining.they told me project is on hold we are taking back your offer.they wasted my 3 months.regarding Interview.they took 4 rounds. 1 round after giving offer letter.totally fraud company.making fool to employes.totally project oriented company.if project over they will fire you.no job security.think more than 1000times before joining.after all we have to pay our emi's and bills.and they fraud to me.worst company ever.worst experienced.

I joined this company recently and since then am amazed how smoothly, reasonably and patiently Junaid handles all trainee's and how dedicated he is towards making them successful. Yet there are always useless exceptions empty vessels who make noise and who are and will be always bound to fail

I was attended interview in this company for Devops and AWS. Interview process is very smooth.
I was not selected don't know why, I was able to answer all question except few.

They are Hashing the Employee, Worst culture. Do not waist your time to join chetu. They are hiring and firing according to their project requirement and after finishing of project automatically get the Message like Today is your last day at chetu. I got this type of mail on August 31 2021.

Training ke naam par aapse free me kaam karaya jaayega
Pahle bolenge ek महीने की ट्रेनिंग है लेकिन फिर धीरे धीरे साढ़े तीन महीने की ट्रेनिंग कर देते हैं
और साढ़े तीन साल का bond भी sign kara लेंगे ट्रेनिंग के दौरान।
और जब मैं एंट्रेंस टेस्ट देने गया था तब तो गर्मी में हालत खराब हो गई थी ना AC और ना पंखा था। नीचे अंडरग्राउंड में बिठाया हुआ था जहां सफोकेशन और हो रही थी ये हाल सिर्फ मेरा नही सभी का था।

I given 3 rounds of interviews for qa profile but at the last they replied try again within 2 weeks.recruitment team has no sense of recruiting, even they had called me over phone for the fourth round interview,

Chetu is very client oriented company. Doing job here is like do or die. You can join if you have little bit software development experience and hard working, but want to shine in it. Project can be of any type and your allocated project decides your luck here. Project assigned to you isn't based on your interest but as per business need. But best thing is that you will be diamond after few years.

Chetu is big American based MNC you can visit there for an interview and very supporting staff and employees, thanks Chetu to made by my process seemingly smooth.

This is the worse company in my entire tenure I have seen. I gave interview in this company and there is no professionalism in this company. I waited for about 2 hours for interview and then Manager came and didn't take interview properly and neither shared the feedback.

The recruitment team is rude and highly unprofessional. They don't have the basic courtesy to stick to their interview commitments. The HR team and the operations team conducting the interviews have no coordination among their team mates and are literally insulting. If this is the attitude of a company to potential recruits, I highly doubt how they treat their employees.

It's better to go begging on the streets than work for this company.

Bunch of scammers. They do not pay there employees even after taking work from them. Bad employer.

Chetu is a good learning experience for next level and good work environment and culture. Team management are very supportive and helpful.

I received call for interview for the role of magento Developer. Interview was scheduled over the phone by one of the senior, know my availability. Simply they are asking me questions and i am replying properly and after sometime senior is saying that you are googling. I don't understand that how it is senior.if I wasn't able to give answer that says that you have no knowledge. I think chetu should improve interview process. Don't go interview and not ready for telephonic interview.totally waste of time.

It's a fraud company. It backs out from its commitment after giving joining letter. Also there HR's are arrogant and they give fake assurance to postpone there liabilities

I gave an interview online in this company and I got an offer letter. I read review and most of the review about this company is bad but I taught that I have better knowledge. Therefore, I should join this company.

I had joined this company in February 2020. When I enter into company and this was great moment for me but after 1 month, I heard so many things like they fire at any time any employee without any reason.

All employees are afraid about their job security because there is 0% job security in this company. Employees are like a Garbage for this company.

I will never suggest anyone to join this company if you want to make your carrier successful then go to another company not this company.

Take to much time for interview and after that no call and no clarification about your interview

I have came for the interview. Parking not available for visitors, don't go for the interview if you are not strong for the position because first round will be online technical round, if you fail you can leave.

Do not ever visit this company for interview, they will ask you your ctc and ask you to go through 2 rounds of online test and that they will told you that their budget is less than your ctc.

Worst place ever to work. Employees are treated as servants. No benefits, no work life balance. They make freshers sign a bond of 5 years, saying
otherwise they won't give the software developer designation. And even if one is sick and the work timings are not suiting a person then also the person is not given proper relieving letter. They don't have ethics and the HR head here is a low class villager who thinks he is the owner of this company.

Company is Technically good.
If you want to work and get experience in any technology then this company is good.

But company office timing is odd and i was unable to sustain further beyond 1.8 years.

Otherwise company is good.

Worst company I have ever seen. Hiring and firing concept. If you want to ruin your future then go there. Late stay is there culture. If you not stay late in night then you will get performance mail from your superior.

As per review from glasdoor, this company is not good in terms of payrolls, It is good for mainly freshers or candidate who are less experienced.lots of opportunities to learn new thing as per my interview conversation, and I was not selected because they were not giving only 4-5% of hike on my current pay.

The company is so unprofessional, they fire people without giving a reason whatsoever, so lets say if they hire someone in less pay then they will terminate the exhisting employee to save the financial cost, i mean its stupid you should atleast give a reason to the employee for firing him the same day, ultimately they can unemploy you within a day without giving a reason.
So ill suggest everyone that make your decision wisely, we all have installments to pay, rent to pay and our every month expenses, this company can put you introuble paying your expenses.

Worst and cheapest company. The company didn't follow any policy. Poor infrastructure, no maintaince, no HR support, poor work environment.
HR call the employee and said u r terminated and no need to come tomorrow without giving any proper reason or any notice.

Chetu is one of those companies which will help you to understand pressure of working in private core IT company, If you could survive in this company for one year you will learn allot and may be hold stable job with the company as chetu is well known for hire and fire. Leave policy of the company is worst they have no leave on Holy, Diwali, Xmas etc. Employee has to apply for unpaid leaves if they want to enjoy festivals. Several hidden HR policy which you will learn when you are in great need of some facility offered by company on paper but due to that hidden policy you simply can't. HR's are like new age DICTATOR you can not argue or even put your view point. All n all company is good for learning and understanding challenging environment of core IT companies.
