Wonderful to watch movies.rest there is no other good Shop at mall or do not have much options to do things

A great place for shopping and entertainment. Zudio is there for budget clothing and other shopping and also mini stores for your daily needs are there.
Cinepolis multiplex theatre is a great attraction. The theatre is a good quality theatre. Audio visuals are good however, seats can be improved a bit. Food court is just okay.

The intermission period is of 25 to 35 mins…. Don’t go ever in this multiplex for watching movies…. For 140 min movie u have to take out 260 mins to watch it

Had very bad experience as theatre screen 8 seats L1 L3 one of the most costly seats were broken uncomfortable. Cinepolis theatre are known for offering Free saunces and vegetables kept to have with Nachos. Found that all these were empty. Apart from telling at counter nothing was done.not expected this kind of behaviour from Cinepolis.

Very bad the quality of the screen is awful i watched mission impossible there also sharing the video of the image quality shame on Cinepolis they are charging 300rupee per ticket and making you watch a hall dubbed edition

Very bad staff very rude supervisor staff, bat karne ki tameez nhi hai agr complaint karo tab bhi rudely hi bat karenge thode educated persons ko rakhiye jise bat karne ki tameez ho

Great place, professional staff but covid has impacted there business alot.they're currently operational with limited screen n stalls.

STOP! If anyone is planning to watch action packed movie then please avoid this cinema. It seriously ruined my watching experience of Shang chi because of low sound and dim brightness of screen. Even asked staff to check it but it didn't make any change. My phone has better audio video quality than this cinema

The place was wonderful basically its a mall which have shoppers Stop too and food court and cinema as well so its a go too place for family and yes at this time please maintain safety its very important as the covid is rising again.

A very good mall with large 2 level parking and cooperative staff. Has gaming lounge. 14 screen cinema and food court. Good place to visit.

Not much game but I liked bowling game there.snacks are good too. Can go for shopping and games at this time

Worst experience, the light went away in between watching a movie and they took 5+ mins to get back the light/screen on to watch movie and around 10 min to get back the movie on track - started the movie from 15 min ahead where it stopped and then closed it and started from 15 min back and similarly they kept on doing this for next 5 min to get the movie started from where it stopped after getting feedbacks from the audience sitting in there. This was my first movie here and the worst experience till date. Spoiled all my mood of watching F9 movie on Sunday. Also, they didn't had a courtesy to even came up with compensation for the same, I and my family left the hall inbetween and all my money got wasted. #worstcineplex #badexperience

Situated opposite to Organic Store in Gomti Nagar adjacent to ️ Shaheed path, this place holds okay enough shopping experience for the people near by Gomti Nagar or passing near by.

It holds various apparel, jewellery, fashion store where people based on their choice and preference can make visit and get their shopping.

It has large space in front of the mall where people can sit down and relax or can even take a walk.

Covid has made the footfall considerably less but still if you wanted to opt for a quick bite or wanted to spend your time if you have arrived nearby for any work, this could be a place for preference.

I had gone today to watch a movie. After the show was over, we had to come out & take stair case & had to get down all the floors as mall entry in each floor was closed. This was highly irregular as again I had to go up to go to the food court. I have not experienced this in any other mall movie halls.

Great Mall, has everything that you’ll need from shops for apparels to a food court with Subway, Pizza Hut etc and the Theatre is also very nice and spacious, way better than SRS but a little less spacious than Wave. It’s a beautifully built mall and has everything of basic needs inside it. It also has a gaming place and it’s a very well maintained one. Sometimes the parking staff is rude though.

Wrost parking ever seen at lucknow. They r just looting to peoples. Design of building is not so good.

Awesome place for movie and shopping. Cinepolis is having good and comfortable seats and sound quality. It's not just movie place it's full of shopping places and you can see Spencer, miniso, big bazaar etc. Food court is also good but the service of KFC is not that much good. The mall is also know by the name of Awadh Mall.

Cinepolis is a Mexican chain of movie theatres. In Lucknow it is situated in vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar. The mall has different stores of clothes of different brands, electronics and other brands and some food plaza like McDonald's and KFC.

Liked the place and the cinema hall too.
Though the lift was not functioning everything else was good.

The Best mall In Lucknow. It is best to hangout and spend some time. It has all the stores like Apple Store, Clothing Store, Accessories For Females

Its theatre is fabulous best in lucknow, variety of shopping options, gaming zone for game lovers and lots of variety at food court

It's a great place to hangout, you can spend a great day here; food and entertainment both have a huge variety here.

Good place to have weekend getaways for food, movies and shopping. Situated near Shahid path, easily noticable. Do try out food court which has range of authentic veg and non veg food options. For weekend shopping, it could be an option.

It's a small mall, but it caters to the requirements of the locality. The movie halls are small and the mall has limited shopping options.

Cinepolis is a really good cinema with many movies in 3D, I would give it 5 stars if they had a wider range of snacks to eat during the movie

Nice place with all most all big brand stores! Cinepolis screens are treat to audience. Parking is adequate and location is prime. Its a compact one but nice place for weekend outings!

Very famous mall in gomti nagar. Its really very classy in its own way variety of shops are are there. Very nice and expensive interior.

Namaskar friends, This is My personal Experience with Cinepolis international cinemas. This is one of the biggest and first 8 screen Multiplex in My capital city Lucknow.

This is also pleasurable for me that This Cinepolis cinemas is only 400 meter from My home which is In One Awadh Center mall in front of Kisan Bazaar, Vibhuti khand Gomtinagar Area.

I have watched 6-8 Movies here and really appreciated, with Picture Quality as well as very good Sound Quality.

Ambience for the Customer is good and it feels good and seating Capacity is not more than 200 in every AUDI.

2 stage checking security points for security purpose which is also good.

Only and Only one issue every food is very Costly.

Ticket prices are also normal which can be Bear.

Overall I am satisfied with Cinepolis Cinemas experience.

Cinépolis is a Mexican chain of movie theaters. Its name means City of Cinema and its slogan is La Capital del Cine  (English:  the Capital of Cinema). Lucknow cinepolis is Nice location and atmosphere for shopping. Neat and clean areas. For this mall i have one word Its just superb.

This is also nice so many brands are there as Spencer lifestyle and food court there are many shops fast food Indian southern Chinese pizza also non veg too I had eaten there Friday rice burger and chole nature also very needed and cruddy place I loved it so much

The only worthwhile theatre in lucknow.
Good screens and audio.
Slightly pricey.
Seats are comfortable.
Mall is also great

If you're willing to go to movie then Cinépolis is the stop. This cinema is the best I ever went anywhere in Lucknow with all the types amenities and a really fine seating. Also the cinema has 8 screens, so there's no worrying about timings, there are abundant of movies running simultaneously.

As per my view its almost common cineplex. Price almost same show timing almost same. Not provide any better service than other but still I rate them positive just because in future hope they improve this.
