I visit this hotel in kanpur with my family had a great time over their.i enjoy their location food and their staff is really well behaved.had agreat time visiting best hotel ever.

They have a trained child thief. He'll only run away with the bag containing valuables. Guards won't stop him while taking bag along with him. The CCTV won't take a clear picture of him. It's all planned by the staff. This has happened 3~4 times in from of me and also this news has been published several times in newspapers when FIR is lodged.

Having a good reputation is not just enough, food was very poor I've ordered fish and chicken tikka and it was the worst thing I had in my life and coming to the veg part they don't even have paneer in their menu. Very bad experience giving 1 star rating.

We had a banquetting function there. Instructions were followed almost as per our requirements regarding decoration and food. Food was liked by our guests. DJ was a bit disappointment but overall experience was worth the price.

First and foremost, if you are looking hotel in Kanpur, then there is nothing better than this. The hotel is well maintained and centrally located. The cleanliness and amenities provided is very good.

Superb value for money. About 2 km on gt road from bus station Kanpur, location was easy to reach. Then service was all great and staff was courteous. Then, complimentary breakfast is simply out of world, very good Spread, amazing taste and super courteous staff. Really great. And they also have a running bar.

You don’t get non-smoking rooms. The entire room is laced with smoke smell. The commode makes strange sounds, don’t get scared by it. If you have some appointments, order breakfast the previous night and you will get food at right time otherwise you will get it 40 minutes after ordering. Overall, the room is not very clean. Really don’t understand why it has such a high rating.

Rooms were rather small, bed sheets could have been cleaner, food overpriced, says that there is parking but it's basically a small open space in front of the building at the roadside, confused room service staff. Overall a very mediocre experience.
