Now I understood why Citi Bank got sold to Axis! Recently visited branch to get bank statements requested by Supreme Court Of India. The behavior was so pathetic that one can not imagine staff can act like that. They were behaving like authority without giving concrete solution including there manager who was favoring his staff saying I know her from last 5 years. Lol what kind of logic is this? He should have taken note of my compliant. Anyways Bank is not bad the staff it that's all I can say. I will close my account now which was running from last 20 years!

Very bad experience. Rude staff. No sense to talk. This bank is also Harrased our customers.i have cleared all dues of its credit card after that they are not giving NOC. And charged 1660rs more. I want to clear that amt also but they blocked me from every portal of citi. My cibil score also hitted bcoz of citi bank credit card.plz don't go with this bank ever.

Got worst experience to get relevant information to open an saving account. Tried all the way to customer care & Delhi's branches. 17 attempts to call but all in vain,

Visited their branch for account closure today (15/oct/2022), no one is ready to help. Finally they redirected to call to customer care and
First thing customer care is NOT toll free number.
Second, even after 4 attempts, not able to connect to their customer care.

Being an international bank and such low class services

It is good that citi bank is closing their operations in india

We don’t even need such low service banks.

Never understand time value of their customer

Also never opens at time but closes on time even before time

Citibank officials in this branch are very rude and they don't intertain even to privilege customers. I think Indian private bank are far better service and its time to vocal for local.

Only a single Citi Bank branch in Noida. It is situated near sector 16 metro station Noida. Icici bank and standard chartered Bank is near to this bank. Also you can use the Citi Bank ATM installed here. All the rules and guidelines of Covid 19 is being followed here. Only a single person is allowed in the bank at a time. It is usually opened at 10 am and closes at 2 pm. 2nd and 4th Saturday, the bank is closed. You can do every transaction as per norms. Restaurants and atms are nearby.
