Bathrooms are in bad shape and get overflowed gutterse. The roomm needs t be revamped. Old smelly tapestry. Blankets were smelly. I had to complain and get replaced. Housekeeping can be better.

Went there with a friend on a business trip. One of the best hotel i have stayed in, it was worth the price and the service was extraordinary.

Luxurious stay and nice business resort. Food is good with great number of options. Locomotives are readily available but be smart against the frauds. Some good places to see nearby too. Overall a good vacation stay.

This is a 5 star property in Lucknow location at Hazratganj. Very well maintained. Staffs being polite and corporative.
The only issue I had was that the food at Falaknuma would have been better. Otherwise the hotel and the resturant are good with calm environment to spend quality time.

While looking outside thought of going in to very old hotel but once step in; it was with modern and heritage mixed feel.maintenance was gd for a 50yrs hotel.location wise perfect for shopping and food

Luxurious and ambience is so nice, staffs are very co operative and polite. Food is so nice.

The managment and security staff are thief they stolen the valuable and routine items of guest and when i complained this they was saying that its not our responsibility.

Nice location but rooms are small, food is also not up to the mark, the breakfast platter is very very limited and repeated the same items. No way a 5 star standard. Will not recommend at all.

Worst restaurant and worst service ever experienced.

Firstly, the table linen was badly damaged, plates were having dust. Service was third quality, to order Tandoori roti, they took more than 25 minutes.

Now when it came to bill, it’s a big fraud they are doing. We opted to pay from Zomato pro, and as per the policy of Zomato pro, I have to pay the total bill amount and the discount will be given by Zomato and NOT the restaurant. Our total bill was 3900 which they told us manually rather than giving us the physical copy of the bill. They said we will only give the bill once you’ll pay via Zomato.

They behaved very rudely and I have never seen such rude behaviour of any reputed hotel. Their manager Mr. Alok was very ill mannered.

After having a long loose talks, we agreed to pay first, and then they gave us the bill. To our shock, they gave us the bill after doing 25% discount, woww what a fraud. They clearly saved tax on the 25% of the bill amount. As per the Zomato pro policy, customer has to pay the bill amount and not the discounted amount and restaurant has to give the bill before asking for the payment.

So technically, they got the full amount from Zomato also, and gave the bill of lesser amount to us.
This is clear case of tax evasion which I will highlight further with the authorities and Zomato.

They call themselves as the 5 star, but they are not even half star.
Torned table linen, dirty clothes of waiters, their shirts were coming out from their pants, dusty plates, WORST SERVICE and even RUDE STAFF.

Total wastage of money, time and they spoiled our whole day.

Once the landmark of the avadhi hospitality, there is a bit of ground lost to the competition in the market. Still it is the name to reckon with.

Worst restaurant in Lucknow. It has deteriorated from being the first 5 star to 0 star. Their food is cold & far far below for even being ok, forget good. Their service is as bad as their food. Overall, go there only if you have good black money that you wanted to throw without getting anything in return.

Nice cozy rooms and service, courteous staff. Good place to stay. However, the only tv channels available were DD Kisan and news.

I have stayed here many times, my aunt got married here in 1973. Service is impeccable. The rooms have coffee, iron n ironing board, WiFi and spacious room. A little date style wise but very comfortable room.

I have always visited this place in parties. I must say chefs of this place always deliver good food. I still remember the taste of that mutton rogan josh in my mouth while writing this.

One of the oldest four star hotel of the city, well maintained, Nice staff. The service is five star, but giving them 4 star because they served soup in a tea/coffee cup. Not expected
